(A/N: Anyways, sorry for not posting a few hours ago. I was playing DBD Mobile and I got Ghostface in the morning. So here's the chapter y'all waited for.)

So right now, You and the CPU's are now fighting off against Rei Ryghts/Cyan Heart. You were about to fight her again, but all of you noticed that the floating object was emitting a powerful red light, as the laser was fully restored as if nothing happened. 

Cyan Heart: Hahaha! You're too late! I've already taken enough Share Energy to destroy the world

She cackled, as Neptune spoke up.

Purple Heart: "Destroy?" Didn't you wanted this nation to yourself?

Cyan Heart: I couldn't care less about that! What I really want...is to lay waste to everything. 

All of you were now surprised at her evil intention. 

Purple Heart: Why? Aren't you a CPU too? 

Cyan Heart: Yeah, I am. Yet all they did was bitching and whining around. They never obeyed me! 

(Y/N): "They"? Who are you referring to?

You asked her, as Blanc answered.

White Heart: Tari cracked down on citizens that showed any discontent toward their CPU. That made people lose faith in her, and the nation eventually lost its Shares and Collapsed. 

Green Heart: The so-called "Great Tari Crash." 

Black Heart: Sounds like she reaped what she sowed.

(Y/N): That was surely unexpecting, yet so uncivilized...

Cyan Heart: You're wrong! They stole my nation from me. This time, I'll be the one doing the stealing! Recharge! 

Her laser beam began to start recharging itself by Cyan Heart's power. Just then, everyone felt a heat wind pressure, they all turned to look at you. Your head was down and they can noticed that your first was clenching. 

Black Heart: (Y-Y/N)?

Purple Heart: Are you alright?

Both Neptune and Noire asked in concern, as you spoke up...

(Y/N): Did you really think...

A light blue aura began to surround your body, the CPU's except for Rei knew that you were going to activate Ultra Instinct, but...

(Y/N): That we could let you get away with this...?

You quickly looked up and give her a death glare that tells 'You're Dead'.

(Y/N): I WILL NOT LET YOU HURT ANYONE ELSE AND THIS WORLD!!! HAAAAAAAHHH!!!!

You began to start charging your full power, that's when a huge wave of heat began to let out from your body and unleashing all of your supreme energy. You start to take a deep breath and all of the energy began to consume inside of you. 

Green Heart: W-What...? Is this (Y/N)'s energy?

Black Sister: I think it is...

White Sister (Rom): And I can feel his energy more powerful than ever.

White Heart: Holy shit...

While you were busy concentrating your power, as Rei grit her teeth in annoyance.

Cyan Heart: I don't care what you're preparing! All of you will die!

Neptune and the others began to prepare their weapons, but you spoke to them.

(Y/N): Don't fight her. 

The CPU's turned to you in confusion.

White Sister (Ram): What?! Why not?!

(Y/N): Trust me. Have faith in me.

You spoke in a calm mannered way. The CPU's began to have thoughts about it, as they lowered their weapons and waited for you to do something. Cyan Heart finally charged up her laser beam.

Cyan Heart: Thank you for stalling some time! This is the end for you all!!

The CPU's and the Candidates held their grip onto their weapons and they wanted to urge to beat her, but they stood patiently.

Cyan: Say goodbye!

She aimed and fired her laser cannon towards you and the CPU's and the Candidates. However, you finally finished on completing your Ultra Instinct form, as your hair began to turn into a glowing white, you opened your eyes and they were white as well before you quickly did take action.

In a blink of eye, as everyone sees a light in the blink of their eyes and they all thought that you all died. Suddenly, the laser beam was evaporated quickly. Everyone stood still and was shocked that nothing had happened.

Purple Sister: Wha...what happened...?

Nepgear asked, as they looked towards Rei, but they saw something behind her.

 Rei noticed this, as she had her eyes widened and slowly turns her head around to see you standing behind her with a dark purple orb on your right hand before evaporating it quickly.

Cyan Heart: W-What?! How did you...?!

Cyan Heart was in shocked, as you turn around to face her and what horrifies her to see what you look like now.

Rei tried to attack you, but you did a quick back flip to dodge the attack and punched her pressure points in a blink of an eye, as Rei was damaged from that attack.

