Ruby and I were asked to come to Ozpin's office to talk about the events of last night.

"Come in" Ozpin said on the other side of the elevator door.

When it opened we saw Ironwood, Ozpin, and Goodwitch.

"Sorry it took so long, someone pressed all the buttons in the elevator....wasn't me" Ruby said.

"Thank you both for coming, how are you feeling" Ozpin asked.

"Good" We both said.

Ironwood walked to us.

"Y/n, Ruby, I feel it's appropriate to know that what you did last night is exactly what being a huntsman and huntress is all about, you recognized a threat and took action, and you did the very best you could" He said.

"Thank you sir" Ruby said.

"Now, the general here has already informed us of the events that...transpired last night, but now that you've rested we were wondering if you have anything to add" Ozpin said.

"Was anyone else with her, did she look familiar to you at all" Goodwitch asked.

I shook my head.

"I...I don't know, she was wearing a mask, and she never said anything to me, but I know she fought with glass, I don't think that was her semblance though, her clothing lit up whenever she attacked" Ruby said.

"Save for the glass, it sounds like the woman I fought on the night we met Ruby" Goodwitch said.

"Embedding dust into clothing is an age old technique, it could be anyone" Ironwood said.

"Wait, do you think this woman is connected to Torchwick and the White Fang" Ruby asked.

What is she doing?

"It could be possible, but we still lack the required evidence to link the two together" Ozpin said.

Silence filled the room.

"Hang on a sec, Ruby, when we were on our way up the elevator, didn't we hear something about some sort of hideout, like...south-east outside of Vale" I asked.

"OH YEAH, I completely forgot" Ruby said, she knew what I was indicating.

Goodwitch was about to speak but Ozpin stopped her.

"Thank you both for your co-operation, why don't you go spend time with your teams, you have a big day ahead of you" Ozpin said.

"Anytime" We both said.

"Also...please be discreet about this matter" Ozpin said.

We both nodded in agreement.

"Actually, could you-" Ironwood said.

"No, you were about to ask for Ika to come up, he said that if you ever wanted to have another meeting with him he's not going to come...his words not mine" I said.

And with that we both left.

I escorted Ruby to her dorm.

When we opened the door her team and Ika went right in front of us.

"Well..." They said.

Both Ruby and I told them about the meeting.

"That was a risky move" Weiss said.

"No, I think you both handled it well" Blake said.

"I hope so" Ruby said.

"I'm sure everything will be alright, I know what will cheer you up" Yang said.

We turned to her.

"What's that" Ruby asked.

"I don't know, dad sent it to us, I thought we could open it together" Yang said.

"OOOHHH something from home" Ruby squealed.

Ruby tried getting it.

Yang shook open the item.

A black cylinder came out, it began moving...then it took a proper shape.

We looked at it.

It's....IT'S A DOG!!!

"ZWEI" Ruby cheered.

"HE SENT A DOG..." Blake asked.

"IN THE MAIL" Weiss asked.

WHY?!?!

"Oh he does stuff like this all the time" Yang said.

"Your father or your dog" Blake asked.

"Are you telling me that this mangy....drooling...mutt, is going to wiv with us forever oh yes he is yes he is" Weiss said.

She began playing with the dog.

"Please keep it away from my belongings" Blake said.

"Would all first year students please report to the amphitheater" Goodwitch said on the speakers.

Zwei began running around.

"Well we can't exactly leave him here while we're gone for a week" Weiss said.

"Look, there's a letter....dear girls, I've got to leave the island for a few days so I'm sending Zwei for you to take care off, inclosed is all the food you should need, love you both...TaiYang" Yang said.

Food poured out of the canister.

"What is he supposed to do with that" Weiss asked.

A can opener came out too.

"Welp, come on girls, Zwei will be here when we get back" Yang said.

We all left the dorm.

Then we all headed to the amphitheater.

We went into our designated area.

"Ozpin would like to share a few words before we begin" Goodwitch said.

"Today we stand together...united, Mistral, Atlas, Vacuo, Vale, the four kingdoms or Remnant, on this day nearly 80 years ago, the largest war in recorded history came to an end, it was a war of ignorance, of grieve, and of oppression, a war that was about much more than where borders fell, or who traded with who, but about the very idea of individualism itself, we fought for countless reasons, one being the destruction of art and self expression, and as you're well aware that was where many couldn't stand for, as a result those who opposed this tyranny began naming one of there children core aspects of art itself, color, it was there way to demonstrate that not only would they not tolerate this oppression...but neither would the generations to come, and it was a trend that is held to this very day, we encourage individuality, expressionism, and unity through diversity, as I have said today we stand together united, but this bond cannot exist without effort, whilst the rest of the world celebrates peace, huntsman and huntresses will work to uphold it, as first year students you will be tasked with shadowing a professional huntsman and huntress on a mission, some of you will be taken out of the kingdom for several days, some of you will work within the walls for the rest of the week, but no matter which path you choose remember to be safe, remember your training, and remember to do your very best" Ozpin said.

