Cynthia one of the strongest trainer you met and you are quite lucky since you and her have been dating for months now, You were quite surprise when she told you that she is the Sinnoh Region's champion, You are talking to your friends Ash, Dawn and Brock

Ash: so [y/n], how are you and Cynthia doing?

[y/n]: it's going great man, I mean she's amazing in every way

Brock: Lucky bastard...

[y/n]: ehehehe... anyway she's in a mock battle right now but she will join us later

Dawn: cool

You hang out the whole day with your friends when Ash and Brock went to God knows where, you were left with Dawn

Dawn: it's been a long time since we hang out right?

Dawn: what is you team composed of now?

She shed tears, you raised your hands wipe her tears away and you caress her cheeks

You leaned in and kissed her, blood drips from the side of your mouth both of you tasted your blood but the two of you didn't mind, once you pulled away you pressed your forehead together, you felt the knife was removed

Cynthia: I love you too... ugh!!

She coughed up blood, you realize that she stabbed herself

[y/n]: Cynthia... why?

Cynthia: I want to stay by your side... even in death, we'll face this together

Tears well up in your eyes she did the same action you did earlier, she pressed your lips again you couldn't help but melt in it, once you pulled away you stare at each other

Cynthia: don't cry, okay? I love you always will

[y/n]: me too

You both fell on the ground the last word you hear before you faint "I love you"

Timeskip

You slowly open your eyes a light blinded you for a slight moment "am I in Heaven?" you ask yourself

???: no, but you are close to going there...

You look to the side and see all your friends, you suddenly sat up

[y/n]: CYNTHIA!!

Dawn: relax, [y/n] she's alright... she's in another room

You looked down, because of what Dawn witness she then leaned into your ears and whisper

Dawn: don't worry I told the police that some drunk Person had stabbed the both of you

You sighed in relief and thanked Dawn, she nods she knows how jealous Cynthia gets and how much you love her

[y/n]: how is she?

Brock: she woke up just a few minutes ago

[y/n]: can I visit her?

They all nod and put you on a wheelchair, and lead you to her room 'E-201'

You saw her sitting on the bed, you went to her and held her hand

[y/n]: hey how are you feeling?

Cynthia: *smile* good now that you're here, you?

[y/n]: I've been through worse...

Cynthia: I'm glad... I don't know what I'll do if you are dead

[y/n]: I would stare death in the face for you... I won't give up knowing that you are waiting for me, I love you Cynthia

Cynthia: i love you too, [y/n]

You stared at each other and pressed your lips, the others take their leave to give you two some privacy, she asked for permission you granted her she fought your tongue for dominance, but in the end you won. When you pulled away you were about to go to your room but Cynthia pulled you to her bed

Cynthia: I don't want to be alone, please stay

[y/n]: sure.. I'll stay as long as you like...

Then Cynthia fell asleep quickly, you chuckle and kissed her forehead, she then talked in her sleep
