While I was off the state, I watched Despicable Me 3 in Manhattan (I missed my flight so I had nothing else to do). And wow do I have A LOT of things to say! First I'm going to start with the new characters in order...

-----Balthazar Bratt-----

☆80s baby and knows it☆

• Mostly known for his bubble gum hmm..nice

•IVE BEEN A BAD BOY!

• gotta love how his show is so cheesy!!

• YOU KNOW AFTER THE WHOLE ACNE, BRACES, AND VOICE CHANGE WAS GONE HE LOOKS DAMN FINE!!

• (my favorite character from the whole film I love him more than anybody else)

• Every time he laughs its so fricken funny! THANK YOU TREY!!

• Clive looks so cute and smol :3

•He's one of those villains who are weak without their main weapon, like really? He has so many other things to battle with but REALLY!! 

• I DIED WHEN BALTHAZAR WAS TRAINING TO "PHYSICAL" WITH THOSE CLOTHES ON WHILE HE WAS MOVING HIS HIPS WITH THAT BALL! LIKE EXCUSE ME BRATT! THERE ARE KIDS WATCHING THIS!! 

• also remember when Gru and Balth were at there last Dance Fight? Yeah so there was a pole (if thats what you wanna call it) which was from his defeated robot, and HE KEPT ON DANCING AROUND IT!! ONCE AGAIN A KID'S MOVIE!! plz continue (i also got an au idea ;))

• the most explicit character here....i love it <3

•He is the first villain from the series TO ACTUALLY DESTROY GRU! he fainted and everything!! CONGRATULATIONS!!

• (I cried when he got defeated)

•BEST VILLAIN ever, and surprisingly the most wanted! 

---Valarie Da Vinci---

•Princess Pony head anybody?

• HOW DARE SHE FIRE MY 2 BABIES WTH!!

• her character is tougher unlike Ramsbottom, which makes her a better boss in a way

----Mel----

•its not everyday DM brings us a new Minion!

• unlike the other minions his character is distinct 

• he leads the minions and perfers being evil 

• the best part is how his character highlights Gru's love for the minions and how Gru isn't someone who only uses them for heist or help

----Dru----

• the biggest goofball on earth

• he's so clumsy which made me love him more (inlobe Balth more tho)

• I thought he lived by himself in Freedonia

• Telling Gru to turn back to villainy was risky for Gru

• Sure he had his ups and downs in this movie but that's what makes him unique from Gru! He's more of that idiotic, curious, and happy side of Gru which we rarely see

• YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW HARF I WANTED TO HUG DRU WHEN GRU MADE HIM SAD!! OMG ;-;

•i thought he would be loved by both parents, but Marlena likes him more for looks, meanwhile Dru's dad perfers Gru for his evil heists...real strange 

• i wanna touch his hair btw

• He saving his brother's butt was a nice touch, it proves that can be responsible 

• but i still don't know how I feel about him turning quite evil when his brother is on the good side...idk I have mixed feelings about that...

Ok so now I'm onto our typical characters...

-----The Girls-----

• Edith had a bit of character this film

•she's mischievous and enjoys pulling pranks (probably got that from her dad)

•Agnes losing her unicorn plushie and then being somewhat ok must've been tough for her

•BUY HEY NOW SHE HAS LUCKY HER PET GOAT YAAY MORE TOYS OTHER THAN THE MINIONS eerr i mean FUN

• I like how Agnes kind of matures knowing unicorns don'texist but still keeping her innocence 

•Margo guiding Lucy how motherhood should work is nice

•but WHEN NIKO STARTED LIKING MARGO I WAS LIKE NUH UH honey!! This is not going to be another Antonio dude...NO WAY JOSÉ! 

• towards the end it was cute how they began loving Lucy like a mom she's been trying to gain :3

•Planning that luau was the best idea ever!!

-----Lucy-----

• she has more of a quirky attitude more than ever!!

• Lucy not knowing how to be mother and then saying "I'm a mom!" IS THE BEST!

• she is the type to be encouraging her husband AND THEN THAT KISS ON HIS CHEEK MADE ME MELT ON MY SEAT

• one thing that I felt terrible was how BRATT JUST TOOK LUCY TO THE CLOSET WHILE BEING TIED! I was so worried for her....

-----Gru-----

• he feeling guilty of the how Dru has beautiful hair and a elegant house was too much

• GRU YOU SHOULD NOT FEEL LIKE A FAILURE  ;-;

•him missing the old villain days were scary but GOOD THING HE TURNED THAT THING NOW!!  phew

• i never thought I would see the side of Gru that would be so goddamn angry wow

• MY SON FAINTED SOMEBODY HALP!!!

• wait so if he faced bratt before was it in his villain days or as an AVL? makes you kinda wonder huh?

~F I N A L - T H O U G H T S~

Despicable Me 3 being a movie about Gru finding out he has a twin named Dru as he balances fighting AVL's most wanted villain was one of my favorites overall. With this movie battling a real topic, Lucy trying to make a good step-mother they did there best. And Pharrell's music made this movie come to life (especially with Hug Me omg i love this song). I'M DEFINITELY GOING TO WATCH THIS MOVIE AGAIN this week with my friends! 9/10!!
