Host:Ladies and Gentlemen! may I welcome you to this years Tournament of champions the finals round!

The sky clear and the sun shines down at the tournament arena has citizen that were there cheered and erupted in excitement

Host:Now! let me introduce you to this years finalist who've I would say surprised us all

Slowly the excitement of the citizen began to lower has they could not contain themselves but to cheer again they had to wait so silence overtook the stadium

Host:On the right corner! we have our speeding hero!, legacy of the flash! and the one who defeated the previous champion All might!

The desperation was to much for the citizens has many already start to gasp and cheer in excitement as the voice of the host speaks through the mics

Host:I give you Impulse!!

Out if the right tunnel a yellow blur can be seen raising towards the arena and once he touched it he began running so fast around the battlefield that a small tornado began forming blowing wind towards

But for some reason everything began to slow down has we get a closer look at the one creating this tornado it was a young, skinny and brown heard boy wearing a white and red suit with red goggles that have yellow lenses and lightning bolt shape antennas on the sides, smiling brightly was

Impulse showing off enough stands in the direction where the tight tunnel is now with his arms crossed

Impulse:Let's do this

The citizens erupted into a cheers as some are even clapping but after they heard *ahem* from the host they piped down has he now presents Impulse opponent

Host:Now onto his opponent a young huntress still in training on the left corner I present to you the girl that defeated Akame, Enterprise and even ninja Sensei Kiriya, the deadly rose and destroyer of Grimm—

Out of the left tunnel a red blur of rose petals came towards the arena still in her petal speed she spins around herself where she had reach high above the sky before diving down towards the ground

Host::Ruby Rose!

Leading on the ground the petals disappear has a girl with black hair that has red tips, silver eyes, red, grey and black clothes with a red cape and a red scythe that holds behind her neck and on her shoulders, and a smile placed in her lips

Ruby:Here!

Another eruption of cheers covers the stadium has the citizens couldn't truly contain their excitement it seems

While they cheered Ruby stood up and made her scythe go into its case form has she puts it behind her after that she turns to Impulse with a kind smile that he returns

Once their eyes made contact they began to make they're way towards each other as when they reach each other they both let out a small chuckle

Impulse:I think my entrance was better

Ruby:Hmmm you sure

Impulse:Oh most definitely you try given this guys some strong winds

Ruby:Didn't you se me going upwards before landing like a superhero! I say that gives me the win *smiles confidently*

Impulse: *chuckles* You think I can't do that?

Ruby:Maybe I am *gives him a cheeky smile*

Impulse: *sends a warm smile* Alright after this we're going to have a hero entrance challenge

While they conversed walking they're way was the proctor or referee of the fight has when he reach them the two turn their attention to him

Proctor:The rules are the same has the previous fights if one of you is either out the ring or knock out unconscious then you lose and your opponent will be victorious

Impulse/Ruby:I understand/Got it

Proctor:Next rule killing and poisoning your opponent is prohibited so do not do either of those two

The two nod to the proctor and he nods back has he commands them to go towards their respected sides

Impulse:Who ever wins no hard feelings right? *extends his right hand for a fist pump*

Ruby:No hard feelings *smiles before bumping fist with him* let's give it are all!

Impulse:Right!

With that both turned away from one another and began to walk to their respected sides has once they reached them they quickly turned around and took on they're respected stances

Impulse had a running start type of stance with a bit of defense shown

Ruby quickly took out her crescent rise that went from her sniper mode to her scythe form

Impulse: *mind* Man I forgot how cool that always looked

Both Impulse and Ruby nodded at the same type as they started seriously at each other

Proctor: *raised his right arm then drop it* Hagime!

Match starts quick with Ruby spinning her scythe has she reloads the clip and stabs it on the ground

She quickly began to open fire at Y/N who easily with his speed dodged the first three aura bullets before crouching down in the ground taking a running start

Yellow lightning surrounding him he dashed away with his speed

Going straight towards Ruby the silver eyed girl quickly unstuck her scythe and began to spin it around her not allowing Impulse to get close has said speedster who was about to land the first hit is forced to dodge the blade of crescent rose has he quickly began to move away from her

Ruby able to see the yellow blur follows behind him has she goes into her speeding petals rose state she dashes towards Impulse who glances back seeing the Rose girl going after her and once she was at the right proximity she tries to slash him but he quickly spun dodges the scythe and kicks Ruby in gut

Ruby:Grahhh!

Impulse:This will end quick! don't worry!

