- love yourself you firkin nugget or I will beat you with the friendship stick that I stole from Olive

- Tupperware check! take a moment to clean out any Tupperware, containers, bowls, glasses and cups from your room :)

- check up on someone you haven't seen or talked to for a while

- stare at the sky 

- read a good book in the sun

- make a new character 

- talk with your friends

- if you're feeling down, tell someone.

- you are treasured and valued far more than you realise.
