The courtroom is packed with people as saira , with a determined face , stands before the judge, her client, Suhani  sitting nervously beside her. The prosecutor, Mr. Vidyut , sneers from across the room.

“ Your Honor, the evidence clearly shows that my client, Suhani , is innocent of the charges brought against her under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution's case relies solely on the testimony of her husband, who has a history of domestic violence and manipulation under Section 506.” Saira said firmly while glancing at mr verma ,suhani’s husband

“ That's not relevant to the case at hand! You're just trying to distract the court with frivolous claims.” Mr vidyut scoffed at saira

“ Oh, but it is relevant, Your Honor. My client's husband has a pattern of abuse, and I have proof that he coerced her into making false statements under Section 191 of the IPC. “ Saira saeed and produces necessary documents.

“ These records show a history of restraining orders, counselling sessions, and even a prior conviction for assault under Section 324.” She continued

“ Those are just allegations, not proof.” Mr vidyut smirked

“ Furthermore, eyewitness testimony places my client, your honour  with your permission I want to call Dr. Patel to give his testimony “ saira implored and mr vidyut and mr verma face got paled .

“ Permission granted “ the judge gave permission

“ Dr Patel, can you confirm Suhani's whereabouts on that day?” Saira asserted

“  Yes, I can. Suhani ji was in my office, seeking help for the trauma she suffered at the hands of her husband and Mrs Gayathri verma accompanied her on that day “ DR. Patel said confidently..

“ Your honour , i want to call mrs Gayathri verma , mother in law of suhani verma here “ saira said while glancing at Gayathri who was in btw the common people

“ Judge saab , my son is not a human , he is a animal , he used to trash my daughter in law every now, she snatched all her property which is given by her maternal family and now raising his finger  on his wife's character, his father is supporting him bcoz he can get more dowry from his son's second marriage..

But being a woman I can't tolerate this sin that is why I chose to take stand for my daughter in law, “ Mrs Verma said ..

The courtroom erupts into murmurs, and the judge bangs his gavel.

“ Order ,Order! Ms Saira , it seems you've made a compelling case. I found the defendant... NOT GUILTY under Section 223 of the IPC! AND THE CASE IS CLOSED “

The courtroom erupts in cheers and applause as Suhani breaks down in tears, hugged by saira

As they exit the courtroom, Suhani's husband, Mr Verma, confronts them, his face twisted in rage.

“ You think you've won, but I'll make sure you pay for this, Jessica! You'll regret crossing me “ mr verma snarled

“ You may have hurt my client, but you'll never silence the truth. You may try to intimidate us, but we won't back down. We'll fight for justice, no matter what.” Saira said firmly and left from there but not before glaring at Mr Verma ..

“ Kaki, where is Raghu ? He didn't even come to court today , his phone also switched off , where is he “ saira grumbled in the phone call who was pissed off right now ..

“ Maidam , saheb toh mandir mei hone na , aaj toh shaadi hai , saheb wahi hone '' Kaki , who was a maid in Raghu house replied to Saira ..

“ Sha..shadi ?? Aur koi mujhe bataya bhi nahi ? '' Saira enquired with an utterly shocked voice ..

“ Kaise bataye maidam , chup chup ke shadi kar rahe hai , isiliye saheb bathaya nahi “ kaki replied ..

“ Kaha hai shadi “ saira grumbled.

“ Wahi kanha ji ke mandir mein “

Without wasting a second, Saira cuts the call and leaves towards Mandir only to witness Raghu holding 2 garlands in his hand ..

She stormed towards him and smacked his back with her bag ..

“ How dare you Mr Raghu Pratap surywanshi, how dare you  to choose a girl over me “ saira bellowed on him ..

“ Kya , pagal hai kya , why will you choose any one over you “ Raghu asserted while rubbing his back ..

“ Then till the date you didn't confessed your feelings , I have been waiting since 7 years for your confessions and you marrying some other girl ,how dare you “ she yelled and started crying while sitting on floor

“ Then didn't you confess your feelings yet ? “ He asserted and sat beside her .

“ If I don't confess, will you marry someone? You frog monkey donkey “ she again bellowed and started smacking his back , now this time with her first ..

The other friends who have witnessed everything stopped Saira and saved Raghu from her ..

“ Who is that idiot, who told you that I am getting married ? “

After a huge tom and jerry fight finally , saira became a little bit calm and composed , Raghu enquired her about that sudden outburst..

“ Woh kaki told me that you are getting married in a temple , that's why I trashed you , sorry “ saira asserted nervously. .

“ She informed you and you believed too , idiot , why will marry anyone else , when I already whipped in your love ? “ He said with fake anger and hit on her head playfully.

“ I thought you won't confess your love bcoz of our religion” she mumbled and noticed him with her corner of eyes.

“ Pagal , agar tum khud bhi chathi , tab bhi mein tumhara peecha nahi chodta” he declared and she wrapped her arm around his bicep ..

They both stood in the same position for sometime..

“ Raghuuu “ she said sweetly while in return he just hummed ..

“ What if our parents didn't agree for our marriage bcoz of our different religion “ saira mumbled with a teary gaze on him ..

