You walked into your newly given room. It was quite large. You smiled at yourself and placed your suitcase on the bed. You then walked out of your room in search for the garden. After searching for what felt like an hour you finally found it. You always loved gardens and this one was definitely your favourite. You made your way to the fountain in the centre. Then you heard a loud BANG!!! You immediately turned on your heel to find the source.
When you finally found it, it turned out to be a large fight. Alex had lost control and was fighting hank. Sean and Eric were looking at it while Charles and Raven tried to stop them. You ran to them and tried to help Charles and Raven. You couldn't bear to see them hurt. Alex was like your brother and hank has been a great friend. (Read this part if you're a Hank fan) Well you always had a secret crush on him. You still hadn't told him how you felt. Everyone knew that you liked him, Sean even teased you about it. (Hank part stops here) You finally managed to tear Alex of Hank but he still had no control of his powers. A bright red beam shot at you and you were thrown backwards. The last thing you heard before everything went black was your crush yelling your name.
The sound of muffled voices reached your ears. Your head was killing you but you will tried to get up only for someone to push you back down. You slowly opened your eyes to see Hank standing next to you. When he saw you open your eyes, his eyes widen and pointed a flashlight in your eyes. You immediately closed your eyes. "Hank turn that off" then light when's of after a couple of seconds so you tried again and say up. This time Hank didn't push you down. You rubbed your eyes as the memories came floating back to you. The fight, the ray and then (Y/C) calling your name. Then not a moment later the door opened and (Y/C) ran in. (If it's Hank just ignore it and let Hank say it.) "(Y/N)!!! Your awake!!" He ran to your bed where you where rubbing your still sore temples, and his shouting didn't help it. "Yeah I am, what happened??" He then looked at Hank and Hank looked back but nodded. He hesitated "When you got hit by Alex's power you where slammed backwards. We brought you here but you where in a light coma. Hank then tried looking at your blood to see if something was wrong with it and saw that you had..." "Has what (Y/C)??" "The x-gene" he said while rubbing his neck awkwardly. Your eyes widen. A mutant?? You never thought about it. But now you do it doesn't sound horrible. I mean all your friends are mutants so why not join them. You then smiled and hugged (Y/C). He hesitated but hugged you back. "You know it's dangerous" he whispered. "Yes but at least I don't feel strange anymore." You said still with a fainted smile. "Well come on we're going to find out what powers I have" you said while getting up. He immediately went into defence mode. "No you need rest" "I'm fine come on" you then dragged him out to the bunker. Eagerly to find out your powers.
