After reaching Hammerlocke, our heroes met up with Sonia. They all visited the Hammerlocke vault that has information about the darkest day, but found nothing that they haven't already know.

Y/n decided to take the on gym tomorrow as he and the other guardians was called by their teacher Palutena. They were confused when the older guardian sounded tense during the call. 

While the rangers were patrolling, the guardians were waiting for their teacher at the Pokemon center. When they sensed her at the door, they saw the reason why their teacher sounded tense during the call.

Palutena was a green haired women in her early twenties and next to her was her fellow teacher and normally friendly rival Rosalina. However things happened and their normally friendly rivalry grew tense, which is quite the understatement. When another teacher made a mistake of getting between them, he was told to butt out before being sent though several walls.

"Y/n, i need  you and the others in the Crown Tundra." Palutena said to her student.

"My students are patrolling Hammerlocke, so you don't need to worry about your brother and his partners not having backup." Rosalina said to Y/n.

After agreeing, Y/n and the others was teleported to the regions Crown Tundra. There, they met a man named Peony in the town of Freezington . While he acts like a child, Peony gave them clues to the locations of five giants. The older guardians heard of a group of thugs trying to search and capture the giants, so they decided to beat them to it and ask Y/n to help as he's a champion. 

Thanks to the older guardians, they found of the location of one the titans. After traveling to the western side of the Giant's bed, they found the Iron ruins.

"The door sealed shut, how are we supposed to get in?" Iseult asked.

"Hey, there's something written on the door." Y/n said as he got closer to the door.

"Read it out loud Y/n, maybe  it's a way to open the sealed door."  Rosalina said.

"Don't tell my student what do !" Palutena snapped at her. Seeing sparks flying, Y/n quickly read the inscriptions before the two came to blows and the three of them was dragged into it.

"Let's see..... "Let ring the piercing note that will wake the giant of steel." Y/n said as he read the inscription.

"Piercing note? Y/n, let out a sharp whistle. Maybe it will work." Palutena said after she stopped her argument with Rosalina.

Nodding, Y/n let out a sharp whistle, the inscription glowed lightly before the door opened.

After entering the ruins, they saw seven circles on the floor in a hexagonal formation and a large statue at the back of the room.

When Y/n steps on a circle, it lights up. After stepping and lighting up all seven circles, the statue started to glow and shake, it then exploded. When the dust died down, it revealed a Registeel?

"Y/n! You must catch it!" Palutena called out. "Now that the door is open and Registeel is awake, capturing it is the best way to keep it out of the wrong hands!"

"If you say so...Cinderace, battle time!" Y/n sent out his Galar starter.

"Pyro ball!"

Cinderace repeatedly kicks a rock, igniting it into a flaming soccer ball. It then kicks the fire ball, launching it at the iron Pokemon. The iron Pokemon braced itself with iron defense, but the attack left it with a burn. But before Y/n or Cinderace could react, Registeel struck the rabbit Pokemon with Zap cannon. 

Cinderace was knocked back was paralyzed, seeing the pyro ball barely damaged the steel golem, Y/n recalled Cinderace and sent out his Incineroar. 

"Blast burn!"

Incineroar forms a big ball of red-orange fire in front of his fire belt, and then launches a giant red-orange flame from it at the iron golem. The blast attack and caused a large explosion, and when it died down, it revealed Incineroar kneeling with his belt smoking and Registeel barely standing.

Y/n then took a chance and threw a heavy ball. 

1...2..3 and Ping. With that Registeel was caught.

After recalling his first starter and picking up the Heavy ball containing Registeel, two shady men in black  entered and demanded Registeel. But before the younger guardians could do anything, their teachers both each grabbed one with a aura arm and knocked their heads together knocking them out.

The younger guardians blinked in surprise, not expecting the two to work together because of their fight. The older guardians explained that they already resolved their argument and though it was fun to mess with them by pretending to still argue.  This cause the younger guardians to faceplam in disbelief. They then decided to search for the next ruin, the grunts were sent back to Freezington tied up by Palutena's Gardevoir.

After they traveled to the north of Lakeside Cave, they found it rock peak ruins.  Y/n then read the inscription.

"Let the first Pokemon hold a never changing stone." Y/n read. "Never changing stone? Does it mean a Everstone?"

"Doesn't hurt to try." Iseult said with a shrug.

After equipping the first Pokemon of his team with a Everstone, the inscription on the door glowed before the door opened.

Entering the ruins lead them into a room similar to Registeel's ruin, but the circles were in a "H"  formation. After stepping and lighting the circles, the statue started to glow and shake, it then exploded. When it died down, it revealed a Regirock.

Y/n used Gyarados to battle the rock peak Pokemon, an aqua tail and hydro pump later the rock golem was greatly weakened. Y/n took the chance to throw a heavy ball.

1...2...3 and ping. With that Regirock was caught.

Another duo of grunts appeared and demanded Regirock, but the older guardians knocked them out with a aura sphere before sending them to Freezington tied up.

After going to Snowsilde Slope, they found the iceberg ruins. After reading the inscription of" walk together with a living crystal of snow" Iseult caught a Cryogonal and inspected the inscription on the door which glowed before opening.

The ruin was same as the others, except for the circles were in a "t" formation. After awakening Regice, one battle later, Regice was caught.

They found the next ruins at the Three-Point Pass, after reading the inscription of "When gather the three giants, the door of destiny shall open. The inscription glowed before the door opened.

After entering, they noticed this ruins were different from the last three ruins, having ten circles instead of seven and having two statues instead of one.

"Y/n remember the patterns on the door?" Palutena asked. "Try lighting up the circles in one of the patterns instead of lighting them all then once."

Nodding, Y/n lights up the circle in the "x" patterns. One of the statue exploded, when the dust died down, it revealed a Pokemon Y/n and the younger guardians never seen before. 

Y/n scanned the new Pokemon with his Rotomdex.

"Regieleki, the electron Pokemon. A Electric Type.  Its entire body is made up of a single organ that generates electrical energy. Regieleki is capable of creating all Galar's electricity."

Y/n noticed that it was smaller then the the others, which means it was most likely the fastest of all of them.

"Y/n, aim for the Braille on it's face." Palutena said.

"There's a point on a Pokemon's body where their life force is most focused." Rosalina explained. " By aiming for said points, you'll maximize their catch rates."

Regieleki zipped around the room faster then the untrained eye can track, but the older guardians managed to trap it between some aura pillars.

Taking the chance, Y/n threw a heavy ball at the electric golem.

1...2...3 and ping. And with that, Regieleki was caught.

After the electron Pokemon's capture, the circles stopped glowing.  Y/n then lit them up in the "Y" pattern, the other statue exploded, when the dust died down, it revealed another Pokemon the younger guardians never seen before.

Regidrago, the Dragon Orb Pokemon. A Dragon Type. Its body is composed of crystallized dragon energy. Regidrago is said to have the powers of every dragon Pokemon." Y/n's Rotomdex beeped.

After aiming for the Braille on the dragon golem, Regidrago was caught.

After picking up the Heavy ball containing the Dragon orb Pokemon, about five goons charged in, having intentions of forcing Y/n to give them the Regies. But before they could even demand the Regies, Palutena and Rosalina both trapped them in aura chains.     

They call then teleported to Freezington, where the older guardians interrogated the goons that they captured. As Y/n relaxed with his  traveling companions, he could only wonder what the future holds as the journey continues.
