It's finally time for me to go on my pokemon adventure I've got everything my first pokemon litten

My medicine, some spare clothes, some food, my Pokeballs, and my map I'm all set and ready to go "Y/N! Litten! You two ready to go" I turn and look at my partner and he looks at me we nod at each other and he jumps on my shoulder me and him have been together since I was six

*flashback*
I was on my way home when I heard a meow I turn around to see a hurt Litten "oh no" I run over to help but he arches his back and his hair spikes up and heats up but I don't care I pick him up and run to the pokemon center

*end of flash*

After litten got out he started following me everywhere even in school so mom just let me keep him as time moved on I started training with him and by the age of 8 me and him were almost completely in sync and when I hit 9 I could understand him so now that I'm 10 with even the slightest twitch he knows what move I want him to use and better yet I can understand other pokemon right off the bat so I'm pretty much ready for anything now don't get me wrong I by no means am cocky but I am confident in me and my pokemon's abilities, I walk downstairs to see my mom she had flowing H/C hair amazing E/C eyes my dad said he was lucky to meet her when he came to alola with uncle Gary "hey mom"

"Ahh there you are Y/N, you ready for your adventure," she said as I nod. "Well let's hurry you'll miss your flight" oh and did I forget to mention I'm going to the Kanto region it took a lot of convincing but I finally got my family to let me go, I run to the counter and pick up my ticket and run out the door straight to the airport and when I got there I saw my dad, the professor, the trial captains, and my brother and they were all smiling at me and I smiled back as a tear was about to fall and my mom hugs me from behind me and the tear falls
