Warnings: None just pure OT4 fluff (based on Rose's solo 'On the Ground' so she's kinda the main character in this one shot) 

Rose's POV

I had just gotten off the Inkigayo stage after Sungchan and Jihoon announced the NO.1 of the week. As I made my way back to my dressing room I saw Jihoon holding a bouquet of purple flowers talking with Lisa. They were immersed in conversation.

 "What you talking about," I asked while draping my arms on their shoulders. "Just catching up and wishing Jihoon happy birthday," said Lisa with a smile on her face. "Congrats for your solo debut Noona," said Jihoon while giving me the bouquet he was holding which and a card attached to it with a big 'R' on the front," This is from me and my members." 

"Thanks Jihoonie and happy birthday," I replied and gave him a quick hug. "As much as I hate to break this sibling moment up ,we got to get going Chae. The Unnies and I have a surprise for you," said Lisa while tugging my arm, "See you soon Jihoon, enjoy your birthday." We bid our goodbyes and headed to the car. "So where are we going Lis," I asked getting confused. "Somewhere very close to our hearts. Jennie and Jisoo unnie are already there." "Oh ok," I replied, "Whatever you say Lisa." We pulled out of the parking lot, heading to the unknown (only to me) location.

Meanwhile with Jensoo

Jisoo's POV

As soon as Chaeyoung and Lisa left for Inkigayo, Jennie and I went to Blackpink House so that we could set up our surprise for Chaeyoungie.

We decided to have a sleepover at BP House (well more like covering songs till 04:00 am so that we can recreate Rose's first night as trainee (I think it was her first I'm not sure, I'm going off of what they said in Light Up the Sky) 

Because we haven't been there in a VERY long time, we had to tidy up the place and get some snacks and make sure the TV still works. In other words, make the place livable for 1 night.

At around 4 pm we received a text from Lisa saying that she and Rose were here and that she had made sure to properly blindfold Chae so as to not give away the surprise. I replied back to her then put my phone down on the table. 

"Hey Jen, they're here, they're coming up the steps now," I say to Jennie and see that she had finished cooking. She made pancakes because that was the first food we ever made in our dorm as the 4 of us back when we were trainees.

We go to stand by the door, slightly jumping up and down like kids in a candy store because we were really excited for tonight. We made sure to plan a perfect night for our Chaeyoungie because we are all so proud of her and her solo debut.

Rose POV

When we were around 5 minutes away from our destination Lisa had covered my eyes with a black blindfold so that I can't see anything. She then led me through some doors then up a lot of stairs while watching me carefully so that I don't fall and get hurt.

Once we arrived at the top, Lisa led me to what I assume is the front door. She knocked twice and I heard the door swing open as well as the sound of two familiar giggles and whispers.

"Ok unnie, on the count of 3 I'm going to take your blindfold off and you must open your eyes," said Lisa. "Ok," I said and then she began counting. As soon as she said 3 she took off my blindfold and I opened my eyes only to be met with Jennie and Jisoo unnie as well as BP House. 

"Surprise!" they say. I gasp and cover my mouth because I was so happy, I think I might cry. "Thank you guys, I love you all so much!!!!" I then enveloped the 4 of us into a group hug that lasted a good 10 minutes.

"Now let's go to the living room and start our long night of covers," said Jennie unnie and she dragged the rest of us into the living room where I'm met with a setup similar to my first night in the dorm with them on my first day of being a trainee under YG.

"Wait a minute, are we recreating my first night in the dorms on the day I became a trainee," I asked very curious as to why this scene looks like how it was around 8 or 9 years ago. "Yes we are," replied Jisoo unnie, "So let's get to it and start this mini concert. Starting off by covering 'On the Ground." I grabbed my guitar and nodded to them, "Just as we practiced that other time?" They nodded and I took that as my chance to start playing.

After that we proceeded to cover songs till morning, such as 'Dance the Night Away' by Twice, Jensoo covering 'Monster' by Irene and Seulgi, Lisa and I covering 'Empire' by Wengie Ft. Minnie of g(Idle), songs by other YG artists and our own songs just swapping each others lines (Jensoo doing each others' parts and Lisa and I doing each others - this time I successfully covered Lisa's 4D rap)

Overall it we had an amazing time. It was so nice to relive one of my favorite memories with 3 of the most amazing people in the world, my best fri- no scratch that my SISTERS. Since they are on the ground, 🎶Everything I need is on the ground🎶.
