Diana POV

Ugh! I can't stop eating carrots!

I sobbed in one of the guest rooms when I ate at least fifty carrots. I nibbled on one to feel better as I thought. Ryan smiled rubbing my hair and looking at my tail, "It's cute, I really think you should stop crying over it" he laughed.

"Stop teasing me" I cried harder while my nose kept twitching and my ears drooped.

"Diana.....don't cry, I'll look really bad" he smiled nervously.

I crawled into his lap and hugged his waist, "I want to go home" I hiccupped.

"Diana don't give up" he sighed wiping my tears.

I purred when he scratched my head and I giggled rolling on the bed then went under his shirt. He blushed a little when I poked his nose.

"I wish this could last longer" he smiled softly.

"Don't say that" I pouted.

We heard a loud noise from the royal kitchen. We found Hana playing with a ball of yarn Catherine kept throwing around the mansion.

"Hana catch!" Catherine smiled throwing one outside.

Hana ran really fast making papers and other light objects around the place. Katsuko joined them and fought Hana for it.

"Guys!" I said angrily.

They immediately stopped and stared at me. Catherine smiled nervously hiding the rest of balls of yarn behind her. Ryan glared at her while she whistled some song similar to London Bridge Is Falling Down.

"Sorry" Katsuko and Hana pouted.

"You....are acting like animals" I glared at them.

"Well we kinda are....so" Hana smiled nervously.

"Hana......" I said clenching my teeth.

"Sorry" she trembled hiding behind Katsuko.

A maid smiled giving them large cups of milk. They smirked trying to drink it the fastest to win whatever they were doing.

"That was good" they giggled and burping a lot.

I became disturbed staring at Hana never acting like that before, "What happened to my niece...?" I spoke softly.

"She's....just having fun" Ryan chuckled.

"Nadia and Hollis might kill me" I smiled creepily.

"How?" he glared at me.

Katsuko smiled proudly dragging me and Hana to her room. She took out some weird Koneko Tribe clothes. Hana smirked taking out one of Hollis' old clothes he wore when he was a child, "It's so cute!" she smiled while her nose bled.

"I kept it for memories" Katsuko laughed.

"I want to wear one!" Hana giggled.

I tried on on that looked so much less exposing.

Hana became really excited when she saw one of Mrs. Yasei's traditional dress and wore it.

"Now you girls look like you came from the roots of a Koneko Tribe mother" Katsuko smirked.

"It feels weird to me" I sighed.

"Earth has been distracting you from who you really are" she said folding her arms.

"This place is weird that's all" I rolled my eyes. She glared at me then showed me a old video of a little girl dancing with her dad. I raised my eyebrow and looked closely at the screen.

Mom!

"I see you know who is that now. That's your mother and her father dancing to one of our famous songs" she smirked.

Mom laughed holding her father's hand and hugging his leg, "Daddy you became a great Fire Wizard, the village is celebrating" she smiled softly.

"You will become one too my little one......remember that I'm always with you no matter what happens" he said smiling softly.

"He.....actually looks hot" Hana smiled nervously.

"Yes daddy!" mom smiled as her ears moved rapidly.

Katsuko immediately stopped the video and looked depressed putting back into a drawer, "Um....anyone what's fish?" she forced a smile.

"What happened to him?" I said boldly.

"That's in the past" she spoke softly.

"What happened to him?!" I said angrily.

"He was hung! He was hung.....by the Yōso Academy.....board because he was caught being a Koneko Tribe citizen.....he was hung in front of her and her family" she said in a shaky tone.

She slowly gave me a picture of him when he was a young adult.

I have seen it before with mom and she was smiling looking at it. I clenched my fists then gave her back the picture.

"Diana....Koneko Tribe is independent now..." Hana said looking at me worriedly.

"And we are just going to forget about the people who died?!"

"It's not like that Diana....we are just looking forward" Katsuko said holding my hand.

I ran away from them and went to the woods. I cried under a tree and some rabbits came looking at me.

"Don't worry....about me" I smiled rubbing one of their heads.

Hana came breathing heavily and looking at me worriedly, "I know....you must be hurt. He's my great grandfather....I'm surprised too" she sighed.

She pushed me away from a light and it touched her. The lady appeared again and smirked looking at me, "Say goodbye to your Ningena life," she laughed. I attacked her then she grabbed my ears. She laughed showing me Hana turned into a cat rabbit like animal. "Koneko Tribe citizens belong as animals and not be treated as humans or Ningenas" she chuckled. She went closer to me and smelt my hair, "You....are half human" she glared at me.

"Get off me!" I said angrily and burnt her hand.

She released my ears and smiled aiming her hand at me, "Nothing is wrong with keeping a little half human girl to my unique collection" she said, she was bigger than me then she grabbed me, "a little cute girl" she smiled softly.

"Let....go of me" I cried sounding lighter.

What's with everyone turning wizards into little children?!

A carriage appeared and she threw me and Hana in a cage in the back. She gave a man some gold and smirked at us, "They look so unique and cute! I wonder what potions I can do with a half rabbit and cat animal" she said talking to the man.

"We are going to get millions with these two" he laughed.

Ryan.....everyone please save us....
