Bayley's House.

It was about 11am and Bayley was working from home today because she didn't want to see or run into Sasha.

Bayley was working on some notes on her coffee table when there was a knock on her door.

Bayley-''Coming!''

Bayley stood up from the couch, walked to the door and opened it.

Bayley-''Dean! Michelle! Hi, what are you two doing here?''

Dean-''Becky told me what happened last night. We wanted to come and check on you.''

Bayley-''Thanks. Come on in, I'll make some tea.''

Dean & Michelle went in and Bayley closed the door.

Bayley-''Make yourselves comfortable. I'll be right back.''

Bayley went into the kitchen to make tea as Dean & Michelle went to the living room. They saw the case file of Bayley's case on the coffee table.

Michelle-''Is she doing the case on her own?''

Dean-''Seems so.''

Dean sat down on the couch and read through the file.

Dean-''Oh, man. They hit every jewellery building and stole things that are worth millions.''

Michelle-''All over the state?''

Dean-''Yeah. Cleveland, Columbus and now here.''

Then Bayley walked in with a tray and put it on the coffee table.

Bayley-''Yeah, and their next target is the museum tomorrow night.''

Bayley sat down next to Dean.

Bayley-''I have to stop them. They'll leave the city as soon as they have that diamond. Hell, they could leave the country.''

Dean-''That's true.''

Dean put the file on the table.

Dean-''So, any word from Sasha?''

Dean asked as he handed a cup of tea to Michelle.

Bayley-''No. And I don't wanna hear from her.''

Dean picked up his cup.

Dean-''What happened when she got shot?''

Bayley-''Our radios weren't working so good. The connection was breaking up badly. I said 'Don't go in', but apparently all she heard was 'Go in'.''

Dean-''Oh.''

Bayley-''I know it wasn't my fault, but I still feel bad that she got hurt. If I had said it differently then-''

Dean-''Hey, don't beat yourself up about this. Making mistakes is part of the job so we can learn from them.''

Bayley-''But what if she got seriously injured or worse?''

Dean-''Thankfully, that didn't happened. Just focus on the positive.''

Bayley nodded.

Michelle-''So, are you gonna ask Sasha to continue working on the case with you?''

Bayley-''She's too mad at me. She'll never accept my apology.''

Michelle-''You gotta try.''

Bayley-''I don't see that happening, Michelle. I-''

Michelle-''Well, I couldn't see myself walking again....but it's gonna happen very soon.''

Dean smiled.

Michelle-''Bayley, you have to try and talk to her. Little arguments like this is not worth it. Life....''

Michelle looked at her wheelchair.

Michelle-''Life is too precious to let little arguments and misunderstandings get in the way of being with the people you care about and love. Especially in your line of work where you put your lives on the line everyday.''

Bayley realised Michelle was right.

Michelle-''Please, Bayley. You & Sasha are like sisters. Don't let this accident get in the way.''

Dean-''Michelle's right. An accident almost caused myself & my mother to lose Michelle.''

Bayley-''Alright. I'll call her later.''

Dean-''Great.''

They smiled.

Meanwhile, at Sasha's House.

Sasha was drinking coffee while watching TV when she heard a knock on the door.

Sasha-''Ugh. Who is that?''

Sasha got up, walked to the door and opened it.

Sasha-''What do you want?''

Becky-''Well, good morning to you too, Sunshine. Can I come in?''

Sasha-''Actually, I-''

Becky-''Thanks.''

Becky walked in. Sasha sighed and closed the door. They walked into the living room and Sasha sat back down & continued drinking her coffee.

Becky-''So, what are you doing today?''

Sasha-''I'm doing it.''

Becky-''You're gonna sit on your arse, drink coffee and watch....''

Becky looked at the TV.

Becky-''What the hell are you watching?''

Sasha-''The Notebook.''

Becky picked up the remote and turned the TV off.

Sasha-''Hey!''

Becky-''Oh, come on. Watch a Die Hard movie instead! You're a damn cop!''

Sasha sighed. Becky sat down on the coffee table facing Sasha.

Becky-''Listen to me. You & Bayley are like sisters and-''

Sasha-''Correction! We were sisters.''

Becky-''Hey! I said listen to me. That means....you shut your mouth!''

Sasha leaned back on the couch and folded her arms.

