The same man whose photo they got from the basement of the Malhotra Mansion
The same man who was told to be Manik's uncle

Manik and Nandini left the house
By the time they reached the hotel ,Nandini had already slept
Glancing at her Manik didn't feel like waking her up....

Without making much noises,Manik lifted Nandini in his arms as he made his way to the lift

Placing her carefully on the bed ,his eyes caught the dress box he had brought few hours back left untouched....
Pulling up and covering Nandini with the duvet,Manik picked up the dress box...
He crushed the note in his hands and took the box with him

Sitting in the balcony Manik opened the dress box!
The solid burgundy dress stared at him magnificently.....
How much had he dreamt about Nandini wearing this dress on the date he had arranged for!
No he was selfish in thinking so!

Nandini woke up in a rush, finishing her daily routine and dressing up in a plain peach boyfriend shirt and ankle length ripped jeans Nandini woke up Manik
Catching the glimpse of Nandini as the first sight Manik woke up rubbing his eyes

N:Manik tum yahan Kyun soye? Bed pe so sakte the na?

M:Vinay has gone to Mumbai?

N:Yeah I called and checked at the airport...it was a bit difficult but I claimed to be his wife Rekha!!! According to the records they found that information to be right....

N:The letter Manik!! He had told that he would come to meet me....

Reaching Mumbai, Nandini and Manik did not go to Malhotra Mansion but WINTERFELL VILLA; Nandini's house....
This was done so that they could avoid Dad and Mom's questions...

Manik as he took the suitcases to Nandini's room found her calling somebody

He found out that Nandini was trying to call Navya to inform about their arrival

M:Nandini,Navya Ko phone Mat lagao..agar Cabir Ko pata chalega  toh woh 100% apna muh bandh nahi rakhega....

N: Lekin Manik,Navya kisiko nahi batayegi...she is my sister!

M:Nandini I really think we shouldn't take chances...if u really want to talk to her then I won't say anything

Understanding Manik's concern Nandini kept the phone aside...
Manik nodded...

N:Manik I will make some dinner....we haven't had anything from the mrng

M:No thats ok....I am not hungry, also I went to the bank...

N:Oh yeah ....kuch information mila?

M:No they r not ready to reveal anything....upar se  dad toh bohat bade deposits karte hai na...they have turned completely silent

Midnight 12.00 am

Nandini came searching for Manik; finding him working on his laptop in the lawn

Walking in Manik and Nandini climbed the stairs...while Nandini moved towards the right to her room,Manik started climbing the next set of stairs!

Confused Nandini asked

N:Manik kahan Jaa rahe ho? Room is taraf hai

M:Oh yeah ,Main guest room use kar lunga....u be comfortable....

N:Aisa kuch nahi hai Manik! Tum kya bol rahe ho?

M:No really Nandini...I also hv some work to complete....

Nandini said as she watched Manik climb the stairs to the guest room
Sighing Nandini made her bed...

Climbing in Nandini snuggled to get a comfortable position....
Sleep did not knock Nandini's eyes for a long time!

She was confused by Manik's behaviour....
He did not come to have dinner and then refused to share the same room.

He did seem a bit off in the mrng from the time they left Switzerland...

Was he trying to distance himself from her?

Nandini went to the room where Manik had slept to find the room empty....

Where did he go this early in the morning
His phone was switched off

Wow....Manik really switched off his phone...that was rare!
Something was wrong

She mentally made a note to talk to him the moment he arrives..
As she stood thinking about Manik...the doorbell rung

Smiling Nandini quickly went to the door
