Admission staff walked in his office" Sir Dr Zubiya ka liya call ai thi Karachi se " he said as Asfand look towards him "kaise kai " he asked

"Thanks " he look at the number " Koi emergency na ho " he dials the number before he could speak he heard the guy from other end

"Zobi " he paused

" jee mein Dr Asfandyar Ali Khan hoon " he said

" Yeh Zubiya ka number nahi hai " he inquired

" nahi " he said with a pause

" Zubiya se baat ho sakti hai ,mein na suna hai ka uss ko goli lagi hai" he said

" aap ko kaise pata chala , aur aap kon baat kar raha hain " Asfand at once asked

" mein Zubiya ka bhai hoon, woh koi Khan aaiya tha Neelum valley se uss na batiya hain " he said worriedly

At home

"Kya huwa tha tum ko " Gaiti asked her as she walked out of room

"Kuch nahi " she avoided eyes contact with her

" jaldi se packing karlo , we are going to Islamabad " Gaiti inform her

" sab " she asked her in surprise

"there is a wedding in Islamabad, for 2 days we are going " she said

" ok but Zubiya is not going anywhere " he added

"Asfi how she can stay alone in home ?" Gaiti added

" Asfi how with you she can stay ?" Gaiti look at Zubiya who was feeling bit awkward

"Zubiya i hope you dont have any problem in staying here " Gaiti asked her

"in mess i was staying alone, don't worry i will manage , wasie bhi i have to join hospital soon " she added

" guards are outside dont be scared , Asfi said he will be back before dark" Gaiti hug her and said she nodded Zubiya locked the door as they all left ,she check the time , a smile appear on her lips

"Desi khana pasand hai , let me cook something for him " she smiled at her thought and walked in kitchen ," i dont know kya pasnad hai Asfand ko" she rub her chin " call karo" she bites her lips and asked herself " woh muhje ko maana karda ga"she roll her sleeves and started cooking

Time flies as she finished she check the clock

"9 baja abhi tak aai kyun nahi " she picked up her cell ," nahi call nahi karti " she set the table and sat in lounge to wait for him

At Hospital

"Dr Asfand you are alone at home lets have dinner with us tonight " Dr Sheroze invited him

" nahi aaj nahi , i am very tired today , i want to relax " he tries to make excuse

" i have already told Asifa that you and Dr Haroon are coming with me for dinner , agar nahi chalo ga tou woh naarza hojai gai "Dr Sheroze said and pat his back , Asfand has no there option he agrees

At Dr Sheroze home

"Dr Asfandyar you are not eating anything" Dr Sheroze

"nahi nahi mein na khaliya " he folded the napkin and said

" today you are not in mood to play chess game with me " Dr Sheroze asked him , he smiles " waise ghar per tou koi ha nai ,aap ko jani kai kya itni jaldi hai " He again asked him " eh haal tou hamara Shadi ka baad tha, bus duty khatam ho aur hum ghar jai " he teased Dr Asifa

" waise kya koi larki aap kai naazar mein hai yeh hum aap ka liya dekha " Dr Asifa asked Asfandyar

He gave her a smile

"Dr Zubiya Peshawar chali gai " Dr Sheroze asked him while eating . Asfand nodded " acha kiya "he finished his dinner

" please ab muhje ko ijazat da mein chalta hoon " Asfand was waiting for him to finish his dinner

" aaj tu aap na hamara saath bilkul acha nahi kiya Dr Asfandyar " he greeted him and said

"Sir bus mera dil nahi kar raha tha , next time i will do justice with food " he smiled waved him and drives away " OMG kahan mein phase gaya 11 o'clock " he checks the time he drives as fast as he could to reach home "Zubiya i am really sorry " he curse himself while parking the car

" sab thek hai" he asked the guards the nodded he walked towards the entrance door , very slowly he unlocked the door , on tip of his toes he walked in while locking the door at his back, he finds her sleeping on sofa , she was covering herself with his black shawl, he couldn't stop mesmerizing her , he walked ahead , he finds a melted candle on dinning table , with plates ,he clench his jaws " i am so sorry Zubiya" he murmur

" aap aagaya " he heard her saying in sleepy voice ,she at once get up

" hey araam se " he said

" change kara mein dinner lagti hoon " she said

" why you didn't had dinner ?" he held her arm and said ,she look at him " freshen up hojai " she again said " i am sorry , Dr Sheroze zabardasti ghar lagaya " he said

" aap na dinner karliya hai " she stares at him and asked ,he shakes his head " nope ,aaj se pehla mein na kabhi itna jhoot nahi bola " he hides his smile and said

" kya " she frees her arm from his hand and walked towards the kitchen while asking him

" he took me to his home , dinner was not ready , then we have to wait for hour, when they serve i had in five minutes and stands " he had a laughter

" ohhh , kitna batameeze hain aap " she said

" who made this all ?" he check the dishes and asked her

" mein na ,mujhe ko nahi pata tha ka aap ko kya pasand hai " she hides her smile and said

" Dr Zubiya aik cheeze hoti hai common sense jo aap ka paas nahi hai, yeh phone kaise liya hota hai " he walked in kitchen waving his cell , she in shock look at him

"woh mein " she bites her lips and said

" kya woh mein " he walked ahead " aap ko apna arm ko rest dana chaiya , i think you forgot you are a Dr and Hospital needs you " he said and decreased the distance between them,he was standing an inch away from her , she look around finding place to escape , he noticed " bola " he asked

"Dr Asfandyar " she said in shaky voice he held placed his both hands no the counter, he look direct in her eyes ,while narrowing his brows he asked , she became numb

" will you marry me ?" he hides his smile and asked her ,she in shock look at him ,he has a smile on his face and his eyes was sparking like starts " daradiya " she placed her hand on her heart ,he had a laughter " nahi karo gai " she tries to push him away with her one hand , he held her hand in his " karni tou para gai aap ko ab madam " he naughtily smiled

" thek ha na karo Dr Asifa kai sister kal aarahi hai " he kept his face straight and said , he find Zubiya face turning red " mein un se bolta hoon meeting set karda " he smirks , Zubiya's eyes pop out at same time his cell started ringing ,he checks the number and then look at her , he received

" sorry mein na khud call kardi , i waited for your call " Rehan bhai said from other end

"Aik minute " he passed the mobile to her " yeh tumhara phone hai " he passed her

" kaise ka hai " she asked

" baat tou karo" he placed it next to her ear

" Zobi " she heard her brother voice from other end , her face color changed and she in shock at Asfand who was standing in front of her , she pushed Asfand and without waiting ran to her room ,left Asfand stunned

"Zobi" Asfand could hear her brother calling her , he look at his cell and the close door between him and Zubiya