Taking charge Impulse began to send a barrage of punches at Ruby before railing back his right fist vibrating it at great speeds before sending a powerful punch on Ruby throwing her flying out the arena but still in the air

Ruby feeling the pain had her eyes closed but once she realizes he had stopped his assault she opened her eyes and widen them seeing she is about to lose so she quickly uses her semblance has speeds back on the arena

Ruby: *lands on one knee back on the arena* Phew! that wax close

Impulse: *speeds towards the middle* I'll say! now come on! this can't be all you have Ruby! *smirks*

Ruby: *turns to him and smile* Heck no it isn't!

She turns her scythe into a sniper and opens fire at Impulse who snickers a bit before dodging the first shot

Impulse:Missed! *dodges another* missed again! *dodges another one* your aims getting sloppy! *dodges once more* oh come on! you can't just—

Ruby suddenly uses her semblance and speeds above Impulse has she quickly opens fire at him making the speedster increase his speed a bit before beginning to dodge her two shots

Dodging the two aura bullets Impulse began to quickly run has speeds around the battlefield with Ruby following behind him using her semblance has she appears above/in front of him firing three shots this time but he rolls forward before continuing his run has Ruby followed behind has red petal blur as she appears where he's going to run

Side Rowling on the ground before starting to fire two more shots at Impulse which he successfully blocks before changing his direction as he now charges at Ruby who presses the trigger but all she heard were "Clicks Clicks Clicks" meaning she's run out of bullets

Ruby: *mind* Dang it gotta act fas—

Impulse: *lands a punch on her face* Gotcha!

The punch stands her skidding on the ground before she transforms Crescent Rose back to scythe mode, stabbing it to the ground allowing her to stop skidding and land the ground has she rubs her left cheek a bit

Ruby:Ow

Impulse:Come on Ruby! fights not over yet!

Ruby: *mind* Gotta by me time to reload and I just got the perfect idea

Impulse not having patience for his opponent runs at her but to her his surprise Ruby dies the same has she turns into her red petal blur and lunges towards with great speed

Impulse(Y/N): *mind* Clash of speed *smiles* alright Ruby bring it on *starts to run a bit much faster with a smile placed on him*

Confident as he was he did not expect the next action has before they could even collide Ruby's petal state splits into two surprising Impulse has he stops himself with a drag

Impulse(Y/N):Wow!

He sees two red petal blurs speeding around the battlefield and while they did that Impulse could only look on in confusion has he contemplated on which one is the real Ruby

Impulse(Y/N):Hmm *mind* gotta think of something quick she could be reloading in those petals for all I know *taking on a running start* luckily I know what to do

Lightning appearing in his eyes and around his body impulse dashes at the red petal blur to the right with great speed has he jumps high in the air and goes through the fake Ruby has when he lands he quickly turns his attention to the other Red petal blur and runs towards it

But Ruby had finished her reload and moved the blade of her scythe to the back has the barrel of the gun fires a gravity dust bullet which launches her forward but she doesn't stop as she presses the trigger two more times

Impulse seeing this doesn't stop running towards her has when they we're about to clash Impulse dodges her scythe has if it were a limbo bar

Impulse(Y/N): *slow motion Lim.Bo.Tim.E*

Historically dodging her scythe Impulse turns around and smirks at Ruby who continues to dash forward before turning around to open fire

Impulse(Y/N): *chuckles* More limbo I guess

Seeing the dust bullets in slow motion Impulse decides to dodge them matrix style

Lowering his body down to the lowest level he could do the bullets just go pass him has when they ended he straightens his body up

Impulse:Man! I can't believe that work

Ruby:HAAAAAAA!!!!

Impulse:Huh?

Impulse turns to Ruby's scream and sees her turning into her red petal blur state

Speeding towards Impulse her Scythe goes in for the final slash but before she could even land the hit her scythe phases through Impulse giving him the opening to do a speed push that sends her back

She recovers quick and speeds upwards above Impulse has she fires a gravity dust bullet that boost her to spin rapidly towards Y/N who dodge it but barely but to his surprise the blade of the scythe twist itself and Ruby goes in for another slash

Ruby:I have you now! *lifts up her scythe*

Impulse(Y/N): Gaah!!

Ruby lands the slash in Y/an giving him a side cut on his chest has Ruby then transforms her scythe into sniper mode and fires a pint blank gravity dust bullet at Y/N which pushes him back skidding on the ground

Impulse(Y/N):Aaah grrrrr man! that.hurts!!

