Regan: What the hell is that thing!?

Emily: It's a Megalo Aligo. Haven't seen those for centuries.

Malos: Not planning on letting us past, huh? Sounds like a challenge.

Regan: Time for some fish sticks!

Malos: Jin, check this out. There it is. Addam's crest.

Regan: That shape?

Rex: Addam's...crest? What's does that mean?

Jin: You. Open this door.

Rex: Me?

Jin: This door will only open to one of you people.

Malos: Hurry up and do it! We're not paying you to ask dumb questions!

Rex: What the hell...? You can't treat hired hands like that...

Rex: Now, how do we open this thing?

Emily: Oh, hey... I think I know. Rex, touch the crest.

Rex: So that was a release toggle!

Regan: Come on. Let's go.

Malos: Just as I thought.

Jin: Wait. There. Open that door too.

Regan: Another door?

Rex: Ladies first.

Regan: (Touch the door)

Jin: Let's move.

Regan: Guys, look. Over there.

Emily: Wh-what is that thing...?

Rex: It's a...girl...?

Regan: Look at that sword.

Emily: Am I hearing... a heartbeat?

Malos: Look.

Jin: Yes. No mistaking it. That's the Aegis.

Nia: The...Aegis...?

Rex was about to touch that green glowing thing on the sword.

Malos: Hey, brat! Don't even think about touching that!

Rex: Huh...?

As soon as Malos warned him, Rex already touched it.

Rex: Ah...!

Regan: What!?

Emily: REX!!!

Rex: B-but...why...?

Jin: Don't take it personally. It's an act of mercy. At least you won't be alive to see what's coming.

As Jin broke the Aegis' sword, Emily and Regan looked at Rex's dead body.

Emily: (Tearing up) Rex...

Malos: ...Ugh. What a waste of time...

Nia: ...Jin! Why did you kill him?! Why?! What did Rex ever do to you?! Jin!

Regan: YOU BASTARD!!! I'M GONNA KILL YOU!!!

Regan shoots her arrows at Jin. He reacted quickly and dodged them all as he chopped her neck and made Regan fell unconscious. Emily was readying her shot.

Jin: Shoot me and it'll make things worse.

Emily: You killed my best friend, you're going to pay the price.

Jin saw how Emily is shaking with fear. He turned and leave.

Malos: He thinks you're not worth it, Princess. Let's ship out the Aegis. Nia, call the Monoceros!
