Ending notes: About how I create
I have to thank both my sisters, artists, and of course followers, for support and help while I work on this. While people don't usually take fan fiction seriously, I think all genres of writing can have their glory days, and I certainly try to make mine as high quality as possible. Why do a thing if you don't want to do it right?
I owe my sisters thanks for many of the jokes and small plot ideas in the story, though I do the heavy lifting. And for brainstorming with me about the characters.
If I could thank the authors of the source material, I would. they made a great show, and it gave me something to work with, unlike the movies, which never caught my imagination. Though I enjoy some of them.
And all the songs I use, and listen to while I write, of course, to help me set the mood and tone. Thanks to all those artists, and to my siblings and friends who help me find them.
Of course I pray and use the Bible all throughout my writing, and I credit that for my inspiration when I tackled difficult subjects and difficult characters.
I used the Epistles of the New Testament a lot for inspiration for this story, which is where the title comes form. The X-men seemed more mature, and that seemed to fit.
My MHA story mirrored the Gospels, though it wasn't on purpose, but I ended up seeing many parallels. The story before that I thought mirrored the old testament, especially Judges.
And ones before that mirrored the earliest books of the bible, oddly enough.
So the letters seemed the next logical step, I think because each character could have a whole book devoted to them, just as the churches could. I don't copy it beat for beat, I just read it and sort of let my subconscious do the rest, so that's my process, if you wondered.
One more thing:
I'm not sure if anyone who read this found the depiction of Christianity moving, or even appealing. Obviously I am a Christian, and I am not ashamed of it.
While the books are not meant to preach at people, but just to speak o the shows and characters's themselves and meaning, and put it through a Christian lens, because it just a perspective people don't cover much, so it's interesting... I still know some people might want to go down deeper into it.
Some books I use frequently, other than the Bible, when I need to refresh and deepen my understand are:
By C. S. Lewis:
Mere Christianity,
The Great Divorce
Till we have Faces (duh)
The Screwtape Letters.
Others:
Orthodoxy (G. K. Chesterton)
The Hiding Place (Corrie Ten Boom)
I also listen to the teachings of Joyce Meyer and Kent Hovind for pragmatic and scientific inspiration when I need it.
And of course, if you are interested in the Christian faith itself, and have even seen yourself in some of these characters and their journies, then let me explain how you can join the family:
All you need to do is confess to Jesus that you are a sinner, and need his Grace, and ask Him to give you His life.
"Behold, I stand at the door and knock."
"For everyone who asks, receives,"
"If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."
After that, tell someone, find a good community of believers to grow with, and get your face into that Bible book, and some solid theology like the ones I listed above.
The reason I use other books besides the bible is because may people don't understand the Bible's context or language, and modern authors can help.
A few newer suggestions would be the books by John and Stasi Eldredge, any are good to start with, as well as Lisa Bevere.
Maybe you didn't feel moved to become a Christian, but you did find it interesting to learn abou it, feel free to message me with any questions about it, or how I handled issues in the story that were personal to you. Just please be respectful if you're going to post a public comment, and make it something everyone can read.
All this is just bonus stuff for people who don't want to stop the learning with just this story.
But if you just enjoyed a good ride, thank you, because it is supposed to be a good time and funny and heartwarming and romantic and all that good stuff, with a dash of drama and suspense, so if you just liked it for that, I'm flattered.
I hope to see you all in the continuation and finale of this story~Natasha Queen.

PS( I wrote this entire 95 chapter book in 2 months and 6 days, I started it on 1/22/22
Gives you an idea how many hours I spend working on it, on average, at least 4 a day, sometimes more. And yes, I'm a student and I have a job, luckily not a full time one. And my editor on average works 2 hours a day so that it's more readable. I hope you all appreciate that.)
