You were helping your parents move into a new house they just bought. You were a petite girl who couldn't be more than a hundred and ten pounds soaking wet. You were by yourself, moving stuff into your house while your parents shopped for things they needed for the home.
You moved some boxes into the house when you heard a Bing from your phone.
"Please grab dinner?" You said as you thought about what you could have for dinner.
There were too many options that you liked, and when you saw your parents gave you four hundred dollars for dinner, you smiled.
"We will have three things for dinner!" You said as you went to the bank and pulled out the four hundred dollars, then went to the grocery store with your red wagon.
After your doping trip, you grabbed way more than you needed, and you ended up using the whole two hundred dollars except for thirty cents in change. You had one heavy brown paper bag in one hand and pulled your red wagon that had seven just as heavy bags in it. You had to go up a hill, making you sigh.
"Uhhh, why are my eyes bigger than my stomach?" You sighed as you tried to get up the hill, but you weren't doing so great, especially since you didn't have two hands on the wagon.
You were starting to struggle while trying to go up the hill. You were about halfway up when you had to stop.
"I can do this! This hill is not going to stop me," you said tiredly.
"Need some help?" You heard a voice ask as you tried to see who it was, but the paper bag you held prevented you from seeing the person.
"I guess so; I can't even see you," you laughed as the guy took your bag and then took your wagon.
You couldn't believe how tall this guy was, and you noticed his quirk, making you smile.
"Thank you! My eyes are way bigger than my stomach. It always gets me into trouble," I laughed again.
"Is your house far?" He asked.
"No, it's down this road; it's the last one. Thank you. I was afraid I would end up going back down the hill," I said.
"Having a party tonight?" He asked.
"Oh no, this is dinner; my family just moved into the house. Well, I'm moving stuff into the house while they replace the refrigerator and oven, the microwave, also getting paint, wall mud," you explained.
"They left you to do all the heavy lifting yourself?" He asked.
"More or less, it's fine, though. I don't mind, but I used my quirk too much the last couple of days, so now I can't use it, but I will figure it out," you said as Mezou came to your house and saw a truck sitting outside your house stuffed with boxes.
"I can help you for an hour. I'm not doing anything important," Mezou said as you smiled.
"If you want, you must be a hero," I said as I grabbed my keys, threw them in one of the bags, and opened the door.
"I am; Tentlecole is my hero's name," he said.
"Nice! Want some dinner for helping me?" You asked as you put some of the counter and opened the small fridge.
"No, thank you, I'm fine," he said as you looked at the oven and turned it on.
It was on its last legs, but you would make food while bringing in some boxes.
"Oh, be careful!" You said as he was moving some heavy stuff, and you immediately went to help him.
"It's okay, I got it," he said as he quickly picked it up, but you were still worried.
You moved the smaller boxes while making some food. Mezou's watch went off, and you were almost done with the food you were making.
"Thank you, Tentlecole, I wouldn't even half of it done!" I said with a smile.
"Not a problem; need anything else done before I leave?" He asked as you looked at him.
"No, thank you. I made extra food. It will be done in five minutes if you want to wait," you said.
"No, thank you! I'm good at the food. Have a nice day," he said, and you hugged him goodbye.
"Bye, see you around! Also, my name is Y/n. Don't be a stranger if you are around this part of town!" You said as you let him go.
"I will try not to be," he said as he left your house.
"She's very odd," he thought as he left your house.
You checked your phone, and your mom texted you.
Did you grab dinner?
"I did! We are having egg rolls with sushi and wontons with crab ragons. Spicy stew with potatoes and green beans, and dinner rolls with butter. Then home homemade pizza with pepperoni, watermelon, and a side of carrots! Also, steak and cabobs. A hero helped me with the groceries and helped me move some things into the house," you texted.
"Did you offer them food?" Your mother asked.
"Yes, he declined.
"Ask him if he wants to come over for dinner. You bought way too much food, lol.
"He is already gone. I can catch up to him if I hurt. He's also a heteromorph like Sarah! I never thought I would meet another one!" You texted.
