AU: You have your soulmate's name tattooed on your wrist.

I didn't pick your hero name, but the quirk is one of my OCs quirks.

"So, all you have to do is stick with me and you'll be alright." Your new classmate tells you.

All you do is nod and walk along beside her.

You were excited that you had finally finished moving and you could begin at your new school of UA. You had just moved to Japan from (country). You had been recommended to attend the school, so your parents allowed you to move in with your cousin and his wife.

You were buzzing from excitement, and quite a bit of fear. You had only just learnt how to speak Japanese, and you weren't very good yet. Not only that, you knew no one from this school.

When you and the student leading you around walk in, the teacher stops talking and everyone looks your way. You feel your face heat up as you walk in.

"Ah, you must be the new transfer student." The teacher chimes.

You nod, shuffling awkwardly.

"How about you come up the front and introduce yourself."

You walk up to the front and look up at all of the students who were staring at you.

"Hi," you begin, trying to act confident, "my name is (l/n) (y/n), also known as (hero name), pleasure to meet you all."

"Thank you, you may take a seat beside Nejire."

You look around to see a hand rise, the blue haired girl holding it up was grinning. You wander over to it, taking a seat next to her.

"Hi, I'm Nejire Hado," she greets, "what's your quirk?"

Just before you could answer that question the teacher speaks up.

"Nejire, could you wait until class is over before you begin asking questions."

You give her a smile before paying attention to the speaking teacher.

You stand out on the field, watching as the teacher pairs you off for sparing. You gulp and rub one of your arms, nervous.

"(L/n) and Amajiki."

Your eyes widen when you hear the last name. You glance down at the name 'Tamaki Amajiki' that was inked onto your wrist. You look around to see a black haired boy that looked even more nervous than you. You both wander over to one of the marked off areas. You could practically feel the eyes of the other students on you as you get ready to fight. Your eyes widen when you watch the hand of Amajiki turn into octopus tentacles. You gulp as you hold out one of your hands, a 12 sided die appearing in you palm. You dodge Amajiki's swing, rolling the die. It lands on the ground, the 4 pointing at the sky. You grin as you begin to glow, your clothing changing into dark armour. In your hand was a sword that seemed to be made of some strange black mist. You hear a few sounds of shock from other students as you swing the sword at Amajiki. You let out a weird sound when you feel the tentacles wrap around your arm. Honestly, it felt gross.

You manage to rip your arm away from the vice like grip and get Amajiki in the arm with your sword. As soon as this happens, Tamaki's arm goes limp. When this happens he seems to panic. That's when you strike him across the torso, and he collapses to the ground. Once he was down, you hear the teacher tell you that your fight was over. Your armour and shield disappear and you walk straight over to Amajiki. You touch him on the back, allowing him to move once more. He pushes himself up, and as soon as his eyes met yours, you could see the panic.

Just as he was scrambling to his feet, you catch the sight of his soulmate tattoo.

You get to your feet and hold a hand out for him to take.

"Ah, so you're my soulmate, Amajiki Tamaki."

He looks up at you, slightly shocked, but a hint of a knowing look. He grabs your hand with his now normal, slightly sweaty hand. You haul him up and smile.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Amajiki!"

He tries to speak, but it just comes out in sputters of unknown words.

"So you're really his soulmate!"

You turn around to see that Nejire and a tall blond guy walk up to the both of you.

"Uh, yeah," you grin, rubbing the back of your neck nervously, "guess we are."

"Wow, that's great Tamaki, congrats." The tall blond guy pats the shorter male on the back.

"And (l/n), that quirk of yours was quite impressive." He looks over at you with a smile.

"Thank you, uh..."

"Mirio."

"Right, thanks Mirio."

You glance back over at Amajiki to see that he was looking at you, blushing quite a lot.

"So, Tamaki, when are you gonna ask her out?"

Tamaki just makes a nervous squeak.

"It's okay, I have time," you look over at him with a smile, "I don't mind."

Amajiki lets out another sound and nearly hides behind Mirio.

"I'm really glad I came to Japan!"
