The bell rang and I walked out of school and saw Maria and Jeff walking together I didn't pay much mind to them i just wanted to go to home I started walking down the block when someone grabbed me I turned to look and it was Matt.

"Hey Trish can we go someone and talk?"

I raised an eyebrow at him

"Are you gonna take me somewhere to meet up with Jeff again?"

"No no not this it's just gonna be and you "

He grabbed my books and we walked to his car and he drove off somewhere I had no idea where we was going.

Maria p.o.v
I saw Matt and Trish got into matts car and drove I been seeing them with each other a lot lately I think there is something going on between them.

"Hey can I ask you something?"

Jeff looked at me and smiled

"Sure you can ask me anything babe"

"Do you think something is going on with your brother and Trish"

"No why? Did she say something to you?"

"No we haven't talked she been with Matt a lot that's why I asked"

"Well I think they are close I don't think they are dating"

Jeff grabbed my hand and we walked to his car and we drove back to his house there was no one there and I wanted to know where were Matt and Trish at.

Matts p.o.v

I pulled up to the beach and we both got out of the car and walked into the sand it was warm the sun was starting to set I looked at Trish who was just stand there looking at the sand lost and broken.

"I know why you don't wanna talk to them"

She looked at me with her puffy eyes from crying

"What are you talking about?

"I know your upset about Maria and Jeff back together I know how you feel about my brother "

"How do you know that?"

"Cause I can't tell and I just know Trish you gotta tell them how you feel"

She shook her head no

"I can't Maria is my best friend I don't wanna ruin that"

"Trish you will always have me as a friend"

Jeff p.o.v

After I dropped Maria I was gonna stop by Trish house to see if was home when I pulled up to her house I saw her and Matt outside her kissing I was so upset how could they do this to me I felt something special for Trish and my own to hurt me like this I just drove off lost in my thoughts.

Trish p.o.v

Matt dropped me off and walked me to my door I felt so much now I talked to him and he knows how I feel.

"Hey Matt I just wanna thank you"

"Hey no problem I will always be here for you "

He pulled me into a tight hug and we smiled at each other than I walked into the house as he drove away I made my way to the kitchen where my mom was sitting at with a upset look on her face.

"Mom is everything alright ?"

" no sweaty the lawyers called today"

"And what happened "

I sat next to my mom

"Test is not going to jail he is a free man"

"What no that can't be"

"I'm sorry honey"

I broke down crying into my mother arms the man that raped me is free and he is not being punished for him I felt so broken and scared now.

//a few hours later//

Jeff p.o.v

I was sitting outside the house and. Matt showed up he was acting like nothing happened but I saw everything.

"Hey bro what's up"

"Don't call me that your dead to me"

"Jeff what are you talking about?"

"Don't play dumb with me Matt"

I started to tear up that never happened to me before i was so angry i just wanted to punch him but I didn't

"You knew how I felt about Trish and le you two are dating"

"Jeff we are dating"

"Lies I saw you two kissing outside her house"

"Jeff we were just hugging"

I was tired of the lies so I tackled him onto the ground and he rolled me on my back and stood up and I got up and we were sta ding face to face

"Jeff I am not dating Trish I know how you feel for her plus she is in love with you"

"WHAT??"

I was confused from what my brother just told me

"She loves you bro and she is heartbroken that you took Maria back that's what's wrong with her"

I felt so stupid I should of known I had to go tal to her and fix this mess right now I looked at my brother and pulled him into a hug

"I'm sorry Matt but I gotta go"

I let go of him and ran to my car and speed down the street"

//at Trish's house//

I was sitting in my room upset I didn't want to be here in this earth Anymore I picked up my bottle of pills and looked at them for a moment thinking I opens the bottle and poured some into my hand and looked at each pill I opened my bottle of water and took the 2 pills that I'm supposed to take.

"I love you mom "

I started to take more pills as the tears rolled down my face I started to feel a little weird and I had already took about 30 pills I went to stand up and I drop the. Bottle out of my hand and dropped the pill I feel to my knees and I went to called for my mom than I saw blurry.

Jeff p.o.v

I pulled up to Trish house and I went to the back and I called for Trish I noticed her balcony door was open so I went up and I walked in.

"Trish are you here?

As I walked in I saw water and pills on the floor and I saw Trish passed out I got on my knees and felt her pulse she was still a lived I called her mother into the room and she ran in and she broke down into tears and called 911. I held onto Trish until the ambience came to take her.
