(Y/N): HAHAHAHAHAHA. This power. Is greater than anything your puny brains can imagine.

You began to float above the ground. They all looked at you with sorrow and horror in their eyes.

Ruby: (Y/N), was anything that we had real?

She asked with tears in her silver eyes.

(Y/N): NO! This was all just an elaborate ruse. Go forth my champions.

You created a portal from which emerged three figures.

(Y/N): Velstadt, test them, show me which ones are worthy to challenge us.

Velstadt firmly grasped his chime hammer with both hands before ringing it. As they fought you used your new magic to create a throne, and began to monologue.

(Y/N): This was my plan all along. I went to Salem with an offer of cooperation and told her to wait here until I arrived. She's wanted the crown for ages but she could never bring herself to lay a hand on her rebellious child. I told her I would retrieve it for her if she would offer me a fraction of its power. After that I went to Ozpin with my request of help knowing I would not be able to kill the dragon by myself. Betraying and killing Salem was a very big part of my plan, there isn't enough room in this universe for the two of us, but the endgame was to obtain this crown for myself, and to use it to shape this world in my image.

When you finished they had defeated the first of your champions. Jaune and Fox were down at this point. You continued to sit above them all in your throne.

(Y/N): Alonne, demonstrate to them the resolve of a Bushido.

He got up from his cross-legged position and bowed his head to the students. Then their fight began.

(Y/N): My early life was pretty rough, my parents were extremely abusive. Always crushing my dreams both figuratively and literally, in the form of my bones. One day I finally snapped and used my newly forged Burial Blade to kill them. I began to wander across the kingdoms as a drifter.

They defeated Alonne after you finished. Now Ren had fallen unconscious from exhaustion.

(Y/N): Raime, you are their final obstacle. Show me which ones are fit to challenge me.

He pulled his swords from the ground.

Raime: Yes milord. I am the knight of fumes. Show me if you can handle the heat of my flame.

(Y/N): I can't remember when but sometime between then and the time I met Salem I heard a legend that caught my interest. I heard a story about an artifact of unlimited power known as the Master Crown. The story goes something like this: Long ago there was a civilization of beings whom possessed powerful magic. Many were content with their way of life, but there were others who wanted greater strength. They used their combined powers to create an object that would give them even greater strength. After years of toil and failure they finally created one such object, the Master Crown. Although successful in their endeavor they were stopped before they could create more. The elders of the civilization decided that the crown was to dangerous to be protected by humans or any human like creature. They decided to task the protection of the crown to a special Grimm dragon that went against any order from Salem. Ever since its been here sought after by countless adventurers. Many of whom became the dragon's dinner.

They had beaten Raime three-quarters of the way through the story, but politely sat and listened to the story like children being read a book. The only ones left standing were the females: Ruby, Weiss, Blake, Yang, Nora, Pyrrha, Velvet, Coco, Emerald, and Cinder.

(Y/N): It seems you've proven yourselves worthy of being my adversaries.

You got up from your throne and created orbs of dark energy which you directed towards them beginning the fight.

one timeskip later

At this point it could be anyone's fight. But as it dragged on you began to feel something you haven't felt in a while. And then the image of Ruby's tear-stricken face flashed in your mind. You then began to remember all the good times you had with them. Then you shook your head and used one of your weaker spells. You clapped your hands and pushed them all away all of them except for Ruby. She was on her knees and at your mercy. There you were standing with your scythe in hand with the best opportunity to kill one of them. But then you dropped your scythe and gave the little girl biggest hug you possibly could and began to sob.

(Y/N): I'm so sorry. Please forgive me.

Everyone was shocked by your actions, Ruby the most of all before she hugged you back. You let go before standing up to walk away, but as you tried you felt something heavy weigh your feet down. You looked down to see Ruby hanging on to you.

(Y/N): Uh, could you let me go?

Ruby: No! Even if it was fake we all still enjoyed the times we had with you.

(Y/N): Really? Is that true?

You looked at everyone else as they nodded their heads. You smiled.

(Y/N): I think I'm going to make due on that promise I made.

And as you finished your statement you were knocked over by everyone and your smile got even wider.
