The Precinct.
Captain Bruce Willis, Dean Ambrose, Miz and Liv Morgan just walked out of the conference room after talking to the parents of a 10 year old girl that went missing an hour ago from school. Her name is Abby Williams.

Bruce-''Ok, guys. We all know that every minute that goes by is bad in a kidnapping of a child.''

Dean, Liv & Miz nodded.

Bruce-''So, I'll be working with you guys on this case. I've been in this situation more times than I'd like to admit.''

Dean-''Ok, Captain.''

Liv-''Abby's parents have no idea who could've done this. Do you think it could be a random kidnapping just for ransom?''

Bruce-''It's possible. It's only been an hour since she went missing. So, there's time to wait for a ransom call.''

Miz-''True.''

Bruce-''Ambrose & Morgan, I want you two to go to the school and question any witnesses who may have seen something.''

Dean-''Got it, Captain.''

Dean & Liv grabbed their jackets by their desks and left the precinct. They drove up to the school and walked into the school while it was break time and the kids were playing outside.

Dean & Liv walked up to Abby's teacher Mrs. Mary Anderson.

Liv-''Mrs. Anderson?''

Mary-''Please, call me Mary.''

Liv-''I'm Detective Morgan and this is Detective Ambrose. We know Abby went missing over an hour ago, can you tell us if you saw or heard anything strange?''

Mary-''The morning was normal. We did some math and then they came outside to play on their first break time.''

Mary was worried about Abby.

Mary-''I went into the classroom for a minute to put a bandage on Harry because he scraped his knee. When we came back outside, Lily told me that Abby was gone.''

Dean-''Which one is Lily?''

Mary-''The one on the swing in the pink dress.''

Dean-''Mind if I talk to her?''

Mary-''Not at all.''

Dean walked over to Lily as Liv continued to talk to Mary.

Dean-''Hi, are you Lily?''

Lily nodded as Dean kneeled down in front of her.

Dean-''I'm Detective Dean Ambrose. I'm here to find out what happened to Abby.''

Lily-''Are you gonna bring her back?''

Dean-''I'm going to do everything I can to bring her back.''

Lily-''Abby is my best friend.''

Dean-''You wanna help me find Abby?''

Lily nodded.

Lily-''Yes.''

Dean-''Ok. Were you and Abby playing earlier on your first breaktime?''

Lily-''Yes. We were playing Tag.''

Dean-''Then what happened?''

Lily-''A man came up to the fence and Abby said she knew him. The man picked her up over the fence and they left in a black car.''

Dean-''Abby knew the man?''

Lily-''Yes.''

Dean-''Ok. Lily, do you remember anything about the car. Like any stickers or letters on it?''

Lily-''No. It had a white stripe on the side.''

Dean-''From the front to the back?''

Lily-''Yes.''

Dean-''Ok. Thank you so much, Lily. You really helped me.''

Lily-''You're welcome.''

They smiled as Liv walked over to them and Dean stood up.

Liv-''Got any new information?''

Dean-''I think I got a lead. Let's go.''

Dean & Liv left the school.

The Precinct.
Bruce, Dean, Miz & Liv were in the conference room with Abby's parents, Dawn and David.

Bruce-''Mr & Mrs Williams, Ambrose found out from Abby's best friend that she was taken by someone she knows.''

Dawn-''What?''

Dean-''Lily said that Abby knew the man. He took her over the fence and they left in a black car.''

Miz-''The car had a white stripe on it. Do you know anyone who has a car like that?''

David-''No.''

Dawn-''N-no, we don't.''

Dean-''Ok. I'll put out an APB on that car.''

Bruce-''Let's get back to work.''

Bruce, Dean, Miz & Liv left the room.

Liv-''The mother is lying.''

Dean-''Yeah, I saw that too.''

Miz-''What is she hiding?''

Bruce-''That's what we're gonna find out.''

Ambrose Home.
Tommy Ambrose, Carlo Reed & Michelle Shaw stepped out of the house and onto the porch steps after Reed & Shaw said "goodbye" to Elizabeth & Michelle.

Tommy-''Thanks for coming to meet my mom & my sister, guys. And for having lunch with us.''

Reed-''No problem, T. Your mom & sister are great. I can see where you get your sense of humor from.''

They chuckled.

Tommy-''Thanks.''

They stepped off the porch and started walking towards Reed's car.

Shaw-''Glad to see you settling in nicely with being home again.''

Tommy-''Yeah. It feels really good to be home after all this time. Man, *smiles* I may never go undercover again.''

They laughed.

Shaw-''That's what Reed & I said after our first time working undercover. But then....we did it again, and again, and again.''

They laughed.

