Riddhima slowly got out of the car with the help of Rishabh, his date. They were on time as Riddhima likes to be. She was wearing a gorgeous baby pink gown which gave her body a perfect fit. Whereas Rishabh was wearing a black suit.

Riddhima and Rishabh entered the great ball with an entrance. People were talking about how Ishan was not Riddhima's date and how his friend was.

Riddhima and Rishabh split up after taking the welcome drinks. Rishabh went to his Cricket team member and Riddhima stood by the table talking with other colleagues.

After some time, Sana and Shubman made their entrance. Shubman as ordered by Sana was wearing a blue tie to Sana's outfit. She was wearing a Blue gown just like the one Caroline wore in The Vampire Diaries. Sana was holding Shubman's arm.

"You are loving it, don't you? The attention I am giving you" Shubman asked being pretentious.

"Don't ruin it, Handsome" Sana answered and kissed his cheek and went towards Riddhima.

"Oh R you look so pretty" Sana said and hugged Riddhima.

"So do you S"

"Thank you but why are you not happy?" Sana asked.

"I am happy. It's just I want to know who is that bitch that agreed to go with Ishan" Riddhima answered and was about to break the glass of cocktail in her hand.

"R breathe. We will see her. Just enjoy your night"

Everyone turned their heads towards the door which made the girls turn their heads too. Riddhima thought it might be Ishan but it was Dev.

Dev? Almost everyone thought.

Dev was also in a black suit. He was looking gorgeous.

Everyone was chattering like what is he doing here? Why he is here and all that.

Dev was here with some random girl. Tina.

Looks like Riddhima is ready but who is that mystery girl?  And What about Shubman? Isn't he cocky?

"I told you my parents are strict. That's why you can't not come to my place" Neha said.

"I am sorry. Let's not ruin our night and go and have some fun" Abhishek said and walked out of the car and helped Neha out.

She was in a black sleeveless gown whereas Abhishek was in baby pink suit. He liked to be out of the box and he looked hot.

Abhishek held her hand out and walked her to the lady's table.

"ah, you copied me," Riddhima said being fake dramatic.

"Don't worry R, You win. You look better" Abhishek said and left the table.

"You lucky bitch" Riddhima said to Neha, who just chuckled at her remark.

"Riddhima look Ishan just arrived" Sana said and pointed to the door.

"I am gonna burn her hair" Ridhhima cursed.

The other girls at the table looked at her.

"Oh My God" Sana exclaimed.

"That's Saakshi," Neha said after figuring out who that girl was.

"I wanna see you burn her hair" Sana added.

"Funny," Riddhima said in a sarcastic tone.

Saakshi was wearing a yellow gown which made her curve look good. And Ishan had a brown blazer on.

"You bitch" Riddhima said as Saakshi walk up to the table.

"Hey, I didn't have any option," Saakshi said and sat down.

"Plus, your Romeo asked me. And he is bhai's best friend so practically he is my brother as well" Saakshi explained herself.

Ahh! It was the Gill Twin. Well, our couples have arrived so let's get this party started.

All the couples align in the lines. One line was for boys and the other for girls.

Shubman was in front of Sana. Neha was with Abhishek. Riddhima with Rishabh. Ishan and Saakshi. Dev with Tina.

The music started playing and all the couples moved their body accordingly.

"You look beautiful," Abhisekh said.

"Abhishek stop saying that again and again" Neha spoke trying not to blush.

"I can't. I don't know if it's possible but you are getting more and more beautiful every minute" Abhishek complimented her and turned her around.

"And call me Abhay" He continued.

"Okay, Abhay. You dance pretty well" She said.

"Well, my dad has a lot of business parties so learned them when I was pretty young" he answered.

"What does your dad do?" Abhishek continued.

"um, he um is an Investment banker" Neha replied.

Neha changed the topic.

"You jealous?" Saakshi asked Ishan, who was just looking at Riddhima and Rishabh.

"I am not jealous of Rishabh. I am happy for Riddhima. I mean I didn't ask her out so she will go with someone else" Ishan rambled.

"I never asked about Riddhima" Saakshi said and smiled and turned her head around. She saw Dev. He was trying to dance which made her smile even more.

