*before Kylo Ren and his troops came to destroy the village*

A small leather sack was placed in my palm. While Lord San Tekka closed my hand and he covered it. "This will begin to make things right. I've traveled too far and seen too much, too ignore the despair in the galaxy. Without the Jedi, there can be no balance in the force," said Lord San Tekka. "Well, because of you now we have a chance. The General's been after this for a long time," I told him."'The General' to me, she's royalty. Well, she certainly is that" he said. I heard BB-8 coming into the hut and alerted me that the first order is coming I turned to Lord San Tekka "we got company," I told him. I left outside with Lord San trailing behind me I took out my Quadnoculars and I saw the first order ships approaching. I lower my Quadnoculars and said "you have to hide," "you have to leave. Go," I heard Lord San Tekka say that to me. I turned around and looked at him conflicted. I finally nodded my head and hurried off to my ship with BB-8. I ran passed armed people while they are trying to defend their homes. I hear a roar of wind and I guessed they finally landed. I hear blaster being fired they just started the fight. I ran to the BTL-B-Y-wing fighter, that is behind the rock. "come on BB-8, (y/n)! Hurry!" I said while sending BB-8 to the droid socket, and (y/n) went to gun pit while I was in the cockpit. I turned everything on really quickly I looked back to see our enemies arrived. I began to work on the controls urgently. Until I felt hit by blaster fire I turned around to see two stormtroopers charging at my ship and firing. "I see them," I told BB-8 he beeps back at me nervously (y/n) shoots at them while trying to do something. "nice shot (y/n)," I told her "thanks its been a long time since I did things like this on missions that I did," I heard her say. I tried to start the ship, but all I heard the engine sputtered "(y/n) get out," I told her. I saw her get out and follows me as I made my way to look at how bad it looked. The rear engine is badly damaged I looked out to the village and saw Lor San Tekka through the village while stormtroopers were either spreading flames everywhere or rounding up the villagers. I kneeled down beneath our ship and pulled out the small leather sack and took out the old artifact and gave it to BB-8 and said "you take this. It's safer with you than it is with me. You get as far from here with (y/n) as you guys can. Do you hear" he said while putting something in BB-8 " I'll come back for you guys ok," he added. BB-8 hesitated and then left I saw (y/n) did the same and ran with BB-8. I turned around laid on the floor with my gun, and out of nowhere someone hugged me "don't get hurt and I'll see you soon," I heard (y/n) said then letting me go and saw her ran towards BB-8 again. I smiled for a while and saw Lor San Tekka being slashed apart I yelled and shot at him. I saw him raise his hand and froze my shot. He saw me but I couldn't move the stromtroopers came and dragged me past the frozen blast. Until I heard a screamed and also heard "well what do we got here" Kylo said I saw (y/n) being dragged as well. I yelled saying "NO YOU STAY AWAY FROM HE-IT" almost blowing her cover as a man. He knocked her out with the force and I looked at him so angry. He came towards to me and I glared at him and I said " do I talk or do you talk?" "The old man gave it to you," he said to me. I told him "I can't hear you with your mask on," "seach him" I heared him say to the troopers. They searched me and turned him "Nothing sir," they told him. "Put him on board," he told him the last thing I heard say "kill them all". I wanted to help them but couldn't.

*After the village incident and in the jail cell*
Still Poe P.O.V
I woke up after being beaten up by the stormtroopers I look ahead and saw Kylo "I had no idea we had the best pilot in the Resistance on board. Comfortable?" he asked I answer him back "not really". "I'm impressed. no one has been able to get out of you what you did with the map." he told me "might wanna rethink your technique," I told him.  He said nothing and reached out to me I flinched on the chair that I was strapped on to. "where is it?" He told me "The resistance will not be intimidated by you," I spat at him. He kept on doing his mind trick but even more powerful then before "where... is it?" he said venomsly to me. I started to shake and screamed before I black out i said one thing "(y/n)" then everything went black.

I was dead for nine months i actually had this chapter on draft for a really long ass time and I was liike might as well update before I die again due to school coming up in five more days. So I hope you guys have a wonderful day and before I leave I would love to say.