Tommy-''But you two always go undercover together.''

Reed-''We prefer it that way. Helps to know that there's at least someone watching your back.''

Tommy-''True.''

Reed & Shaw smiled at each other and Tommy noticed that they suddenly looked down at the ground and smiled nervously.

Tommy-''Are you two ok?''

Reed-''We're fine. *lights a cigarette* Why?''

Tommy-''I don't know. Ever since Italy, there has been this jittery nervousness between you two every now & then.''

Shaw-''What do you mean?''

Tommy-''I'm not sure. It's like watching two characters in a movie, who clearly have feelings for each other, but they're too shy to admit it.''

Reed & Shaw chuckled like Tommy was seeing strange things that wasn't there.

Reed-''Got no clue whatcha talkin' about, T.''

Reed took a drag of his cigarette and blew out the smoke as Tommy shook his head.

Shaw-''You just focus on your family and being happy at home, ok?''

Shaw hugged Tommy as he chuckled.

Shaw-''See you around, brother.''

Tommy bumped fists with Reed.

Reed-''Later, T.''

Reed & Shaw got in their car.

Tommy-''Later, guys!''

They waved at Tommy before riding off.

An Hour Later.
Dean & Liv were sitting at their desks and Dean was on a call.

Dean-''Ok, thank you so much. Bye.''

Dean put the phone down and looked at Liv.

Dean-''Hey, Pinky?''

Liv looked at Dean.

Liv-''Yeah?''

Dean-''Ready to interrogate the mother?''

Liv-''Why?''

Dean-''Turns out that Mr. Williams is not Abby's real father.''

Miz overheard that as he walked up to them.

Miz-''Seriously?''

Dean-''Yep.''

Miz-''Does Mr. Williams know that he's not the real father?''

Dean-''Not sure.''

Liv-''Let's go find out.''

They walked off.

Interrogation Room.
Miz & Liv were sitting down across from Dawn as Dean, Bruce & Mr. Williams were watching from behind the two way mirror.

Dawn-''Why am I in here? You should be out there looking for my daughter!''

Liv-''The only way we can find your daughter is if we know who we're looking for. And we think that you know.''

Dawn-''What?! H-how should I know?!''

Miz-''You can start by telling us who Abby's real father is.''

Dawn was shocked by the question.

Dawn-''What are you talking about? David-''

Miz-''Save it. We know that Abby was 6 months old when you met David.''

Liv-''Is Abby's biological father behind this?''

Dawn-''No! It can't be. He....he is suppose to be in jail!''

Liv-''What is his name?''

Dawn was in tears.

Miz-''Dawn?''

Dawn-''His name is Buddy Murphy.''

Mr. Williams couldn't believe it.

David-''What?''

Bruce-''What is it?''

David-''She told me Abby's father was dead.''

Dean-''But how come Abby knows Murphy?''

Bruce-''Could Buddy Murphy be a family friend?''

David-''If he is, I have no clue who it could be.''

Bruce-''Ambrose, check that name in the database. If he really was in jail, you'll find him.''

Dean-''Right.''

Bruce-''Mr. Williams, go with Ambrose. As soon as you see a picture of Murphy, you may recognise him.''

David-''Ok.''

Dean-''Follow me, Mr. Williams.''

Bruce, Dean & David left the room as Miz & Liv stepped out of the interrogation room. Dean & David went to Dean's desk as Bruce faced Miz & Liv.

Miz-''Seems like we're looking for Abby's real father.''

Bruce-''Yeah. And Mr. Williams was under the impression that Abby's real father was dead.''

Miz-''What kind of man is Buddy Murphy anyway?''

Bruce-''Hopefully not the type of man that'll harm his daughter.''

Dean & David walked up to them.

Dean-''We found him, Captain.''

Bruce-''Do you recognise him?''

David-''I do. Dawn told me that Buddy was her brother.''

Miz-''Oh, man.''

Dean-''So, Abby thinks Murphy is her uncle.''

David-''Can I go talk to Dawn?''

Bruce-''Sure.''

David walked into the interrogation room.

Liv-''So, what was Murphy in jail for?''

Dean-''He spent four months in jail for theft.''

Miz-''But then why kidnap his own daughter?''

Liv-''People do unthinkable things for the ones they love. Maybe Dawn threatened to keep Abby away from him after he got arrested.''

Bruce-''Let's find him fast. If Murphy is being kept away from Abby, then he could leave the city with her.''

Dean, Miz & Liv nodded.

Bruce-''Let's get Abby home safely, guys.''

An APB was put out in search for Buddy Murphy. All the policemen on patrol where looking for Murphy. And because he just got out of jail, he didn't have an address to his name so it would be hard to find him.

