What About Now [Sasha Banks + OC] {REQUESTED}

This was requested by CmOwens0_SDR. :)

I usually write requested one-shots in the OC's POV, but I wrote this one in 3rd person because the OC was a guy and I really suck at writing in guys' POVs, so I hope that's okay! :) It's also mostly in Sasha's point of view, because of what I just said.

Anyway, I hope you like it!

What About Now - Westlife

Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch walked backstage. They had just finished a match that was interrupted by the other members of Team BAD. Now, they were heading to the Divas locker room.

"Oh!" Becky said, suddenly stopping. Sasha turned to look at her. "I promised Saraya I'd meet her after the match. Will you be okay?"

"Why does everyone keep asking me that?" Sasha asked, frowning. "We broke up two weeks ago! I'm fine, Becky."

"All right," Becky said, defensively. "I was just checking on you."

"I know. I just..." Sasha trailed off. "You should go. Saraya's waiting for you."

"Call me if you need me," Becky said. She turned around and began walking away.

The Boss continued walking to the Divas locker room.

She had just ended a relationship with Seth Rollins. They'd dated for almost six months, but when she went to visit him at home, he was with Zahra, who she thought was out of his life.

Sasha had ended a really good relationship to be with Seth. She and Kevin had been best friends, and when he finally asked her out, she was ecstatic. They had dated for a whole year and a half, but when Seth started showing interest in her, she had to stop and reconsider everything.

She left Kevin for Seth, and now, two weeks after they had broken up, she realized what a stupid and horrible mistake she had made.

When Sasha broke up with Kevin, she didn't tell him why, but when she began dating Seth just days later, he could probably figure it out. They had agreed to not talk for a few days, to get used to the breakup, but they never talked after that.

Sasha had lost her best friend for a guy who didn't even love her.

She wasn't okay. She kept telling everyone she was, but she honestly wasn't. It wasn't even because of Seth. She was disappointed in herself, and upset that she ruined a perfectly good relationship.

She was almost to the Divas locker room when she heard her name.

"Sasha."

She stopped in her tracks, and held her breath. She had to make sure she wasn't just hearing things. She slowly turned around, and there he was. Kevin was standing at the end of the hallway.

"Kevin."

When he realized she wasn't going to move, he walked up to her.

"How are you doing?" He asked.

Sasha had been asked that a million times, but this time, she told the truth.

"Horrible."

She could never lie to Kevin; he'd see right through it.

"I'm sorry," He said.

"No, don't apologize!" She exclaimed. "I'm the one who should apologize."

"You don't have to."

"But I do!" She protested. "I...I broke up with you for that jerk, and he went and cheated on me! I dated you for nearly two years, and you never even looked at another girl! I ruined everything. I destroyed our relationship, and I just wish I could take it all back."

"You can't."

"I know..." She said, softly.

"But we can try again," He said.

"What?"

"When we were dating, I was happy. Like, really happy," Kevin explained. "And when we broke up, and I saw you with Seth, I just felt empty inside. But it seemed like you were happy, so I just let you guys be. I figured it'd be weird hanging out with an ex, you know? But, now that you guys have broken up, I feel like we can be together again."

"Kevin – "

"I don't mean dating," He interrupted. "I mean, I'd like to be friends again. And we can see where it goes from there. You make me happy, Sasha, and I'd love to have you in my life again, even if we don't date."

Sasha brought her hand to her mouth, and when she brought it back down, she was grinning.

"Oh my god, Kevin," She said. "Please? I need my best friend back in my life."

He wrapped his arms around her, and she quickly hugged him back. He kissed her on the top of her head.

"Don't leave again, okay?"

"Never again," She said. "I promise."
