For a class trip, all the first year students are taken on a luxurious cruise ship. During a cruise play, Ayanokōji finds out from Chabashira that an unknown man had contacted the school asking for him to be expelled. Chabashira then offers to cover for him though only if he will start working to reach class A but he immediately refuses and tries to leave however, she warns him that if he doesn't comply, he will be expelled and stripped of his freedom. Suspecting that she may be manipulating him, he grabs her by the collar telling her she is making a mistake in trying to use him. Chabashira is unfazed by this and casually tells him her own life is filled with regret as he releases her. He goes to the bow of the ship and contemplates his fate at the school and whether he should reveal his capabilities.

Before he could decide something he was texting a certain girl who was excited to get on the ship and enjoy the journey as long it would last.
She was shining bright as she walks around the ship with Horikita and enjoys some good drinks on the bar.

Of course she was drinking coke and Horikita some alcohol free cocktail.
Her phone was ringing when Y/N saw a message from Kiyotaka.

"Come to my room."

Y/N was curious what he wanted but she don't thought much about it.
As she said good night to Suzune, her legs lead her to the room of Ayanokouji.
Her heart was beating faster just like last time as she continues to walk down the hallway while she yawns a bit since she stayed last night up from the excitement.

The girl doesn't care if it was a trap or not from the teachers - she would enjoy the ship atmosphere.
Her eyes catches a blonde guy from her class, what was his name again?

Yes, it was Koenji.

He was acting a bit weird but Y/N find him kinda of funny.

Koenji passes her by and greets her while he continues walking.
She did the same and gave him a cute smile while she almost reached the room of Kiyotaka.

After few minutes she arrived at his door and knocks gently three times.
When the brunette appears in front of her as he opens the door with his usual expression.
"You took longer then expect."
He states as he lets her in before he closed the door behind her.

Y/N walks straight to sit on his chair next to his desk and looks at him.
"Suzune and I were walking around the ship to see what everything exist here.
Did you know they have here a theatre? As well a pool, kinda of ironic if you ask me since the ship is in the water."
She tells him with bright smile and mimics with her hands the things she saw.

Kiyotaka laid down on his bed while he listens to her but after awhile he sees that she was reading a book.
She must have found at on his desk and caught her interest.
After some comfortable silence the boy broke the peaceful atmosphere.

"What do you think about Icarus?" Ayanokouji asks her as both were alone in his room on the ship, he was laying on his bed facing the ceiling while Y/N was reading a book and sat at the desk. He was curious about her opinion on Icarus after the conversation with their teacher even he could guess it would be a ordinary opinion like everyone else had about Icarus who flew.

"Icarus? Hm..People kinda of forget that Icarus really flew and achieved something what others only dream but I've never seen the Icarus story as a lesson about the limitations of humans. I see it as a lesson about the limitations of wax as an adhesive.
Isn't it our job as human beings to go over our limits and making the impossible possible?"
She tells him when she felt eyes piercing through her back.

Y/N looks over her shoulder and saw how Kiyos eyes were widen from the surprise of her statement but they turned to normal when he sits up while he leaned against the bedframe.

"Come here."
he told her and she stood up with a slightly confused expression when he pulled her gently towards him.
Kiyotaka pulled her the first time in a hug and played with her hair.

"I didn't expected such an answer from you, you really think out of the box, huh?" he says and pulled her closer as he sighed.

The girl was a bit confused but she finds the feeling being so close to him very comforting and if she would have been honest to her feelings..she likes it.

Closing her eyes at the peaceful and relaxing moment - her lips turn into a soft smile that Kiyotaka watches with curious eyes.
If he would be honest to himself..he adored her smile more then her tears.

Ayanokouji remembers how they both slept together as kids, very close and cuddle each other.
He can still feel the warm against his skin every time he slept alone after they got seperated.

'You found me,
that's good enough for me.'

The brunette pulled her closer and played with her hair while he watches her breath in and out slowly.

Every time he looks at her, he remembers the little girl she was.
Her hair was longer back then and she always wore it in pigtails or a ponytail.

'I wonder how my life would look like if we both weren't separated?'

Not long before he could hear her little snores against his chest that somehow made him shortly chuckle softly at her.
"You really trust me.."

This was the first time they slept both in the same room in the night together and cuddle each other.
Ayanokouji pulled the blanket over their bodies and pulled her close to his chest while he turns off the light.

He turns to her and smells her sense from her hair while he buries his face in her head.
"I don't know what love is but I value you so much like my own freedom."
He whispers against her head and brought her closer to him as he closes his eyes to drift into a endless dream.

This night both were dreaming something good and had the best sleep from all this time.

