Max leads the group through Petalburg Woods with his trusty PokeNav. However, his older sister May lags behind. She demands a break, and Ash concedes to another pit stop. 

Y/n and Xenovia shook their heads, clearly May doesn't really have any Stamina if shes asking for breaks often. Y/n then received a call on his Xtransceiver.

"Y/n, i need you at the Johto region." His teacher Palutena said.

"Johto? Any reason why?"

"You'll see when you get here, and you'll be surprised to who's with me."

Y/n raised a eyebrow at that, wondering who his teacher was talking about.

Soon Palutena's Gardervoir appeared , Y/n was teleport to Johto. He met with his teacher at the regions lake of rage. Y/n then had to dodge a incoming hyper beam. He then saw what fired it.

"A shiny Gyarados?"

"Dark pulse!"

"Moon blast!"

A pink ball of energy and a beam of purple rings of energy hit the shiny Atrocious Pokemon, it flinched before roaring at it's attacker.

Y/n saw the attackers was two old friends of his, Neptune and Noire.

Neptune: The protagonist of protagonist has made her Pokemon debut.

Seriously Neptune? You debut  in one of my Pokemon stories and the first thing you do is break the fourth wall?

Neptune: Come now JA, you expected anything else from me?

Touche Neptune, touche...

Neptune: And lonely heart is making a actual debut instead of a cameo like in your Galar story

Noire: Stop calling me that! And i'm not lonely, i do have friends

Neptune: Oh really? What's their name then? And Uni doesn't count

Noire: Y-you! JA, permission to feed Neptune eggplants?

Permission granted

Neptune: WHAT!? N-N-NO wait! Anything but that

*Noire chases Neptune with a couple of eggplants in her hands*

Neptune: I'll get you for this JA, mark my words!*She flees with Noire on her tail*

*Snort* Unless she goes HDD on me, i'm not afraid of her, back to the story

Y/n quickly sent out his Regieleki to help them.

"Thunderbolt!"

Regieleki fired a thunderbolt at the shiny Atrocious Pokemon who was about to use aqua tail on Neptune's and Noire's Sylveon and Umberon, the attack hit it's mark causing it to roar it pain. When the attack died down, Gyarados fell over knocked out. 

Y/n then pulled out a dive ball and threw it at the shiny Atrocious Pokemon.

1..2..3 and ping, and with that, Gyarados is caught.

Y/n picked up the dive ball and used his aura to heal his newest Pokemon.

"Phew, thanks Y/n, you really saved our butts there." Neptune said in relive.

"Thanks, but it's not like we needed your help or anything." Noire said with a huff.

"Oh Noire, a loner as usual. This is why you have no friends." Neptune said while shaking her head.

"What? Why you...." Noire growled. 

"Easy you two, i think we should focus at the more important thing here. Like why did Gyarados rampage like that?" Y/n said while getting between the two.

"That's because the poor thing was forced to evolve." Palutena said while walking to them. "I tracked the signal to Mahogany Town, this is another reason i called you here Y/n, i need your help to shut it down."

"You  got it, Neptune, Noire, can you help us with that?" Y/n asked them who they nodded.

They then went to Mahogany Town, they tracked the signal to a shop. After knocking aside the disguised grunt, Y/n moved a bookcase revealing a hidden staircase.

"Good ears Neptune." Y/n said as they entered. "You heard the whistling sound from the bookcase which led us to the hidden entrance." 

"Oh shucks, it was nothing for the protagonist."Neptune said.

"Now's not the time for your nonsense Neptune, we need to stop this signal." Noire said as serious as ever.

"Noire wait." Palutena said as she held out her hand. "Look at that statue, have you noticed something strange about it?"

They saw a Persian statues with eyes glowing red, it didn't take long for Y/n to figure it out.

"I see, if we get seen by it, it'll trigger a intruder alarm." Y/n said with narrowed eyes. " But it won't be a problem, i been wanting to try something for a while now." 

Y/n touched the side of the statue before focusing his aura though it, soon the statue begin sparking before shutting off.

"Wow, when did you learn how to do that." Neptune asked in awe.

"I got the idea from one of my Pokemon, but don't let your guard down, i only managed to shut down this one, there could be more." Y/n warned the others who nodded.

As they went deeper, Y/n was right as there are more statues like the one at the entrance, Y/n had to disable only one other statue as Palutena found the scientist responsible for the security system and shut it down.

Getting to the next floor, they learned that to get to the room of one of the leaders, they need to two passwords to his room. After giving them from some grunts, they made their way to the boss.

 Unfortunately for him though, Palutena was in a bit of a foul mood. She had argued with another master guardian before taking his mission to cool off.

After literally squeezing the answers (Read choking it out of him), they reached to the door of the signal generator. Palutena used a voice recorder to get past the voice recognition lock. The door opened, but before they could like a step, They were interrupted by someone.

"Stop right there!" A red headed women stopped them. "I am a team rocket Executive, my name is Ariana and you won't take another step, i'll stop your meddling here and now."

"Oh really now?" Care to put your money where your mouth is?" Palutena said narrowing her eyes.

Seeing his friends reaching for their Pokeballs, Y/n placed a hand on their shoulders. "Master Palutena has this, we'll only get in the way." 

"Arbork, come!"

"Gardervoir, with me."

"Psychic!"

Gardervoir's eyes glowed blue as she lifted Cobra Pokemon and smashed it around until it's knocked out.

"Fast!" Noire said shocked.

"She's a master guardian for a reason,and one of the best. And that rocket Executive is learning  that the hard way." Y/n said with crossed arms.

Ariana recalled Arbork before sending out a Gloom...only for it to be knocked out by psychic. 

Ariana then sent out a Murkow. 

"Thunderbolt."

Only for it to be knocked in a instant, and before Ariana could react, Palutena has used her aura to restrain her.

 Palutena then checked the controls but doesn't see a way to turn it off,  seeing no choice, she had her Gardervoir knock the Electrode out. It worked, without the Electrode powering it, the device shut down.

Soon more guardians appear to take away team rocket, the guardians along with Neptune and Noire was at Mahogany Town's Pokemon center to have lunch before Y/n returns to Hoenn. Y/n could only wonder what the future will hold as the journey continues.
