Darkness: My name is Darkness and I am a Crusader. Would p-please let me join your p-p-p-p-p-party!?

Kazuma: Ehm...

(Y/N): Uh, Kazuma. I think you should do it.

Kazuma: What do you want me to do!?

(Y/N): Hey, you're the leader and it's your responsibility to recruit some party members!

Kazuma: Come on! You gotta help me out here!

(Y/N): I would, but not at the right time!

Darkness then proceeds to grab Kazuma's arm which made Kazuma surprised by the sudden contact.

Darkness: Those slimy girls were your allies, right? What in the world happened to them? And that lady you were carrying.

She says pointing at you.

Darkness: What act caused her to be like that especially that she needs to be carried. So, what happened to those ladies that they were covered in slime?

Darkness asked.

Kazuma: Umm...they were going to be swallowed by giant toads and the other one who was carried by (Y/N) and was exhausted to get up-

Darkness: It's worst than I imagined...No, wait! As I knight, I can't overlook such horrors befalling two girls of such tender age.

She then started panting and blushing.

Kazuma: (Her eyes are scaring me. (Y/N) is really annoyed, but yet confused about her...she's setting off my danger radar, it's telling me that she is just like Aqua and Megumin!) No, no, no. I'd advise against it. It's hard how useful our party members can be. One can only use her magic one day. The other one is totally useless and is spending all her money on alcohol. And I'm the lowest in the class party. Except for that little girl and (Y/N) here are quite stronger than us. Those two girls of our party are trash, so I advise looking somewhe- ow, ow, ow!

Darkness increased her grip on Kazuma's hand as he was about to finish his sentence. 

Darkness: That's even better! The truth is, this was a bit difficult for me to say. While I have confidence in my stamina and strength, I am somewhat very clumsy, so um...my attacks never hit the mark.

Kazuma: (Looks like my radar was spot on.)

(Y/N): Wait. You said that you are very clumsy and you can't even hit a single attack? Is that true?

Darkness: Yes, of course! *Gets her face close to Kazuma* As such, I'll charge the front line, so please use me as a shield!

Kazuma: (Her face is too close!)

(Y/N): (Bruh, really?)

Kazuma: No! I could never use a woman as a shield.

(Y/N): Well, we could get eaten by monsters in every battle.

Darkness: That would be even more with pleasure!

You and Kazuma glanced at each other in confusion.

Kazuma: (Oh, I get it, it's not her ability. She is hopeless in the core.)

You then sighed and began to reason with Darkness.

(Y/N): Okay, look. As much as we would like to recruit you to our party. But, it's getting pretty late, you know? You should come back and visit us by tomorrow if that's okay with you.

You said in a very polite and rational way as Darkness looked at you for a second before letting Kazuma's arm go and went back to her normal personality.

You nodded and smiled at her.

(Y/N): Glad we understood each other.

Darkness smiled back before leaving the Guild. 

Just then, Kazuma sighed in relief before he turns to you.

Kazuma: Thanks, (Y/N). You did a pretty good job there.

(Y/N): Yeah, you're welcome.

Aqua: We're back~!

Aqua called out as Megumin, Jack, and Aqua finally came out of the shower. 

Kazuma: Ah, you guys are back.

Megumin: Did we miss something?

(Y/N): Yeah, we just met a Crusader who came by and wanted to recruit.

Jack: Well, did you accepted her?

Jack asked Kazuma.

Kazuma: N-No, I haven't yet. The Crusader will come by tomorrow, so...yeah.

Aqua: Well, okay then. 

Jack: Hey mom, can we go back to the Inn? We need some sleep.

(Y/N): Oh, sure thing. We're gonna see you guys tomorrow.

Aqua/Megumin/Kazuma: Goodnight!

-Tomorrow-

Kazuma was seen walking to the Guild and reached the Front door.

Kazuma: I was so worn out, I slept till noon...

As Kazuma opened the door, he sees Aqua doing Party Tricks.

Aqua: There!

Everyone in the Guild began to applause.

Aqua: Thank you! Thank you! Oh, look, Kazuma! What do you think of my skill? Isn't befitting of a water Goddess like myself?