30 Minutes Later.
Dean rushed into Bruce's office.

Dean-''Captain!''

Bruce-''Yeah?''

Dean-''Murphy was seen at the Cincinnati Washington Park 10 minutes ago.''

Bruce-''Let's move!''

Bruce, Dean, Liv & Miz rushed out of the precinct, got in their cars and raced to the park. They pulled up to the park with other police officers and they all walked into the park slowly.

Bruce-''Slow and steady, everyone. We don't wanna make a scene. There are too many people here.''

Dean, Miz, Liv & the officers nodded.

After a few minutes, they saw Abby sleeping on Murphy's lap on a park bench.

Dean-''Everyone, stay close. I'm gonna talk to him.''

Dean stepped closer to the bench.

Dean-''Mr. Murphy?''

Murphy looked up and saw Dean and saw his detective's badge.

Buddy-''I was wondering when you were all gonna show up.''

Dean-''We don't want any trouble. All we care about is Abby's safety.''

Buddy-''That's all I care about too.''

Dean-''We just want to return her to her mother.''

Buddy-''But her mother won't let me see her.''

Officers surrounded them from a distance as Dean took a few steps closer.

Dean-''I know.''

Buddy-''All I want is to be her dad.''

Dean signaled to the others that it's ok and to lower their weapons. Then Dean sat down next to Buddy.

Dean-''I understand that you want to be part of her life, Mr. Murphy. But kidnapping her is not the way to go.''

Buddy had tears in his eyes.

Buddy-''I know, detective. I just....I just missed her. And I love her so much.''

Dean-''I understand.''

Buddy-''I guess it's time for me to hand her over?''

Dean-''Yeah.''

Buddy stood up with Abby in his arms as Dean stood up.

Buddy-''Please make sure she gets to her mom and David safely?''

Dean-''I will.''

Buddy kissed Abby's forehead and gently handed her over to Dean so she wouldn't wake up.

Buddy-''I know her mother hates me and we don't see eye to eye. But please tell her and David that I'm sorry. Especially, David. He's a....he's a good dad.''

Dean looked at Buddy sadly as officers walked up to them.

Dean-''I will.''

Officers handcuffed him and took him away as Bruce, Miz & Liv walked up to Dean.

Bruce-''Great work, Ambrose.''

Dean-''Thanks, Captain.''

Dean looked down at Abby.

Dean-''Let's get her home.''

The Precinct.
Dean walked into the conference room with Abby in his arms. She was awake and eating an ice-cream cone.

Dawn & David-''ABBY!''

Abby-''Mommy! Daddy!''

Dean handed her over to Dawn and they had a family hug.

Dawn-''I was so worried about you.''

Abby-''Why? I was with Uncle Brad.''

Dawn-''I....I know, sweetie.''

Dean left the room. But then he was stopped by David.

David-''Detective Ambrose.''

Dean-''Yes?''

David-''Thank you so much. I know she's not my biological daughter, but I love her like she is.''

Dean smiled.

Dean-''No problem. Seems like Murphy was right about you.''

David-''What did he say?''

Dean-''Firstly, he wanted me to tell you and Dawn that he's sorry. Especially to you.''

David-''I guess I understand that he just wanted to see his daughter. But he shouldn't have done it this way.''

Dean-''He knows that. And he is truly sorry. He loves Abby so much. I could see it in his eyes.''

David nodded.

Dean-''He also said that....you're a great father.''

David-''He said that?''

Dean nodded.

David-''Wow. Well, I hope that one day Abby can get to know him as her dad. It's only fair that she does find out one day.''

Dean-''I'm sure Buddy would appreciate that.''

David-''Thank you again.''

Dean-''No problem.''

They shook hands. Then Dean walked over to Miz & Liv.

Liv-''Great job today, Ambrose.''

Miz-''Yeah.''

Dean-''Hey, we all worked on the case. I can't take credit for everything.''

Miz-''Well....that's true.''

They laughed.

Miz-''Well, I gotta get home to my beautiful wife. See you guys tomorrow.''

Liv-''I gotta get home too.''

They all bumped fists.

Miz-''Later, Ambrose.''

Liv-''Bye, Dean.''

Dean-''Bye, guys.''

Miz & Liv walked off as Dean smiled.

Then Dean walked over to Bruce's office and knocked on the door as it was open. Bruce looked up as Dean slowly stepped in.

Dean-''Hey, Captain. You got a minute?''

Bruce-''Sure. Come on in.''

Dean stepped further in and closed the door before walking up to Bruce's desk as Bruce stood on the other side of the desk.

Bruce-''You know, for someone who brought a little girl home safely, you look like you have a heavy weight on your shoulders.''