On the other hand, Shubman and Sana were being themselves.

"you don't even know how to dance Gill" Sana said making a face.

"At least I didn't become the talk of the event while dancing on Bole Chudiya" Shubman said and smiled at her.

Making her remember her old dance performance which she had like years ago.

"You.... You know what-" Before Sana could finish her sentence, Shubman pulled her close to him by the waist and said,

"What? What will you do?"

Making Sana nervous. She was too close to Shubman and he smelled like strawberry. Fuck. She cursed but her luck was in order as the music stopped meaning she had to change her partner.

Shubman, are you feeling certain things for Sana or it's just fun? And Oh Neha, your lies are piling up baby girl. Ishan, well what do I say? He is just witless.

Saakshi and Ishan got out of the dance as neither of them where interested. Ishan went towards the Cocktail centre and Saakshi went out on the balcony.

She saw Dev, sitting near the door and looking outside.

"Why do you have to be everywhere" Saakshi said and sat down beside him. It took her a minute because of the gown.

"I could ask you the same question" Dev answered.

"I am not a fan of dance" he continued.

"yeah, I saw" Saakshi added.

"Well, neither am I" She continued.

"at least we have something in common" Dev spoke.

"Then what are you doing here?" Saakshi asked.

"Because of you-" Dev stopped for a second and said,

"I really don't know what am I doing here. I could have completed one math chapter"

Saakshi chuckles at his nerdiness.

"I think I'll leave," Dev said.

"me too. My date is getting jealous over her girl because he didn't have to guts to ask her out" Saakshi spoke.

Dev laughed and said,

"Well, my date came with me because..."

"Because she wanted to make an entrance. She is probably talking to her friends about how you both had a small affair" Saakshi continued for him.

Dev made a face after realising it. He stood up to leave when Saakshi said,

"Please drop me home"

Dev couldn't say no to that face. He nodded but Saakshi couldn't get up with her gown so Dev helped her stand up. They were standing too close. Dev could feel Saakshi's breath.

"You look beautiful" Words just slipped out of Dev's mouth. Making things more awkward.

"Um.. a um Thank you" Saakshi tried to say.

"I'll start the car," Dev said and left the balcony.

Truth is a funny thing. It can come out whenever they want to. Whether you like it or not.

"And the winner of Miss Ball is...Neha"
Sana announced on the mic.

Neha slowly walked up on the stage to accept the crown.

"How did she win? I mean it's been hardly 2 weeks and no one knows her name"
Ishan said to Chering Abhishek.
"No offence"
He added.

"Well, it is what it is"
Abhishek said without taking his eyes off.

"How many votes did you add?"
Ishan asked.

"A 150"
Abhishek said casually.

Girls, is it just me or do we all deserve someone like Abhishek?

Shubman said sipping his drink.

"What you talking about shub"
Riddhima asked.

"Don't be innocent. You really don't know?"
Shubman asked and Riddhima shook her head for No.

"Ishan. He is filled with jealousy. When you were dancing with Rishabh"
Shubman said.

"What? Really?"

"Yes and even now he is looking at us"

Riddhima slowly turned her head and saw Ishan looking towards her and Shubman.

"So that's the look for jealously?"
Riddhima asked Shubman to which he nodded his head.

"Good. So will you help me with Ishan?"
Riddhima asked.

"Anytime R"
Shubman answered.

Riddhima smirked at his reply.

What's cooking in your head smarty?  Jealous Ishan is a treat to watch I must say!

Are Shubman and Sana getting close? But why is Sana getting so nervous around Shubman and Shubman getting all touchy with Sana?

Abhishek is a pure soul and no one can change my mind. But Neha, your lies are building up. Another lie, why?

Looks like Saakshi and Dev have finally got common ground.

And Ishan get some ice and put it on yourself. Calm down, buddy.

Confession/Rant time.

Okay, so I think RR doesn't deserve Dev. I mean they don't use him. They don't give him opportunities whereas RCB did. He got recognized through them and he became an important playing 11 but with RR is just not happening. I don't know, maybe I am wrong but if Dev was still RCB then he would still have definitely been playing for India.
