Y/N POV

As soon as I heard the steady pouring of rain I woke up and looked next to me only to see a rare sight. See Im dating an idol by the name of Lee Suhyun aka one of the best vocalists in the world. Since shes an idol she often has to leave home early meaning I dont see her when I wake up. Especially now since shes having a comeback (pretend this story takes place before / while theyre preparing for Next Episode)

So to say I was shocked when I saw her next to me is an understatement. She was still asleep though I knew she wouldnt be for much longer. She looked ethereal with her gorgeous eyes and slight pout on her lips. I noticed her stirring which gave me the indication that she was about to wake up.

Morning love, she said in her slightly husky morning voice while leaning over to greet me with a short and sweet kiss. Morning babe, how come you didnt go to the company today. You said that you had to go today? I asked while laying down in her lap while she played with my hair.

Its raining kinda heavy near the building so oppa (Chanhyuk - her brother for those who you dont know) said that I shouldnt come today to be safe. I nodded in understanding. "Well in that case what would you like to do today baby? I enquired, excited that I could finally spend some time with the most gorgeous woman in the world.

I wanna go dancing in the rain! She said with the biggest smile on her face. I however looked up at her in utter confusion. But baby well get sick if we do that, I replied while sitting back up.

I dont care I wanna go, she argued and brought out the puppy eyes and pout. She looked too adorable to resist. Fine lets go , I said with a slight grumble but also low key happiness.

We got out of bed and quickly changed into some slightly warm clothes that we didnt mind getting wet and went straight out the door. We were immediately met in a downpour, rain falling at the speed of light but luckily there was no lightning .

I noticed that Suhyun had brought her waterproof speaker and phone and left it just outside our house but close enough for us to hear it. She clicked play on a playlist which I immediately recognised as our playlist. She had created it when we first started dating, filled with both of our favorite songs and love songs to describe our relationship.

At first we danced like crazy people not caring whether we looked good or not as we jammed out to some of Suhyuns label mates songs. Eventually the next song that started playing was A Thousand Years by Christina Perry (fun fact I share a birthday with her) which we regarded as our song.

Immediately we placed our arms around the others neck and slowly started swaying along with the music, just staring into each others eyes without a care in the world. Occasionally sharing a passionate kiss or words of affection.

After the song ended we noticed that there were storm clouds gathering which was a cue for us to go back inside. We ran into the house as fast we could in the rain, not forgetting to grab the phone and speaker.

We headed straight for the bathroom so that we could submerge ourselves in hot water so that we dont get sick. We opened the shower and got in with each other.

We spent 15 minutes cleaning each other thoroughly, making sure we were warm enough so that we dont catch a cold. (They maybe couldve done something else - if you know you know- but thats entirely up to you)

After exiting the shower, we got dressed in each others clothes and made our way to our shared bed. Suhyun flopped down and I shortly joined her, making sure to snuggle as close to her as possible before I covered us with the blanket.

Thanks for doing that we with me love, I really loved it, just like how I love you. Said Suhyun in a soft sweet voice .

Of course baby, Ill do anything for you because I love you too, I replied. We smiled at each other, gave a peck on the lips before sinking into slumber after giving each other a silent message to do so. Lets just say Id play in the rain all the time if it means I can hang out with the best person in the universe.