Everyone clapped then scattered.

"This is perfect, all we have to do is shadow a huntsman in the south-east" Ruby said.

"Yeah, we'll follow them in the day, then give them the slip at night" Yang said.

"Let's check search and destroy" Weiss said.

We followed them to the board.

"Here we go, quadrant five needs Grimm cleared out" Ruby said.

"Well...it's in the south-east" Blake said.

"Sounds perfect" Yang said.

They activated it, then they put in their team name....however it didn't like that.

Apparently the mission isn't available for first year students.

"Wonderful" Weiss said sarcastically.

"Any other ideas" Blake asked.

"We mail ourselves there" Ruby said.

"Well that's one option, unfortunately we determined that the concentration of Grimm was too extreme for first year students, it seems that particular region is rather popular, in fact I have the sneaking suspicion that the six of you will make it there no matter which job you choose" Ozpin said.

Everyone turned to Ruby.

"What makes you say that?

"I'm still curious as to how you found yourselves at the docks last semester, I'm interested to know how you really learned about a 'hideout' in the south-east, and I certainly want to know why witnesses reported seeing robots and rose petals in a dance club some time ago" Ozpin said.

Dance club?

"I doubt I'll ever get the right answers I'm looking for, so how about this....instead of waiting for you all to break the rules, why don't we just bend them" Ozpin said.

He tapped into his scroll.

He made the mission available for team RWBY.

"We won't let you down, thank you professor" Ruby said.

"Don't thank me for this, teamwork and persistence have carried you far, but you must understand...the things that await you beyond the protection of the kingdom will not care, stay close to your huntsman at all times, and do exactly as he says, he will be leading you on this mission and he can have you sent back to Beacon if he finds your skills to be unsatisfactory" Ozpin said.

They nodded.

"I'm guessing you boys wish to join them, I bent the rules for them but..." Ozpin said.

"It's fine professor, it'd be suspicious if suddenly we were treated like the golden kids, we'll be alright" I said.

He nodded and left.

We went out too.

"That wasn't exactly uplifting" Yang said.

"But it's the truth" Blake said.

"It's going to be tough but I know we can do it" Ruby said.

"Hey, team CFVY's back" A student said.

Ok are these guys supposed to be like top squadron or something?

We saw them walking away.

We walked to them.

"Velvet, are you ok" Blake asked.

"I'm fine, I had Yatsuhashi to look out for me" Velvet said.

"Your mission was supposed to end a week ago, what happened" Weiss asked.

"Nothing happened, it's just...there was just so many" Velvet said.

Ika put his hand on her shoulder.

"You're back now, that's all that matters now right" He asked.

She smiled.

"Ikagaki Kujin Cross...is that you" A voice asked.

He tensed up.

"Oh shit...let's leave" He whispered to me.

"IKA...IT'S YOU" A voice said.

We turned around and saw a girl with shades run up to him with her arms opened.

"Coco" Velvet asked.

She was about to hug him but he moved out of the way, making her fall.

"IKA" I said.

"She deserves it" He said.

Coco stood up, then tried hugging him again and again, only for him to dodge each time.

When she did get him she smiled greatly.

"I MISSED YOU SO MUCH" She said as she buried her head into his chest.

He created fire in his left hand and he melted her glasses.

She took them off.

She then tried kissing him....he flung her into a wall.

"COCO" Coco's team shouted.

Yatsuhashi grabbed his greatsword whilst the orange haired guy readied his blade.

Ika aimed his Armiger at them.

"Guys guys calm down....Ika, do you have some sort of beef with Coco" I asked.

"Tell them" He said to Coco.

She got herself out of the wall.

"There's nothing to say sweetie" She said to Ika.

I turned to him.

"We were dating for a while, then she cheated on me" He said.

Understandable.

"So...fare-thee-well" He said to Coco.

He tried walking away.

Yatsuhashi stopped him.

"Apologize" He said.

"Get her to and I will" Ika said.

"Apologize" He said again.

Ika sighed and turned to Coco.

"I'm sorry that you're such a bitch" He said before warping away.

They tried chasing after him.

I sighed.

"You better go now" I said.

We all said our goodbyes then we left.

Oh no....the huntsman helping us...is Oobleck!

"WHY HELLO GIRLS...WHO'S READY TO FIGHT FOR THEIR LIVES" Oobleck asked.