Kazuma: (Isn't that party skill, you low-grade Goddess?)

That's when you and Jack entered the Guild in time.

Jack: Morning, everyone.

Kazuma: Ah, good morning, (Y/N). Morning, Jack.

(Y/N): Mornin', Sir Kazuma of the Greatest.

And then again, Megumin comes into the Guild as well.

Megumin: Morning, guys.

Kazuma/Jack/(Y/N): Morning, Megumin.

-Mini Time Skip-

So right now, the four of you were eating lunch at noon as Kazuma spoke up.

Kazuma: You can learn a new skill every time you level, huh.

Megumin: First, you get someone to teach you the skill. Then the entry will appear on your card. If you use your points on that entry, you'll finish learning it.

(Y/N): Does that mean if you teach me explosion magic too?

Megumin then felt very excited and grabbed your shoulders as she spoke her words, not realizing how close your faces were...

Megumin: Exactly! That's exactly it, (Y/N)! If you want to learn explosion magic, I'll teach you as much as you want! Heck, is there any other skill worthwhile to learn? No, certainly there is not!

Megumin then got super close to you to the point where your noses were inches apart.

Megumin: Come now! Walk the path of explosions with me!

That's when Jack notices this and spoke up.

Jack: Aren't you being close to our mom?

Jack said with a blank look on her face. Megumin realizes what she was saying before backing off and clears her throat.

Megumin: S-Sorry, it was just out of habit. Anyways, will you walk the path of explosions with me?

(Y/N): Honestly, I wish I could learn Explosion spells, but I'm a bard.

Kazuma: That's true, (Y/N) needs to be an adventurer. Calm down now, little girl.

Megumin's eyes widened in shock as if she was dead inside.

Megumin: L-Little girl...?

Jack: Hm?

Megumin then turned her face to her food and ate a carrot. She then looked down in a depressed state.

Megumin: I'm a little girl.

(Y/N): Hey, take it easy now.

You said, trying to reassure her. That's when you hear a familiar voice.

Darkness: I've been looking for you.

(Y/N): Ah crap. Kazu-

You then turn to Kazuma and only see a dust cloud version of him. Just then, Darkness sat down next to Jack.

(Y/N) Hey Jack, can you go find Kazuma and be sure to bring him here, please.

Jack: On it, mom.

Jack says as she got off her chair and went off to find Kazuma.

Darkness: Shall we continue where our conversation left off yesterday? Please let me join your party.

(Y/N): I wish I could, but our leader went off somewhere so I had Jack, the little girl you saw, send her to find him.

Darkness: Oh, I see.

Megumin: Who might you be? Are you our party member?

Darkness: Yes, but I haven't officially joined yet.

Megumin: I see.

Jack: Mom, I have him here!

Jack called out as you, Darkness, and Megumin sees Jack dragging Kazuma back to you.

Megumin: Well, speak of the devil, he's here now.

(Y/N): Alright, Kazuma. You're the leader, right? Take it as your responsibility.

Darkness: Okay then, please let me join your part-

Kazuma:

That's when Darkness moaned and blushed at the same time.

Darkness: Such a snap decision!

She panted after Kazuma's refusal.

Kazuma: (That made her happy!?)

Jack: (Is this knight a masochist?)

???: Hahaha! That won't do, Darkness! You can't be pushy!

Jack: Who are you, lady?

Chris: I'm Chris and I am a thief, as you can see, that girl is a friend of mine.

(Y/N): (Huh, why the heck does she look familiar?)

Kazuma: (Oh, thank goodness. SOMEONE WHO IS NORmAL!)

Chris: You seem to be in need of a useful skill. How about a thief skill? It takes very few points to learn, so it's a good value.

(Y/N): Huh, that's a great idea. Hey Kazuma, you said that you wanted to learn skills, right? What do you say?

Kazuma: I dunno...

Chris: I'll do it for the cost of a drink if you act now.

Kazuma: Excuse me! One ice-cold drink for this lady here!

