She was adamant on helping her and look where it landed her .

When she had come in the hospital on the stretcher . His heart stopped, he started getting flashbacks of Daniyal, his hands were shaking so badly that Dr Shahroz told him to stay out of the Operation Room.
He said that he was not mentally capable to operate on his loved one .

He laughed at his situation the girl he fell in love with was the exact type of person he was running away from ,she was like a kindered spirit of his brother both couldn’t sleep at night knowing that there was someone they could help .

Not caring about what jeapordy they put their loved ones as a result . He should have known that this was going to happen , by how much invested she was with Khajista's troubles.
Just like his brother she had a righteousness and a sense on justice .

That’s it he is going to confess to her as soon as he gets a chance.

Yesterday they were laughing at Saim's antics and today she was in ICU and he was outside praying for her life,  with just how fleeting life is he atleast wanted to confess his love to her .
