Next day

I woke up next morning and looked myself sleeping on bed fully covered with duvet.

A smile came to my face.
In my apartment i wouldn't be able to sleep without having nightmare on regular basis. I won't be able to get a peaceful sleep.

And here i am sleeping peacefully without any nightmare and fully comfortable position.
Maybe thats what family means :)

I freshen up and went for breakfast.
Everyone was waiting for me and today was silence on dining table.
I sighed heavily and sat on empty chair.

"Good morning " i wished everyone and they returned the gesture.
Everyone started having their breakfast.

This silence was today annoying me.
I spoke in frustration
"Guys... Can you please behave normally or else i am going"

"No beta... How can you leave?
First have you breakfast then we will talk" Dad spoke rather ordered me.

"Yes.. he is right...
And i am really sorry Dhriti i know it would have been difficult for you in the past but its just...
(He stopped midway)

He apologized sincerely. I was shocked how can someone change their opinion in 12 hrs.

Last Night he was angry and now he is apologising me.
I was still shocked when i hear paa's voice.

"Don't think too much baccha... It's the side-effect of sleeping in hall"
He spoke hiding his smirk😏

Oh god not again..

I looked at dii and she was looking at me as nothing happened.

"Yaa..last night i got a great company while sleeping in the hall.. isn't it paa??"
He replied with same smirk.

Now paa looked away.

I looked at the great ladies of this house. So practically they both shoeed away their dear husbands from their room and both men have to sleep on couch without any complaint.

"Do you want us to replay yesterday's night events"
Maa said glaring.

Both the men gulped and started eating their breakfast.

"Pishment... Pishment..
Papa and daada got pishment.."
I heard Shavya speaking in her baby voice.😁😁

Both the women started smiling and said "yes your papa and dada got pishment... "😉😝

I just completed my breakfast and went to Sharma's fashion house where currently my team is working.

I checked the whole work which i missed in past 2 days and decided about next arrangements.

Looking at the work, it is gonna complete in maximum 2-3 days. I smiled in satisfaction.

I heard someone calling me. I turned and saw daughter-in-law of Sharma's in front of me.

I smile at her and greeted her.

"Ms. Dhriti.... Hey
Long time no see.."
She greeted politely.

"Hello mam... Yaa something urgent came up"
I replied her with smile.

"You alright na?? If you were not well you could have taken leave today
also..."
She said sounding too much worried for my liking.

I got bit uncomfortable but still replied maintaining polite smile
"No issues mam... I am perfectly alright.... Ahh
I would take your leave for now as i have some work.. so please excuse me"

I literally ran away from her and sighed in relief.
Is today Weirdo day by any chance?
Because i am meeting such people since morning 😶🙄

It's been 2 days i haven't seen her.. i tried to locate her and track her...
Even hired a private investigator who is a great friend of mine.
But he wasn't also not able to get her information other than what was provided on google.

The things which we got to know was just her name, age , office contact no., Company's name and her achievement. Her all information has been perfectly kept as secret.

I was in my office thinking about a deal when i got text message.

Bhabhi- She is here.

Oh so finally. Madam decided to grace showroom with her presence. I was angry but also relieved and a bit worried too.
Too much emotions at a time.

Why the hell i am behaving like a pregnant woman??

I asked my PA to handle work for few hours and went to mom's showroom with a bouquet in my hand.

With a smile on my face i entered showroom.

I saw her working on her laptop through glass window in the room assigned to her.

She was looking gorgeous wearing pink crop top with black jeans.
Her hair were open and a bit wavy.
They were again and again coming on her face blocking my view.

She was tucking her hair repeatedly and finally at last pinned them.

She is looking so gorgeous.
Hayee i wish she keep this neutral expression always. But whenever i talk to her she always sho-ees me away.😔😔

I kept looking at her imagining our wedding day and how gorgeous will she look in bridal lehnga just like Popatlal from "Taarak Mehta ka ooltah chashma" 😝😂

(A/N- Those who don't know Taarak Mehta ka ooltah chashma is a show on Sab tv and Popatlal is character who is single since beginning and always keep dreaming of his wedding with every random girl who talks to him sweetly😂😂😝

I was lost in my imagination when i heard someone tapping my shoulder.
I turned and saw Dhriti's PA Stella looking at me confused.

"Excuse me sir..
I was calling you since few minutes you were lost in your thoughts.. so "
She said in formal way.

"Yaa.. i was getting married.. "
I replied still in my imagination.

"Excuse me... What??" She asked shocked.

"No.. i was thinking something so yaa what were you asking?"
I asked to stop making a fool of myself again.

"Sir actually you were standing outside mam's cabin.. so i wanted to ask you... Do you need something??"
She asked professionally.

"Not something actually Someone... Your mam 😉"
I spoke to myself

"Sorry sir??" She asked again

"Yaa.. your mam i mean i want to meet to your mam"
I replied her confidentially.

"Okay.. i will just ask her.."
She said and went in her cabin.

Kaash main bhi aise bina permission ke jaa skta.
I thought and cleared my mind.
Noo.. i can't behave like a pervert here. I have to be confident.

I am CEO , i can do this. Take long breathes.

Her PA came out and asked me to go in.

I entered nervously. She was drowned in her work.

"Please sit down.. just give me a minute to wrap up..."
She said without even looking away from her laptop.

Thank god she didn't see me.. nahi to abhi hi bahar nikal deti...

After a minute or so she looked up at me.
"You... What are you doing here??"
She asked in the firm tone.

"Hello... Ms. Dhriti this is for you.."
I said offering her flowers.

"Flowers... Why??"
She asked with raised eyebrow not accepting flowers.

"Take them... These are for you only... I wanted to apologize for......"
I was cut in between by her.

"What the hell... i am not interested in your flowers..
I forgave you... Leave"
She said in strict tone.

"But i......"
She again cut me.

"Mr. Whatever, i believe highly in professionalism and this is not a way.. you are an employee here... And your owner is my client...
So please leave.... I dont believe in these informal talks..."
She said in serious tone.

What employee?? I am a damn CEO ...
Am i behaving like a teenage lover boy.😶😑

"But i was asked to give you this by mam only you know
Mrs. Sakshi Sharma"
I said putting my final trump card.

She thought for sometime then took flowers.
"Okay... Thank you Mr.
You can leave now...
I will message her personally to thank her...."

I stammered and came out of her cabin.

I went to showroom staff and they greeted me as they already knew me. I greeted them too and went to mom's cabin. I asked one of staff member of showroom who was currently managing the store in the absence of mom and dii to come to the cabin.

"May i come in.."
He asked before coming in..

I hmm-ed , he came in and stood in the front of him.

"Do i look like normal employee or lover boy"
I asked him bluntly.

"Excuse me sir.. what are you talking about??"
He asked confused...

I asked him again..
"Don't i have personality of CEO??"

He looked confused and i dismissed him from cabin.
