She couldn't get her mind away from how beautiful the night had been!!

Navya opens the door

Nav:Diiiiiiiiii....aap kahaan the???kabse phone kar rahi thi main aapko!!!Daraa diya aapne toh!!
Aap teek hai na????

It is only then Navya notices her sister's wet clothes

Nandini wasn't responding to anything....
She was looking at Navya and giving a million dollar smile

Nandini was sitting on her bed looking at Manik's coat

The memories of the night were coming to her mind like a movie reel!!!

How Manik had held her when she got scared!!!
How he had adjusted with all her tantrums
How he had forced her to take his coat

Just then the phone rings.....

The caller was unexpected

Nandini literally had her eye balls pop out of her eyes

N:Manik!!!!!!!!!!!!

She picked the call

Silence

Just the way she had liked before

Uninterrupted silence

Both of them were silent

A thousand words were spoken in that silence!!!

Finally Manik spoke

M: Nandini!!!!

N:Yeah?

M:Ghar pohanch gayi na?

N:Arehhh!!!aapne hi toh chodha tha mujhe!!!

This statement made her go pink remembering her struggle with the seatbelt

Manik knew the effect on her..

He knew that she was blushing!

How much he wished to see her face now!

N:Aapne call kyun kiya?

M:Haaan!woh I wanted to inform you that the surveillance system would be temporarily disabled from tmrw....u knw since important dealings regarding our project will be executed from tmrw.. so v do not want to take any risks regarding the privacy of our clients,as v hv not yet made it public!!!
There can be attempts to hack into the system!!!
Only few employees will be working in my office from tmrw because of this!!
Others will shift to other branches..

N:Ok Lekin aap yeh sab mujhe Kyun batha Rahe hai?
Aapka office hai!!main toh sirf kuch dinon ki mehmaan hoon

This made Manik a bit sad!!!
Thinking about how he won't see her after this collaboration gets over ,made him gloomy

U hv a beautiful smile Manik!!!!
Tumhe apne smile ko logon Ko dikhana chahiye.. not just ur anger!!!
Phir sab apse pyaar karenge

Nandini slips into a deep slumber

Both souls were at peace....
They had no fights to remember!!
Only a cup of chaai and loads of happy memories

The next morning was of happiness and joy

Nandini had got up early and had finished off with the baking of mufffins for the Bakery....
She got ready for the day

Just when she was about to leave for the office the doorbell rings

Sumanji opens the door and invites the guest inside

Nandini comes down quickly to meet the person waiting ....

Nandini enters the office with a big smile on her face...
She was happy!!!!
Everything was in the right place in her life
She rushed to Manik's cabin to begin the day...

She tries calling Manik

Brushing away her thoughts,she goes and makes some important calls regarding the project

Every minute she was working ,her mind was getting restless

Finally with no other option Nandini leaves the office

The next thing she knew was that she was in front of Malhotra Mansion

N:Hmmm..toh yeh hai.....Mr.Manik Malhotra ki ghar...
Andar jaake dekhoon kyaa?

N:Main bhi na kya bol rahi hoon...ghar dekne ke liye aayi thi kya??Manik se milne aayi hoon!phir toh andar Jaana hi padega na 🤣

She pats on her head and goes to ring the doorbell

A servant opens the door

Servant:Yes ma'am!!!!aap kisse milne aayi ho?

N:Ji main Mr.Malhotra se milne aayi hoon!!

S:Ok ma'am....(he directs Nandini to the lobby)

Just as he leaves Vandana Malhotra makes her entrance

Vandana reaches the lobby

Nandini gets up keeping the magazine aside...

V(in her mind):Dikhne mein toh bohat sundar hai!

N:Yes ma'am..woh hum ek collaboration pe kaam kar rahe hai so....

V:Lekin beta Manik is sick!!I don't think he will be able to work tdy!!!!

V:Haan beta..subah se bohat tez bukaar Chadha hua hai...
Patha nahi achanak aise kya ho gaya...kal tak bilkul teek tha...

N(in her mind):Ayyoo Ramji...kahin unhe baarish mein beegne ke wajah se bukhar nahi aaya na!!!
Sab meri galti hai!!!kya zaroorat thi use apne saath lejanne ki!!chatri bhi chupa diya....
Aadat nahi hoga baarish mein bheegne ki..isliye he fell sick...
It's all my fault....

