Q & A

We just want to make this clear for everybody, and anybody in this chapter. If you have any questions at all assuming from how our schedule works, right to the lessons and submissions or anything please please allow us to know down in the comments and your question will be added to this chapter with an answer!

What is the schedule?

So basically, our schedule is to teach a range of 30 or more students who have applied for their year (a year is not a literal year but more of a few months, 5 being the maximum we hope)

We teach you via a tutorial, video or how our lessons are going now, and give you an assignment as your 'homework' during the end. Once you turn it in, you will be handed constructive criticism and a point.

Do you have a particular order in which you assign homework?

As of yet, no. We go in a completely random order and the professors are usually given time to make their lecture before we start, they're reminded and then their lecture is used when they are available to help with your homeworks.

If a student is unable to turn in an assignment on time would it be okay if they turned it in a day or two after?

We ask that the students who are unable to do it message us with the problem and say that they'll be doing theirs later (no later than three days!) So that we can be aware of that. So yes, you are allowed to turn in two to three days late.

Is there a grade book?

Yes, there is. This is where your points come in. The founder asks for professors to feedback the points they have given you and it will be added in a total as well as how many Assignments you have done, or have not. This will add to your final grading in the end before your examination, in which will justify if you pass or not. You need a certain grade to pass, this is unknown as of yet.

So it is important to hand in your work, or give a reason as to why you haven't, or even just pay attention to the lessons and in the examination you will save yourself if you get a bad grading!

Do you have the lessons planned out?

Yes, professors are all asked to plan out their lessons as soon as they choose what they're going to teach, and are free to write it whenever they want to as long as it is given when I ask for it, which will be asked a week or two before I actually need it so we are prepared!

Are the professors/instructors given a training course on how to grade?

Honestly, the grading can be pretty self explanatory itself and isn't at all that hard. They just have to rank your cover, tell you how to improve and what you did well, before feeding it back to the founder!

Are we allowed to redo Assignments if there is enough time?

Yes, you are able to do them as long as it stays within the deadline and even if you miss your chance to redo and think you can do better, after your experience with lessons before the examination you will be given a chance to redo one of your lessons then, to give you a few extra marks (:

Do we get put on a list if we are unable to turn in the assignment or fail to notify you?

You will not be put in a seperate list no. The grading book simply consists of your username, how lessons you HAVE attended, and how many lessons you haven't with or without a reason, though we do take into account whether you haven't done it for a reason, we are aware that people are unable to do weeks worth of Assignments without attending their own life and such. And also the point count given.

We hope these answers were helpful to you all!
