You run straight through a crowd and they make way for you and Shiranui.

Shiranui pushes while you give her both emotional and physical support. Akashi pulls the child from Shiranui's stomach out gently. The child is crying from shock as usual.

She performs some tests on the newborn to make sure it's healthy and finishes in three minutes.

Akashi: **sowing** Finished nya. **wraps the newborns in towels and hands Shiranui the newborns**

Eichi Akio: Well I be damned, twins.

Akashi: That's not all nya. The one wrapped with the blue towel is a male and and the one wrapped with the pink towel is a female nya.

Eichi Akio and Shiranui: **in a surprised tone** Another male?

She pushes and another set of twins come out.

Newborns: **crying**

Akashi: **places them onto a table, runs some tests on them, wraps them up in towels, and hands them to Nagato** Congratulations again nya.

Eichi Akio: It's not over yet.

Akashi: **sowing** I know nya.

She gets ready to help Mutsu and opens her stomach when she finishes sowing Nagato's stomach shut.

Akashi: On the count of three push as hard as possible nya.

You give your emotional and physical support to her as well as she delivers a single newborn.

She runs some tests on the newborn and finishes again in three minutes.

Akashi: Okay nya, is that all?

Mutsu: **in a very very very painful tone** No, I think I still have one inside.

Akashi: Understood nya. Same thing again nya.

Another newborn comes out and Akashi runs some tests on the newborn, wraps them up in towels, and hands them to Mutsu. Then she begins to sow her stomach shut again.

Akashi: **sowing** Congratulations once again nya. You're the Father of six children now.

Eichi Akio: Thank you Akashi.

Akashi: **sowing** My pleasure nya.

Mikasa: I didn't think Lady Nagato and Lady Mutsu could bear twins. I'm surprised.