N: Ma'am kya main usse mil sakti hoon?

V:Woh u knw Manik gets really grumpy when he is sick!!!
Kisiko apne paas aane nahi deta!!!
Teek se khaana bhi nahi khaatha hai,dawaai nahi letha hai!!!
Phir kaam toh door ki baat hai!!!
He starts shouting at each and everything!

N:Lekin Ma'am product launch ke liye ab sirf paanch din hi baaki hai..toh us event ki preparations karna hai hume!!!
Mujhe sir ke opinion Lena hi padega...

Nandini walks behind Vandana towards Manik's room

They reach the room

Nandini opens the door

She walks in to see a sleeping figure on the bed

He was covered with blanket from head to toe

Tissues were lying all around

Food on the plate was left untouched on the side table

The room had been turned upside down

Files were spread on the bed and table

Hearing the creek of the door,Manik shouts lying under the blanket

M: Mom, Mujhe nahi chaahiye koi kaada waada!!!Main teek hoon!!
Aap plss jaayiye naa!!!
Aur pls Cabir Ko boliye ki mujhe yeh sick jokes mat bhejne ko!!

N:Excuse me Sir

Manik is shocked to hear Nandini's voice

He removes the blanket from his face and stares at her

M:Tum????????

N:Haan sir!!

M:Tum Yahaan kya kar rahi ho!!!
Pls chali jaoo!!!mujhe jhagda karne ki koi mood nahi hai

Nandini takes Manik's coat from her bag and keeps it on the table

M:Yeh dene ki liye tum mere ghar aaye ho???

N:Nahi sir!!!Main kaam se aayi hoon!!

M:Ab tum yeh sir sir kyun Laga rakhe ho!!!Phir se tumhari natak shuru ho gayi kya!!!
Kal toh tum mujhe Manik bulaaya tha na

Nandini remembers how she had addressed him by calling his name!!

She smiles at him

Seeing her smile Manik gets up and sits on the bed upright

Seeing this Nandini starts laughing

Manik looks at her confused due to her behaviour

M:Oyyy paagal!!!yahaan mein bimar pada hoon aur tum has rahe ho??

N:Woh aap bilkul tamatar jaise lag rahe ho!!!

M: Tamatar???

Manik's hair was all messed up

His nose and cheeks were deep red due to continuous sneezing...

He was looking like a small kid with a frown on his face

He was looking like a cute little tomato

Thus Nandini couldn't stop laughing

Manik gets irritated as she was not stopping laughing

M: Enough!!!!!!Now just get out

N:Sryy sir!!!ab nahi hasungi!!!
Ab sirf Paanch din hai na product launch ke liye!!!
Toh hume event ke preparations start karna chahiye!!
Isliye main aayi hoon..

Saying this he tries getting out of the bed

They start working!!

Nandini sits on the couch with her laptop!!

Manik sits on the bed making some phone calls and discussing things with Nandini

Meanwhile in Manik's room

After working for a while,Manik says

M: Washroom...kyun tum bhi aaogi?😂

Nandini's face gets flushed and she looks down

N:Ohhh nahi nahi!!!aap jaayiye!!

Manik leaves

Nandini was feeling bored,thus looks around the room

She finds a photo frame kept on the shelf

It was the photo of a small girl wearing a choli

Nandini takes the photo in her hand

She looks at the photo smiling

N:Yeh kiska photo hai??
Manik ki behen ki???

Nandini suddenly hearing Manik's voice hides the photo behind her and turns

N:Kuch nahi sir!!!bas aise hi!!

Manik sees that she was hiding something

M:Kya chupa rahi ho??show me!!

N:Nahi sir!!kuch nahi hai!!!

Manik tries to get hold of her!!!but she is too fast...

Both start running around the room and the lawn which was aligned with the room

M:Nandini stop running!!!!

N:No sir!!!aap mujhe pakad nahi sakte!!

While Nandini was trying to get out of the room,Manik pulls her and due to sudden force,both lose their balance and fall on the bed

Nandini was lying on top of manik with her hands tied on the back with the photo

Manik was holding her waist

The world had stopped for them

Nandini perfectly fitting in Manik's arms
