Still on their way to Jubilife City, Y/n and his friends run into a Buneary.   

Dawn decides to catch it after it saves Pikachu from being run over by Officer Jenny. Y/n noticed it was more experience then a normal wild Pokemon.

When Ash decided to give it a go, the rabbit Pokemon began acting shy, like a high school girl around her crush.

It didn't take the others long to realise that the rabbit Pokemon has a crush on Pikachu. Well all but Ash anyways.

It saw the trainers were in the way, so it fired a ice beam to freeze them so they could be alone . Keyword being tried.

Y/n covered his arm with aura before swatting the ice beam aside, shocking the rabbit Pokemon.

Pikachu scolds Buneary for almost freezing Ash and his friends, upsetting her and making her cry. Pikachu tries to remedy the situation but he fails

As usual, team moron appeared and tried to capture Pikachu.  Officer jenny appeared, she had been chasing them for robbing a factory. Parts they stolen was used to build the machine they're using.

Y/n nodded to Lucario who was behind him, the aura Pokemon nodded back before rushing at them. Team rocket didn't even have time to blink as Lucario used a combination of speed and power to slowly but surely break their machine piece by piece.

Just as they understood what had happened, their machine was already was destroyed and in pieces.

Realising what had happened, team rocket decided to be smart for once and flee. Y/n apologized for the destruction of the parts, Officer jenny waved it off before chasing the fleeing trio.

 "Wow Y/n, that amazing!" Ash said in amazement, Pikachu crying out in agreement.

" Wow is right, i blinked and it was over in a flash." Dawn said in agreement.

"Y/n was known as a prodigy back guardian school." Iseult said. " He hated being called that, but me and the rest of out little group calls him that just to annoy him." She giggled as Y/n shot her an annoyed look.

Dawn then tried to capture Buneary again. However, this time Dawn decides to observe proper Trainer etiquette and battle it first. This time Dawn and Piplup are prepared for Buneary's moves, including Dizzy Punch, and it's a successful catch! Now Dawn has a new Pokemon up her sleeve for the Pokemon Contest in Jubilife City!

Y/n and the others were happy for dawn, Y/n then noticed Lucario was missing.

Said Pokemon returned, informing Y/n of the trail ahead.

Y/n and the other headed to the trail sight, but the group noticed the smell of the area was beginning to stink really badly.

The guardians made bubbles around the groups heads to block out the smell, they reached the sight with a path of the others.

Y/n walked down the path and encountered a Weezing. 

"Weezing, the poison gas Pokemon. A posion type and the evolved form of Koffing. Weezing alternately shrinks and inflates its twin bodies to mix together toxic gases inside. The more the gases are mixed, the more powerful the toxins become.  The Pokemon also becomes more putrid."Y/n's Pokedex beeped.

 Lucario stepped up, knowing he's the best one for the trail.

"Metal claw!"

Lucario's claw's glowed and extended, before it struck the poison gas Pokemon multiple times.

It tried to hit Lucario with a heat wave, it the aura Pokemon was to fast.

It then tried to take Lucario down with self destruct, but was faster and used dig to dodged the blast.

Lucario rose from the ground after the blast died down, Y/n then when down the path for his second opponent.

Y/n then arrived to a small area where he encountered a familiar Pokemon from Alola, a Salandit.

"Salandit, the Toxic Lizard Pokemon. A poison and fire type.  Salandit lives in volcanoes and dry rocky places. They're very dangerous Pokémon that attack after releasing a sweet-smelling poisonous gas."

Y/n knew it's type combination was a good and bad for him, bad as the fire typing can really hurt lucario.

Good, as Lucario has some ground type moves.

"Earthquake!"

The attack hit  and knocked out it's mark.

Y/n and Lucario both got ready, knowing that the totem Pokemon is next.

Y/n arrived to a large open area, at the other side was a pedestal with the poison type Z crystal, the Poisonium Z .

Suddenly a large figure landed in front of Y/n, it was a Totem Salazzle!

"Who's that Pokemon?" Dawn asked while trying to scan the totem with her Pokedex.

"No data available" Her Pokedex beeped.

"No data?" Dawn asked confused.

"That's because it's not a Pokemon  from Sinnoh , which is why your Pokedex has no data on it." Bea said.

"Salazzle, the Toxic Lizard Pokemon. A poison and fire type, and the evolved form of Salandit. Its poisonous gas contains lots of pheromones that attract male Salandit."

"Bone rush!"

Lucario rushed to the toxic lizard Pokemon with a bone made of energy, but was driven back by a flamethrower.

"Dig!"

Lucario quickly dug underground, Salazzle looking around trying to find out where the aura Pokemon will pop up.

Before she could react, Lucario struck from bellow sending her flying.

While still in the air, Salazze fried a fire blast at Lucario. The aura Pokemon was able to dodge before countering with aura sphere. The attack struck, sending the toxic lizard Pokemon to the ground.

She got up slowly, before calling the ally Pokemon a Salandit.

The two toxic lizard Pokemon fired flamethrowers at Lucario, but the aura Pokemon dodged before rushing at the Saladit with his speed.

"Bone rush!"

Lucario made another bone of energy before striking the toxic lizard Pokemon multiple time, it was too much for it and it was knocked out.

Lucario barely dodged a incoming flamethower, before rushing at the totem.

"Close combat!"

Lucario unleashed a all out barrage at the totem, which countered with a pointblank fire blast , the two attacks clashed and caused a explosion.

When the dust died down, it showed Lucario hurt but standing and Salazze was down and out.

Y/n and Lucario sighed in relieve as their friends cheered, Y/n went to the pedestal and attached the Poisonium Z to his Z ring.

Salazze told Y/n she wanted to go with him, wanting to grow stronger. Y/n accepted and captured her in a Ultra ball.

As our heroes rest from the days adventure, they could only wonder what the future has in store as the journey continues.

Done and done, next time our heroes will reached Jubilife city. However something isn't right, and it involves the Poketch. And a old friend of Y/n and Bea's will make an appearance.