Ruby: *a bit worried* Sorry Impulse! but that was for my left cheek!

Impulse(Y/N): *mind* Note to self never give Ruby a mean hook because she'll send the pain back much more painful *looks up and smiles at Ruby* sometimes I forget your too childish for your nature

Ruby:Hey!

Impulse(Y/N):But I think we should be finishing this

Ruby: *nods* Agreed

Impulse(Y/N):Then let's finish this!!

Impulse creates a crater behind him has he speeds towards Ruby who's eyes widen in shock by his sudden burst of speed

Impulse goes sweep her legs but Ruby predicts this and dodges that but is to pats to fudge the kick impulse sends next has after that kick he elbows the silver eyes girl on the side gut making her yelp and grit her teeth a bit from the pain has she goes to slash Impulse but he dodges the swing and then the second one before backfilling backwards gaining a bit of distance from Ruby who lunges towards him

Dodging her slash Y/N goes to kick her but she blocks the kick with her weapon but Y/N then began to run around Ruby in circles making look around seeing many Y/N's

That is until he comes into view and lands a punch of her chin sending her slinging on the ground back with her weapon getting separated from her

Not taking any chances Impulse speeds towards Crescent Rose and takes away from Ruby as he gains distance away from her he stabs her scythe beside him and waits for Ruby to get up which she does has she quickly gets up and spots crescent rose beside Y/N

Impulse(Y/N):I'm ending this now!

Impulse runs straight towards Ruby who is beginning to get nervous has while she could speed towards her weapon what are the chances Y/N doesn't catch her before she gets C.R but then she remembers something

Ruby: *mind* This won't hurt him but it should blind him for a bit so come on now Ruby concentrate

Impulse rails back his fist hoping to end this with one last punch but before he could land the hit Ruby hits him with the silver eyes

A bright and silver light blinds everyone especially Y/N has he stops himself from running has he tries to regain his vision

Ruby seeing her plan has worked uses her semblance to speed towards crescent rose has she quickly grabs it and then dashed towards Y/N who is starting to regain his vision but first he sees everything blurry

But when he glanced back and sees the figure of Ruby going for s slash he gasp before making his entire body vibrate has Ruby phases through Y/N before using her semblance to circle around

Regaining his vision again Y/N see Ruby speeding towards him again so he prepares himself but Ruby pulls of another surprise for him

Using her speed she creates a small wind tornado that allows her to make Impulse begin to arise up high once his in position Ruby goes in for a slash

Impulse doesn't stop vibrating has Ruby goes through him again which allows Y/N to turn her direction and extend his arms forward has he spins them he slowly begins to create two different tornados that grow has they were fired at Ruby who couldn't dodge them so she is send crashing towards the ground making small crater

Dealing with that Impulse then uses the two tornados to descend down to the ground landing on it he then begins to run around the battlefield while Ruby rubbing her head slowly begins to get up and see what was happening that is when she sees Y/N appearing ten feet away from her his right arm sparking with electricity

Impulse(Y/N):Take this!!

Y/N fires a speedsters kinetic electric blast that heads straight towards Ruby who in fear drops to the ground again has she barely dodge the blast that makes hole on the wall that surrounds the arena

Impulse(Y/N):Oh come on!

Ruby: *pushes herself up* Let's finish this Y/N!

Impulse(Y/N):Yeah!

Both of them speed towards each other has when they we're about to clash Ruby readies her scythe for the final hit but before she could land the slash Impulse phases through her allowing him to grab on Ruby's cape

Once he had hold of the red cape Impulse began to spin around while holding onto Ruby's cape had the girl could only let out a scream has Impulse let's out his own shout of strength before throwing her out of the ring like a meteor as she crashes on a wall before landing on the ground unconscious and with her aura broken

Impulse seeing this does his signature pose

Impulse(Y/N):TA DA!!

Host:Impulse Wins!!!!

With that the people erupted once again into cheers has Y/N with a cut that went from his abs to his chest still holds his smile and then lazily bows his head before speeding towards Ruby has he lays on one knee

Y/N:Hey Rubs you okay? *pokes her*

Ruby: *quickly wakes up* what!? huh!? What happened!?

Y/N: *chuckles before smiling* I won

Ruby:Oh *giggles* well guess I lost

Y/N:Yeah you lost but I gotta say my friend you really got me good so *gives her a thumbs up* that an A for a good fight in my book

Ruby:Heheheh thanks Y/N

The two laugh has the battle was won and Impulse will continue down his journey that his grandfather left him