Purple Heart: W-Whoa! What was that?!

Green Heart: He just moved so fast like a speed of lightning, and we couldn't even see him attack her.

Black Heart: (So that's his full strength? It is quite terrifying...)

Rei stumbled back from the attack, as she regained her composure and went to charge at you with full speed.

Cyan Heart: HAAAAAHHHH!!!

She tried to attack her with her staff, as you stood still for a moment before attacking her with a blink of an eye, that no human eyes can see. The CPU's and the Candidates see you standing behind her once again, but with your arm moved, and they see Rei stood frozen for a moment before a pressure hit like attack hit her. 

She then flies away like a swat hitting a fly, as she was sent flying and crashed towards flying rock. The CPU's and the Candidates were in surprised that you beat Rei with at east. That's when, your form opened itself and revealing your eyes...

White Sister (Ram): Holy Moly...

Black Sister: Oh my goddess...

Purple Sister: Is that his...?

Black Heart: I think so too...(Y/N) must've completed his form...

Rei got out of the wall and looked up to see in shock that you had mastered Ultra Instinct.

Cyan Heart: W-What?! Who the hell are you?!

Rei asked in shock, as you spoke calmly to her.

(Y/N): My name is (Y/N) (L/N)...and I'm the hero of Gamindustri. You won't stand a change against me, if you try to attempt on challenging me in this form...you will lose...

You introduce yourself in a calm tone, as the CPU's, Candidates, Makers, and Everyone else were awing at you. 

(A/N: Even though everyone else was at the bottom....)

Rei gritted her teeth in both frustration and anger, as she spoke up to you.

Cyan Heart: I don't care if you're the hero of Gamindustri! You will die by my hand!

You stood still in complete silent, as you turned to Neptune and the others.

(Y/N): I'll deal with her, you guys should stand back.

Purple Heart: But-

You cut her off.

(Y/N): I know you girls wanted to fight her, but I need to test my form. 

The girls didn't want to argue back to you, as they put away their weapons and began to watch you fight. You went into your Kamehameha stance to try and finish her off.

(Y/N): Ka...Me...

Rei grits her teeth in anger, as she pointed her staff at you and spoke.

Cyan Heart: (Y/N)! You must die by my hand!!

She then summons a lot of lightning bolts to attack you, but you dodged them all with at ease. Rei gasped in shock before regaining her composure, as she flew back to get some distance from her attacks to you.

(Y/N): Ha...Me...

You continued to make your move, as Rei kept summoning more lighting bolts, and once again, you dodged them easily. Rei got more furious at this and spoke angrily at you.

Cyan Heart: Try to dodge this!! 

She then casts deadly laser beams from her staff that could kill a person instantly, but you dodged them with at ease again.

Cyan Heart: Curse you...!!! Why won't you stay still?!?! 

She then used her Ultimate Move.

Cyan Heart: You can't dodge this in mid-air! Time to die! Gigantic Burst!

(A/N: TBH, I never watched Dragon Ball before, but I played Xenoverse and some clips. Also, is that really Kefla's move? Tell me if I'm correct.) 

She fired red energy beams towards you. However, you used the Kamehameha to slide through above the red energy beam. 

The CPU's and the Candidates had their eyes widened that you slid through above the attack. Once you finally got close to Rei, as time slowed down. Rei looks up in shock before you spoke up.

(Y/N): Game over...HAAAH!!!!

You fired your Kamehameha directly towards Rei, as she was sent flying towards the giant floating rock. However, that Kamehameha eventually destroyed both Rei and the giant floating rock in an instant, as the floating rock falls to the ground and destroyed most of the buildings.

White Heart: Holy shit...

Black Sister: He did it...

Purple Sister: He actually did it!

Everyone began to applaud to your heroism. You smiled at the attention, that's when the Ultra Instinct began to fade away from your body, as you felt exhausted from the fight and you fell to the ground.

Black Heart: (Y/N)!

Noire  tried to catch you, but Jeanne appeared and catches you on your arms.

Jeanne: I got you.

Black Heart: When did you get here?

Jeanne: Oh, magic.

Both Noire and Jeanne chuckled at each other, as the other CPU's and Candidates were smiling down at them.