The next day, the girl was waking up slowly and hums before she felt a arm around her waist as well a warm breath on her neck.
Her eyes open wide and wonder who she was laying next to in the bed.

Looking down under the blanket she was relieved to see her clothes were still on.

'Thank God, I'm still a virgin.'

A happy aura was around her before she was pulled back to the reality when she felt the arm around her tight and a head was placed between her neck and shoulder.

'I feel like I'm in a Shoujo Manga..'

Turning her head a bit to see who it was, her cheeks got red and a 'awe' expression creeps onto her face.
Kiyotaka was sleeping next to her and it seems he enjoyed her presence after all he was snuggle very close to her.

'He is so cute and..in peace. I never saw him being so him before.'

Slowly turning on her back and lifting her head to move gently his hair backwards, so she could see more of his precious face.

Her instinct was to kiss his chubby cheeks but stopped herself from it after all they weren't together and it was an accident that they slept together.
But it was nice to have this experience with him.

'Do I feel more for him than a friend?'

Y/N thought as she continues to stare at him but after few minutes she shakes her head gently.

'I need to go out of this before the others are awake.'

Very slowly she lifts his arm that was so damn strong.
After few struggles she could get out of the bed perfectly and pulled gently the blanket over Kiyotaka's shoulders to keep him warm...in summer.

'Nice thinking you get there, Y/N.'

Being to herself sarcastic was kinda of funny even for herself.
Getting her shoes on and slowly opening the door while she closes it slowly before she was heading straight to her room as fast as possible.

"Maybe today isn't a bad day after all."
She whispers as she arrived at her room and was in her safe haven.

Y/N did a cute little dance on the spot and smiles brightly while she blushes.
Her heart was beating faster then before and she screams inside her brain.

Unknown to the her a certain brown haired boy was the whole time awake and enjoyed the her reactions as well her struggle of his tight grip.
But what he hasn't expected at all was how she cared still for him and covered his shoulders, so he doesn't get cold.

"This girl.."
He whispers and closes his eyes again to return to his sleep since it was still early.

Later on the day, she hasn't saw Ayanokouji and somehow she was a bit sad but this wouldn't ruin her moment at all.

Y/N was leaning against the outside wall from the ship while she watches the dusk over the ocean.
"Breathtaking.."
She mumbles as she watches seagulls flying through the sky.

Not long until she hears voices of a girl and a boy.
Their voices seemed familiar as looks over the corner she saw Ayanokouji talking with Sakura who was holding his hand.

'This Casanova..'

She thought until she saw Kushida replaced the place where Sakura was not long.
Her eyes catches how he wants to leave but Kushida doesn't let him go.

'How it seems he doesn't like her and...is Kushida in love with Kiyo?'

Even when Y/N was curious She knew better to keep her distant between Kushida as well not asking him what is between the two.

L/N stepped back and walked towards a restaurant to dinner before she goes to bed.

Not long and the next day, the teachers inform all students the real reason behind the trip. They are required to take a survival test on a deserted island for a week.

Not being surprised by the outcome and knowing they will be on the island soon.
Y/N was preparing her sport outfit and some extra she took with her.
A pair of gloves in her pockets and tying her hair up into a ponytail.
Grabbing a pair or sports bra and underwear that is the most suit for a one week survival as well socks.
Starting to get the sports clothes from the school on and checking herself in the mirror.

"I look presentable."
She smiles to herself in the mirror and got out her room.

Before she could step out her room and check if she had everything, a message signaled her that she almost forget her phone.
Grabbing it and seeing a message from Kiyo.

"Don't forget your phone."

"Thats scary..where did he know I almost forget my phone?"
She asks herself with a confused face but as she opens her door - her face meets Suzune who greets her with a politely way.

Greeting her back and start to walk together upstairs to the outside of the ship.
They saw already the island in front of them and was surprised how fast they were here.

"I must say the island looks good."
She says softly and walks next to Horikita who had her eyes glued to certain back of a boy named Ayanokouji who was already there next to the other and talking.

Y/N eyes lowered down to see Horikita was holding slightly her arm yet she pulls her hand back to her side.

'Mind she..be sick?'

E/C eyes were slightly worried about the condition of Suzune while they stopped in their tracks when they arrived by the group.

Listening to Hirata and the others,
Class 1- D review the resources they have and are provided with so they can plan for survival and point-hunting. The group first considers what to spend their S-points on so it can serve for the long-term and efficient enough for a good boost in class points as the S-points are transferred over after the test. The group then looks over what actions and events lose and gain points. A debate ensues, proving the test to be more complicated than expected to Horikita.

