YMH Diet:

- 2 Weeks
- Between 800 & 1000 calories

Breakfast: 1 small bowl Cornflakes with 1,5% fat milk

Lunch: One meal of your choice but only one plate and not as much as usual, also not that less. Important is that you feel good and healthy to make your day.

Recommendation: Soup with 2/4 Vegetables 1/4 Meat any kind and 1/4 carbs (around 500 calories are okay)

Dinner: 2 fruits/ 2 vegetables or each 1 Example: 1 Apple & 1 Banana or 1 Hand full off Berry's & 1/2 cucumber