“ Then I will show them this video “ Raghu said while showing a clip on his phone ..

“ Yeh Hindu ka khoon hai aur yeh muslim ka khoon hai , bata ismein musalman ka kounsa aur hindu ka kounsa bataa , sale banane wale hai koi farak nahi kiya toh tum koun hotha farak karne wala ?? “

“ Don't tell me ab tum yeh sab karega “ she scoffed at him ..

“ definitely  “ he replied , and she hugged his arm while smiling ..

Few months later ..

Chattisgarh..

Both saira and Raghu came to attend a wedding in a haveli , it was looking like a grand wedding ,

Ohh i forgot to tell you , finally both saira and Raghu family agreed for their marriage , after a lots of struggle finally saira and Raghu getting married in next week

Now they came to Chattisgarh to give their first wedding card to a special person .

“ yeh  shaadi hai Raghu “ she enquired as he didn't disclose , for whose wedding they are attending.

“ That’s a surprise  , chalo ander chalte hai” he held her hand and they both entered into the haveli ..

The haveli is decorated like a new bride , people are roaming in the whole mansion. Servants are busy in serving the starters to guests ,

The couple entered into the garden area where the people were cheering for a couple ..

“ Rohini ji ? '' Saira asserted while seeing the bride who was just cupping her mouth in surprise by seeing his to be husband who sat on his one knee in front of her ..

“ Yes , jaan , aaj rohini ji ki shadhi hai , after all these obstacles, finally she moved on in her life “ Raghu replied by holding her hand in his hand ..

“ Par kiske saath ? “ Saira asserted..

“ Aur kis ke saath love of her life samardh ke saath , har kisi ko love mein second chance nahi milti hai but samardh ji  ko mila hai , aren't they lucky ? “ Raghu groaned while looking straight into Saira's eyes ..

“ But  had already married right , he had two kids too then how can he marry rohini ji ? “ Saira enquired..

“ When did i say he got married, haan he had two daughters and they are amaira and Ananya......”

Before he could complete the sentence they heard a sweet yet naughty voice

“ Offo papa , ab toh propose Karo mamma ko “ a small kid who is around 10 years old bellowed to samardh with a tint of teasing smirk on her face ..

“ Papa ?? Mumma ?? “ Saira mumbled when seeing that little one ..

“ Yes she is ananya singh Ranawat, younger daughter of rohini Singh Ranawat, but she accepted samardh as her father from her childhood” Raghu replied while clapping for that couple ..

“ "Fatherhood isn't just a title earned at birth, but a lifelong vow of strength and nurturing , A father's love, woven with threads of responsibility, creates a bond stronger ,  and his daughters bond is same like this ,

Where rajat broken that soul amaira heart and samardh gave a fatherly love to Rohini's daughters ,

And finally they are going to marry now after 2 decades, he was expressing his love to her “

Raghu continued, where saira’s all misunderstandings got cleared..

"Years ago, I let you slip away, but my love for you never faded. Today, I'm standing in front of you, with a heart full of regret and a soul that's still yours.. Now, I'm standing here, humbly asking for your hand in marriage. Will you take a chance on me and make my life complete?" Samardh proposed while forwarding a ring towards Rohini and she happily accepted the proposal ..

Everyone was happy and the happiest creatures were none other than Rohini's daughters Amaira and Ananya..

The marriage rituals started , both Rohini and Samardh completed the ritual and tied in a beautiful relationship called marriage , and this is the new beginning of their journey..

Saira and Raghu gave their wedding invitation card to them and left for their hometown ..

Day turned to night , after wedding rituals , Amira began to send a mature one to send rohini and samardh to their farm house as maybe they feel a tint of awkwardness in haveli ..

Within a few hours they reached their farm house , Rohini changed into some comfortable clothes and same with Samardh..

She came to the balcony of the room and gazed at the stars , he came behind her and stood beside her …

“ What are you thinking ? “ He asserted by placing his hand on her hand ..

“ Tell me something, why did you marry me ?? , you very well know you won't get any happiness from me. I can't get intimate with you at this juncture , so why did you marry me ? “ She asked and her gaze still stood on the stars ..

“Marriage is a lifelong commitment beyond physical intimacy , it is not just a union of bodies, but a bond of souls. It's a promise to stand by each other through life's joys and sorrows, forever and always.In your eyes, I see a love that's deeper than physical touch. It's a love that's rooted in trust, respect, and a commitment to stand by each other, no matter what life brings.” Samardh implored softly by taking her into his embrace ..

“ Marriage is a journey of growth, laughter, and tears. It's a vow to hold hands, to support each other's dreams, and to build a life that's filled with purpose and meaning.

Physical intimacy may fade with time, but the love we share is a flame that burns bright and true. It's a love that's built on a foundation of trust, respect, and a commitment to stand by each other, forever.” He asserted with a sweet voice which was mixed with pure love and kept his lips on her hair..

Held her in his embrace like if he leaves her , she will go far away from him just like before , she understands his tears and surrendered herself in his embrace, as she never wants to come out from his solace embrace..

This is how Rohini faced many problems in her life , but being a strong woman , took a stand for herself and led her life after hearing so many taunts from society ..
