I cannot stand

The ----> * * apostoghes. I HAVE NO BLOODY CLUE WHAT THEY ARE CALLED.
I cannot stand this:

*I walk into door*
Me: oops. *cringe*

I CANNOT THIS IS WHAT I WANT TO DO TO THAY BOOK

Sorry it was a Supernatural I had to use it. BUT BACK TO THE POINT I WANNA SEE THIS CRAP:

I slammed into the door, the weight of his hands on her shoulder practically making her fly into the wooden object that closed the room off. She cried out, she clutched her elbow pain shooting through it.
"What the hell is wrong with you?"

Alright on that note, I swore.

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH THAT DESCRIPTIVE WRITING IS IMPORTANT, IT makes more people want to read your writing and they won't laugh because some things just don't make *breaths* sense with those ** signs.

For real. I cannot say that enough. I enjoy rich and descriptive stories, it brings an image to my head. Those stupid dots don't. I am desperately asking you to stop the crazy crap of those rp dots. "* *" seriously does anyone know what they are called?
