8. Education Starts
"Do we have to go!" Edith slouched as her head tilted up as she cried out. The eldest sister approached her groaning blonde sister. Her hand rested on the girl with a pink beanie hat, as she spoke. "It'll be for 7 days over and over again, Edith." The blonde turned to Margo, darting her eyes. "Yeah until it's June all over again! I can't wait so long!" Her arms overlapped themselves facing away from her sibiling. Agnes, who eavesdropped Edith's concern, began to tell her own opinion. "School is fun actually. You meet friends, color all day, and you get to eat yummy food!" Her hand carressed her goat's fur as she squealed. The blonde sister played with the loose strands of hair that peeked out of her hat. "It's fun only because you're in Kindergarden!" She snapped. "Ok, ok, hold your tongues before you girls attack each other like the cats and the dogs." Gru, who still sported his pijama's, waved his hands ceasing the mini argument.
The youngest daughter walked towards her father with Lucky tagging along. "Oh Gru, who's going to drop us off today!" Her lips curved sweetly. Too sweetly for the ex-villain to be feel guilty when he will transform it into a frown. "Um actually," His hand scratched his bare neck. He took a quick glance at his three adoptive daughter before begining. "Lucy and I have decided for a bus to take you girls for this school year." Gru continued slowly. Edith turned at the shooking news, Margo's mouth was slightly open and Agnes' smile dissappeared just like Gru guessed. "No more singing in the car?" She whined, pouting her lips. Gru kneeled, reaching her daughter's height. His hand brushed over the little girl's fringe. "No more singing in the car, sweety. I'm sorry." The ex-villain murmured. He kissed her forehead before standing back on his feet. "But what about Uncle Dru?" Margo suggested. Gru faced the eldest. "He'll be busy as well." The three frowned. "Wait, where is Dru?" Blurted the middle child. "Yeah?" Jumped Agnes. "I wanna say goodbye to him before we leave." She added. The bald man laid his eyes on the young daughter which he already broke her heart, wishing not to destroy it again. "Agnes, I don't kno-"
"Did I hear my name!" Interrupted the enthuastic twin. "Uncle Dru!" The girls cheered in unison. They ran pass their father to hug the blondie. "What's this I see?" His eyes scan at his nieces carrying bookbags over their shoulders. "Oh are you girls going to school already?" Whined he. "Yeah." Said one. "Exactly!" Said the other. The twin placed his index finger on his lip. "Aww that sucks! I wanted to go to more tea parties with you girls!" "Don't be sad Uncle Dru!" Agnes spoke up. "We can still hold tea parties after school!" Her tiny arms embraced her uncle's legs, followed by her other two sisters. The blonde's hand petted his niece's hair saying, "Well then I can't wait!" Smiled he.
A honk alarmed the girls and the twins. "That must be the bus, come one girls." Gru turned to them. The three waved at their blonde uncle, about to head towards the door with their father until they herd another voice. "Hold on my little kittens!" Ran the redheaded carrying three paper bags on one hand. "You can't forget about lunch!" She said, shaking the bags. Each daughter of hers got their individual bag. Margo and Edith headed outside, meanwhile Agnes stayed behind speaking to her parents. "Please take care of Lucky while I'm gone." Lucy carried the goat in her arms, nodding. "Thank you. Love you mom, love you dad! Bye Dru!" Her hand waved as she left the house~
