The crown prince Eden might come off as arrogant and cold at first, because he rarely speaks to anyone, never smiles and has always a rather bored expression on his face. Nobody knows why he's like that and a lot of rumours say that he's been cursed as a child. Whenever he is outside, he barely looks at the crowd. Most of the time his gaze seems to be fixed on far away points in the distant sky, like he is not even really present. His free time he spends with sleeping and only gets out of bed for duties or food. It's hard to have a casual conversation with him. If you are not the type to talk on and on you probably would feel quite uncomfortable around his quiet and dreamy presence. However he does every duty with good care and perfection, never doing more than asked yet never being lazy or complaining about anything.
The biggest issue is, that the 20 years old crown prince still hasn't found a fitting bride to continue his bloodline. On every event in the Palace he never talks to anyone, neither princess nor princes or similar and they all usually just give up after failing to have a conversation with him, calling him rude and arrogant.

Scenario 1 (includes omegavers/male pregnancy)

Due to the lack of initiative the king was forced to arrange a marriage for his first born son, who didn't struggle against it at all. One of the Kings biggest worries was that his son would lack the right amount of leadership to rule the whole country so he decided to marry him to the second born of the neighbours country. This would create a bond between two kingdoms while making sure that his own country will continue to flourish. You are the Prince, the second born of the neighbour nation. Your whole life, you've been taught that you will always be just the second and only the supporter of your older brother. Until your parents announced that you shall be married to Eden. They arranged a meeting at the crown prince's Palace so you both can get to know each other. Neither the your nor Edens parents were worried about a future hire due to the crown prince being an omega and therefore being able to carry children of his own. It wasn't a particularly secret information but simply one which is not usually talked about. Long story short it was a win-win situation for both countries and you have to tag along to not disappoint your parents and to not disgrace your whole bloodline.

Scenario 2
Your an apprentice of a well known doctor who is known for questionable studies. But your teacher was so exquisite at what he was doing and so loyal to the crown that he was allowed to research whatever he wanted. One of his studies especially caught your interest.
It was about a strange illness your master called depression. Due to his studies and your eagered help, the two of you were able to find out that this strange course wandering around the country might be just a simple disease and maybe treated and cured as one. But you can't help to notice a lot of similarities to what the crown prince is described as. The more you learn about that illness the bigger your desire grows to heal the price. One day you managed to get the permission from your master as well as the king himself to examine the Prince's condition and now you are about to meet his majesty the crown prince Eden himself.
