Your P.O.V 

Why does this have to happen to me? What did I ever do to deserve this?! I thought to myself. Why did my mom have to die and leave me with my deadbeat dad? I sighed and looked out the window of the limousine that my dad had me picked up in. I guess my sigh alerted Happy, the driver cause he turned to look at me. "You good kiddo?" He asked. I nodded and said, "I'm fine.." He nodded and replied with, "So no, you're not. You and your dad have the same 'I am upset but I don't want people to worry' face." I looked over at him. "Oh...uh, ok." I shrugged. He chuckled softly and smiled warmly. "Look, I know you might not be thrilled about this now but, I've gotta tell you that your dad is actually kinda exited. In fact I haven't seen him smile this much since....well ever." He said pulling up to the huge Avengers compound. I nodded, "Yeah..a teenage girl who just lost her mom and now has to move in with her dad and a whole bunch of strangers...what's not to be thrilled about?" I asked sarcastically. Happy chuckled a bit and nodded. "I see you got his sarcasm." He said.

We got out of the car and walked into the compound. Happy led me to the lab where my dad and a Dr. Banner worked together making random stuff. We walked into the lab and I was so fascinated by everything. "Hey guys." Happy said addressing my dad and Dr. Banner. "Oh hello Happy." Dr. Banner said smiling softly. Happy smiled back. "Hello Bruce." Bruce noticed me looking around and cleared his throat looking at my dad. I glanced over then looked back at the trinkets on the wall. "Tony." Bruce said. My dad was so focused on whatever it was he was working on. Bruce sighed and tossed a rubber ball in the general vicinity of my dad catching his attention. "Yeah Bruce?" He asked. Bruce motioned towards me and Happy which made him look over at us. "Oh!" He quickly stood up and took off the science goggles and lab coat along with the protective gloves he was wearing and then walked over to stand in front of me. "Wow...Y/N, you look so grown up....I-I mean I don't know what else I was expecting but....just wow." He said looking at me with fatherly love. I nodded and forced a small smile. "Yeah.." I shrugged. He nodded and smiled softly, "Would it be ok if I hugged you?" I hesitated but nodded then shrugged. "Sure....I guess." He nodded and hugged me. I gently patted his back before he pulled away. "Well...uh, let's get you to your room and unpacked." He said and I just nodded. We left the lab with both of us carrying some of my bags each.

Once we got to my room we set my bags down on the bed. "I figured I'd leave the room for you to decorate yourself." He shrugged and looked at me with a small smile. I smiled back and nodded. "Cool...." I looked around the room seeing a desk and plain white walls. "So...uh, want me to leave so you can get settled?" My dad asked. "Uh...sure, I guess..." I shrugged. He nodded and smiled softly. "Well, whenever you're ready you can head over to the lab then we can go to the living room and I can introduce you to the other Avengers...unless you're too tired." He said. "That sounds nice...thanks.." I said. He nodded and smiled then left the room closing the door behind him. I sighed and sat on the edge of the bed. "It could be worse..." I whispered to myself and started to unpack.

Once I was set up I walked back to the lab and saw my dad sitting there working on something. I cleared my throat to get his attention. He looked over at me and smiled. "Hey honey, ready to meet the team?" He asked. I nodded, "As ready as I'll ever be." He nodded and led me to the living room which had all the avengers sitting on either the couch or chairs. My dad cleared his throat to get everyone's attention, which it did. "Hey guys. This is Y/N, my daughter." He said putting an arm around my shoulders. Everyone looked at me then smiled. "Hi. I'm Steve." A perfectly built blonde guy said. I nodded and smiled softly. "I'm Bruce." The guy who was in the lab with my dad said. "I'm Clint. Nice to meet you." A man with dirty blonde hair said smiling at me. "Hey, I'm Nat" A woman with pretty red hair said smiling softly. "I'm Wanda." A girl with long kinda light ginger-ish hair said. "HELLO YOUNG MAIDEN! I AM THOR!" A god-like man with long blonde hair kinda yelled. "Thor, inside voice." Nat said chuckling softly. Thor nodded and apologized. I suddenly felt a whoosh of wind and then a rather handsome guy with silver-white hair was standing next to me. "Hello princessa~, my name is Pietro." he said with his thick accent the kissed my hand softly, looking into my eyes. I blushed softly which made him smirk softly. My dad cleared his throat and gave Pietro a fatherly glare which made him dash off to Wanda. I stood there with a soft blush on my face. "Hello, I am Vision." A man that had a yellow stone stuck in his forehead. "I'm James but everyone calls me Bucky." A man with the perfect build and shoulder length brown hair said smiling softly. "Hello." A velvety voice said from behind me and my dad, so we turned to see a man with long raven locks and deep green eyes. "Oh...who is this?" He asked gesturing towards me. "BROTH-" "Inside voice." Nat cut Thor off. "Right. My apologies. Brother, this is Lady Y/N. Stark's daughter." Thor said somewhat excitedly. The very tall man looked at Thor then at me. He looked me up and down before smiling softly. "Well then. Pleasure to meet you Lady Y/N, I am Loki." He said bowing his head slightly. I nodded, "Nice to meet you.." I smiled slightly. Loki smiled and walked over to an empty chair and sat down.

After the introductions and some just random talking I went up to my room and fell asleep. Maybe this won't be so bad, I thought to myself.