Dean-''You know me too well, Captain.''

They smiled.

Bruce-''What's wrong, Ambrose?''

Dean-''I'm happy Abby is safe and finally home again. I've actually got something else weighing on me.''

Bruce-''Ok, talk to me.''

Dean & Bruce both sat down.

Dean-''Captain, I spoke to Tommy about Seth and he pointed out to me that Seth might've been manipulated by Batista while working undercover.''

Bruce-''Oh, I see. That does happen to people who work undercover, they start to believe things that aren't real.''

Dean-''Tommy basically said that.''

Bruce-''He has a valid point. So, what do you wanna do?''

Dean-''I wanna talk to Seth.''

Bruce-''Like you did last time?''

Dean-''*Chuckles* No.''

They smiled.

Dean-''I wanna talk to him to see where his mindset is at and to see how he's feeling emotionally now that he's been away from Batista's manipulation for the past month.''

Bruce-''Sounds good to me.''

Dean-''I gave Carlo a call this morning and asked if he'd join me. Tommy said Carlo's an excellent judge of character and can read people real good.''

Bruce-''Carlo is really excellent at that. Good that you asked him. Is he gonna join you?''

Dean-''Yeah. He said he'll join me whenever I'm ready to go see Seth.''

Bruce-''Good. Take your time before visiting him and think about what you wanna say or ask him. If Batista messed with his head, help Seth remember who he is.''

Dean-''I'll try my best, Captain.''

Bruce nodded.

Dean-''Thanks for the talk, Captain. *stands up* I'll see you in the morning.''

Bruce-''Ok.''

Bruce & Dean bumped fists and Dean went to the door and opened it.

Bruce-''Ambrose?''

Dean glanced over his shoulder at Bruce.

Dean-''Yeah, Captain?''

Bruce-''I'm proud of you.''

Dean-''*Smiles* Thanks, Captain. Goodnight.''

Bruce-''Goodnight.''

They smiled and Dean left the office.

Ambrose Home.
Dean pulled up into the driveway and parked his car in the garage. He got out of his car, closed the garage door and walked in the house through the side door leading into the kitchen.

Elizabeth-''Hi, Son.''

Dean-''Hi, Mom.''

Dean kissed her cheek and sighed.

Elizabeth-''Rough day?''

Dean-''It was nerve wreaking. Had a kidnapping case of a little girl.''

Elizabeth-''Oh, my goodness. Did you find her unharmed?''

Dean-''Thank God, we did.''

Elizabeth smiled with relief.

Dean-''Turns out, it was her biological father that took her from school. He just wanted to see her. He knew he did the wrong thing, but he just wanted to spend some time with her.''

Elizabeth-''Oh. Well, taking a child is wrong, no matter what the situation. I'm glad he knew what he did was wrong.''

Dean-''We all are.''

They smiled sadly.

Dean-''Hey, where are-''

Dean heard Tommy & Michelle scream!

Dean-''Was that-''

Elizabeth-''Don't worry, they're watching a horror movie.''

Dean-''Oh. *chuckles* Ok.''

Elizabeth-''Oh, Reed & Shaw were here for lunch today. They are really nice and funny too.''

Dean-''They are pretty cool. I'm glad you got to meet them.''

Elizabeth-''Me too. I had to meet two of the people who brought Tommy home.''

They smiled. Then they laughed a little bit hearing Tommy & Michelle scream again.

Dean-''I'm gonna go say "hi".''

Elizabeth smiled and Dean stepped out of the kitchen and slowly walked up to the living room doorway. Dean peeked in and saw Tommy & Michelle sitting on the couch eating popcorn as they were snuggled up to each other while being terrified by the movie.

Dean smirked as he slowly and quietly creeped into the room. They couldn't see him because the room was dark, the only light was from the TV.

Dean sneaked up behind the couch as Tommy & Michelle were staring at the TV.

Tommy-''No! No, no, no, no! Don't go in the room! The killer is there!!''

In the movie, the female character opened the door and when the killer suddenly appeared, Dean grabbed Tommy & Michelle's shoulders!

Dean-''Gotcha!''

Tommy & Michelle screamed loudly and the popcorn went flying all over the place!

Tommy & Michelle held onto their chests as Dean was laughing!

Tommy-''Dude! Not cool!''

Michelle-''You scared the hell outta us!''

Dean stepped to the side of the couch and sat down on the arm of the couch as he laughed.

Dean-''Sorry! *laughs* I couldn't resist.''

Michelle playfully threw a pillow at Dean as they all laughed.

Dean-''Hey, you got popcorn in your hair, bro.''

They laughed!