"He's also a hero?! Good for him. He and Sarah should get along fine, then she's coming over for dinner with her husband," she texted.
"Awesome!!! I haven't seen her since her wedding!" You reply.
"Well, she has been busy with college. Y/n, I got a notification saying there is a fight going on. If you want, you can check it out; just don't get hurt too bad and overuse your quirk," your mother texted.
"Thank you. I will also be careful," you texted, then put your phone in your pocket, then went to your box labeled tools, opened it up, and grabbed a first aid kit and a stick.
You grabbed some roller skates you packed with your things. You put them on and got a notification of where the fight was happening. You grabbed some food for the road and made sure the containers
You smiled and headed out the door, making sure you locked the door behind you. Skated down the street and saw Kirishima get knocked back while Mezou tried to get up. You set the food and medical bag and your phone, then took off with a cheerful smile.
"I will end you two, and once I do, I'll become a hero killer! I will kill every hero who gets in my way of world domination!" He growled.
"Liar lair pants on fire!" You yelled as you rubbed your thumb across your fingertips, lighting your right hand on fire, and you set his pants on fire, then hit him with your stick.
"You little bitch!" He growled as he tried to hit you, but you disappeared.
"To slow!" You laughed as you hit him again, then disappeared.
"Right here!" You said you pushed him forward, then backward, then on, then both sides.
"Stop it!" The man yelled as Kirishima got up, and so did Mezou.
"I'm not touching you!" You smiled as you kept hitting him every time you disappeared and reappeared.
"Come on, Mr. Grumpy Pants, and you will let a tiny girl beat you in a fight?" You asked as Mezou looked at you worried.
"Get back! He has an acid quirk!" Warned as you smiled.
"I'm going to scare you, little girl!" He yelled as you teleported and hit the back of his knees and then got in front of him.
You punched him hard, knocking him back, and made a tree trunk crack with the sheer force you put behind your punch. He fell to the ground as you spun your stick around and spun around happily.
"Good guys for the win! Nice job, guys," you said as both of them looked at you, shocked.
"Are you hurt, Tentlecole?" You asked as you saw he was bleeding.
You grabbed your first aid kit and the food bag and hurried over to him. Then, I opened it up and got stuff out of it.
"I'm fine, don't worry about it," he said as he tried to get away from you, but you started wrapping up some of his tentacles in bandages.
"Oh, your mask got cut," you said as you put some sticky tape to cover the rip.
"Your quirk is awesome so that you can teleport?!" Kirishima asked.
"Yes, I have a half-and-half quirk. This half can disappear and reappear. Also, I can light my fingers on fire. My other half is super strong and fast, but I can light my whole body on fire with that one," you smile.
"Are you hurt?" You asked as you looked Kirishima over.
"Nah, I got a Harding quirk; he knocked me down because he hit me with Tentlecole," he chuckled.
"Here, let me check your webbing for cuts; they might miss something," you said as he awkwardly was trying to get away from you because you were so willing to help him, but he didn't need it or want it.
"I'm fine, really; you don't need to," he said as he started feeling embarrassed by you.
"It's okay, I don't mind; it's the least I can do for helping me for an hour; sorry you had to. I have been moving stuff for the past week, and I overused my quirk a bit, so I have been trying not to use it. My mother said you are invited to dinner if you like, but I'm sure you are going to say no to it so I brought you some extra food I made and I won't take no for an answer this time because it's close to dinner time and you got beat by a meanie," you said as you gave him the bag of food.
"Thank you...," he said as he awkwardly took the bag from you.
"I should head home; bye, guys! Keep the first aid kit; I have plenty! Bye!" You said as you hugged him and then took off.
"Aww, you got a fan; she's adorable," Kirishima said.
"I'm pretty sure she's a kid by the way she looks and talks," he said, worried he was going to be called a pervert or worse.
"Maybe she will be a hero someday because of this," he said as Mezou smiled a bit.
"I hope so," he said as he looked at the food.
