alright so today marks one year clean for me and i just wanted to let anyone who is struggling know that it is possible to get better, and i know so many people say that, but i am so much happier now, and i'm very proud of myself for being able to get through this and i have so much faith in you because i know you can get through this too you're beautiful and worth it and i love you :-) please feel free to pm me if you ever need anything