After ordered Chris her drink as she drank it. After that, Darkness, Kazuma, and Chris went outside to try out the thief skills. While you stay in the Guild with Jack, Aqua, and Megumin to wait for Kazuma and the other two girls to come back.

-Time Skip-

Within a few minutes later, Kazuma came back with Chris and Darkness, except Chris was depressed which you noticed.

Aqua: Where have you been? You missed my dazzling tricks. Wait, what's with her?

(Y/N): So...how was it?

Kazuma: It was okay, but-

Darkness: Allow me to explain. She's depressed because she taught Kazuma thief skills, her panties were stripped off, then all the money she had on her was taken.

Kazuma: Hey, what are you blurting out!?

(Y/N): Jesus, Kazuma. What were you thinking!?

You exclaimed until Chris started sobbing.

Chris: He said giving back his coin pouch wouldn't be enough, so I said I'd pay any price if he just returns my panties...

Aqua, Megumin, and Jack were listening with disgusted faces while you had a surprised look on your face while eating your meal.

Chris: But then he told me to decide what they were worth on my own!

Kazuma: Whoa, hold on! Hold on! You're not wrong, but seriously, hold on!

Chris: He said if I didn't, they'd be revered within his family as an heirloom from now on!

Kazuma: Hey! The eyes of every female adventurer around s are turning stone-cold! Seriously, wait for a second!

Chris smirked at him and stuck her tongue out with one eye closed.

(Y/N): (Well, I mean, you got yourself karma, Kazuma.) Okay, that is um...messed up, I suppose. Were you able to learn thief skills without any trouble?

Kazuma: Well, see for yourself. Let's test it on Megumin.

Megumin: Wait, hold on a second!

Kazuma: Here I go! Steal!

A light appeared in his hand and you forced yourself to cover your eyes. The light fades as everyone turns to Megumin. Suddenly, Megumin felt something was off and started tearing up.

Kazuma opened his hands, revealing to be Megumin's black panties.

Megumin: What is this? What happened to you? Is it because you've up-leveled, you become a pervert from an adventurer? It's cold underneath my skirt. Can you return my underwear?

Aqua: Kazuma, how could you...

(Y/N): Um, Kazuma? Have you not realized that Megumin is a minor?

Kazuma: Wait, what?

Kazuma's face went "Oh shit".

(Y/N): Judging by Megumin's age, she's probably around fourteen, while I'm only fifteen. And for Jack here, I think she's around nine or ten.

Jack: Indeed.

Darkness: How dare you grab a young girl's underwear in public? 

Darkness comes in and got in front of you, Aqua, Megumin, and Jack to defend you four.

Darkness: I definitely can't let a pervert like you go. Please let me join your team!

Kazuma: No.

Darkness then moaned again and blushed heavily.

Kazuma: This woman is definitely a useless person. I can't allow any weirdo to join our team anymore. 

Aqua: Kazuma, is she the person who came to interview yesterday when Megumin, Jack, and I went to take a shower?

(Y/N): Fortunately, she is.

After a bit of talking about defeating the Devil King. Just then, everyone hears Luna speaking in the speakers. 

Luna: Emergency Quest! Emergency Quest!

Jack: Huh?

Luna: All adventurers, please gather at the front gate at once. I repeat: all adventurers, please gather at the front gate at once!

You, Kazuma, and Jack were confused while running with the other adventurers to the gates.

So right now, everyone was now in the front gates as everyone sees a green cloud from the horizon.

Kazuma: What is that? What's coming?

Darkness: I'll protect everyone. Kazuma, (Y/N), stay close to me.

(Y/N): What's the emergency quest?

Jack: Is it some sort of event?

Both you and Jack asked. Jack pulled out her daggers while you summoned out the Yamato.

Aqua: Didn't they say? It's Cabbage. Cabbage!

(Y/N): Wait, what?

Kazuma: Huh? Cabbage!?

Mohawk: Looks like it'll be rough this year...

Megumin: *Does an epic pose* A storm is coming.

Crowd: Harvest time!

Aqua: Bring out the mayonnaise!

The green cloud was getting closer very fast.

Jack: What in the world...?