The group walks through the forest to search for landmarks, as they did Y/N was watching Suzune and Kiyotaka talk not far from her yet a certain blonde guy named Koenji caught her attention.
He was appearing from nowhere and starts to talk with her that left her confused and speechless yet also curious how did he know.

"I think its beautiful, the way you carry so much pain and never ask anyone else to hold it."
His words touched her heart and she doesn't understand how and why but for sure his statement made her blush from the compliment.

"Thank you." She says softly as the blonde Tarzan gave her a charmaning smile while amber eyes were watching them from the corner of his eyes.

Kiyotaka felt the first time the emotion 'Jealousy' and he doesn't like it yet he doesn't realise it at the same time.
The way Koenji made Y/N blush so easily through his statement made him a candidate to keep a close eye on him.

Stopping for a moment to discuss the issue from earlier, they decide to disregard the issue for now and focus on finding an area to base a campsite. Various hands are raised as a sign of offering assistance for such an objective.
The nine volunteers split into groups of three and set off.

Even she wanted to be a volunteer, she stepped back when she saw Sakura wants to go with Ayanokouji in a team.
She couldn't interfer that and stayed with Suzune while they talked about random things.
Not long until Kiyotaka reports back to Suzune and Y/N their findings.

Ken Sudō, Kanji Ike, and Haruki Yamauchi notify the members of Class 1-D a river with clear water is close by and can have a campsite next to it.
The group discusses how to possess the site with no issues.
They decide to cover the leader, who is chosen to be Suzune when the site is being claimed every eight hours.
The group then questions the safety of the river, but Kanji supports the purity of the river because of his experience in camping trips. The group begins to build, and Kiyotaka, Yamauchi, and Airi look for resources until they stumble upon a wounded Ibuki.
The trio invites her back to the campsite to be tended, to Mio's reluctance. Kanji sets up a campfire to light the impending night to much applause by the group. The group then discusses how they will spend their S-points and predict how much they will have in the end.

The group celebrates their accomplishments on their first day with a feast of natural fruits and bearings. The group discusses with Suzune on what to do with Mio, a Class 1-C student.
Kushida comes over to give Mio some fruit, to the latter's surprise in her trust and care for who is supposed to be her enemy.
Suddenly, Ken screams Rokusuke's name in anger to much distress among the group and comments about Rokusuke's selfishness. According to Yukimura, Rokusuke was apparently not feeling well and went back to the boat, which would mean the class would lose 30 S-points.

After everything that happened that day Y/N was eating some fruits while she sat on the ground and admiring the night sky.
"You are a truly stargazer."
A familiar boyish voice came behind her and made her look over her shoulder to see Kiyotaka.

"I love just to watch the stars and regonize some zodiacs sign as well which star is which."
She tells him as the boy joined her little world and look as well up to the starry night.

Sharing their fruit together and finishing it, both were laying on the green gras next to each other.
"May I ask you something?"
She whispers and turns on her side to look at him better.

Amber eyes watches her every move and nods 'yes' for signaling her to ask whatever she had on her mind.
"Do you like Kushida, Sakura and Horikita?"

Her question made him curious how she came to this conclusion but one thing he knew about the girl who was laying next to him, she values honesty above all from the people she trusts.
He puts his arms under his head while his eyes stare at her.

"I see them as just classmates."
He couldn't possibly tell her the whole true but a vague honesty was better then lying to her and ruining the trust that was builded slowly back up from the past.

Y/N was staring at him and nods gently while she enjoys the presence of him.
"This means me as well."
She adds with a teasing smile and Kiyotaka had still his emotionless expression on his face but his eyes gave him away.

"No, you are a very close classmate."
He teases her back with his monotone voice that makes everything funnier than it was.

The girl starts to giggle and holds her hand before her mouth while she had fun with him.
"Thats better then nothing."
She adds and looks back at the night sky.

After few minutes of silence - Y/N decides to break it.
"Kiyo, what would you do if you had the key to find the true about everything?"
She asks him vague about the fact that Sae Chabashira gave her a hint where to find more information about herself.

The boy was watching her and thought about the question.
"If I found out on my own the hint and the key to the information I would not stop to find it out but it seems in this situation someone else through a bone towards you, am I right?
If I am then it's highly a trap and I wouldn't risk to take it."
He answered her truthfully and rolled onto his side to have a better look on her face.

'She seems troubled and...sad.'

Ayanokouji reaches to put a strain behind her ear that was covering her face a bit.
"Sometimes the answers we search so much are right in front of us."
He told her indirect a hint that if its about their past - she could home to him and just ask him.

The girl was looking at the face of Kiyotaka and thought about his words.
They helped her and eased her over thinking thoughts as she gives him a soft smile while she whispers;
"Thank you, Kiyo."
