Appearently everyone in the world has magic power excpet Aster.So far the begin was funny.Aster,who's 15 years old, wants to marry a nun...dude she can't get married. Anyways its about how he wants to become the Magic Emeperor but he can't use simple magic like flying on a broomstick.No one takes him serious in a fight until he beats them up.The nobles are stuck up and rude just because they can use high level magic.They make fun of Aster and his friend ,Juno, beacuse they're from the 'stix' or the simi-poor area.If you ever get a chance read it.So far it has 11 chapters.