Becky-''The friendship you & Bayley have is very unique. Everyone even calls it the Boss & Hug Connection.''

Sasha looked away from Becky.

Becky-''Look, you can't let this accident get in the way of you two solving this case. More importantly, you can't let this get in the way of your friendship.''

Sasha-''Why the hell do you care?''

Becky-''I care because you will never be able to forgive yourself if you don't make things right and something bad happens to Bayley.''

Sasha looked at Becky.

Becky-''My sister was kidnapped and almost got killed in a burning cabin that exploded in a forest in L.A. Thank God Dean was there. I know I would have never forgiven myself if she died. You cannot let this accident stand in the way because in our line of work, we could lose any of our fellow officers & detectives in a heartbeat!''

Sasha realised Becky was right.

Becky-''Call Bayley and apologize because you know deep down that it wasn't her fault that you got shot. If you let Bayley go after those twins alone and something happens to her....you will regret not calling her for the rest of your life.''

Becky stood up and walked to the door.

Becky-''And watch some damn action movies!''

Becky left as Sasha smiled. Then Sasha picked up her phone.

Bayley's House.

Dean & Michelle had just finished drinking their tea.

Dean-''Well, we better get going so you can keep working.''

Michelle-''Thanks for the tea.''

Bayley-''No problem.''

Then Bayley's phone rang. She picked it up as Dean stood up from the couch.

Bayley-''It's Sasha.''

Dean & Michelle smiled.

Michelle-''Talk to her.''

Bayley smiled.

Dean-''We'll see ourselves out. Bye.''

Bayley-''Bye, guys.''

Dean & Michelle left as Bayley answered her phone.

Bayley-''Hello?''

Sasha-''Hi, Bayley.''

They both got a bit nervous.

Sasha & Bayley-''I'm sorry.''

They said it at the same time.

Sasha-''No, Bayley....you have no reason to apologise. It wasn't your fault and I completely overreacted. I'm so sorry.''

Bayley-''It's ok, Sasha.''

Sasha-''I'm even more sorry for hitting you. I'm so sorry!''

Sasha cried.

Bayley-''Sasha, don't cry. I forgive you and I love you so much.''

Sasha-''I love you too.''

They both smiled.

Bayley-''Hey, why don't I come over to your place and we can continue working on this case and find a way to stop these twins from stealing that diamond tomorrow night?''

Sasha-''Alright, see you soon.''

Bayley-''Ok.''

They smiled and ended the call.

Bayley & Sasha spent the rest of the day coming up with a plan to stop the twins.

The Next Day.

Bayley & Sasha walked into the precinct together.

Bayley-''Hey, everyone!''

Everyone looked up at them.

Bayley-''Sasha & I want to apologize for what we did the other night.''

Sasha-''I apologize mostly because I completely overreacted about the accident. Bayley has already forgiven me and I ask you all for your forgiveness for my actions.''

Becky-''We all forgive you, Sasha.''

Dean-''We're just glad that you two worked things out.''

Sasha-''Thank you all so much.''

Everyone clapped.

Dean-''I think there's one more person that needs to hear this.''

Dean pointed to their Captain's office.

Sasha-''Right.''

Bayley-''Let's go.''

Bayley & Sasha went to their Captain's office.

Dean-''Our plan worked.''

Becky-''Awesome.''

Dean & Becky bumped fists as Sasha & Bayley walked into the Captain's office.

Sasha-''Captain?''

Bayley-''Can we talk to you for a minute?''

Bruce nodded. Bayley & Sasha stood side by side across from him.

Sasha-''Captain, I want to apologize for my actions on Tuesday night. I was out of line with what I said and I'm really sorry for my actions towards Bayley, Sir. It will never happen again.''

Bruce-''See to it that it doesn't, Banks.''

Sasha nodded.

Bruce-''Bayley, have you found someone to help you finish this case?''

Bayley-''Actually, I want Sasha to work with me, Captain. We've been going through the case over and over and we have a plan to stop the twins tomorrow night before they even have a chance to steal that diamond.''

Sasha-''But Sir, if you want me off this case....I'll understand.''

Bruce-''Normally, I would take someone off a case after what you did, Banks. But....''

Bayley-''But?''

Bruce-''We only have until tonight to stop those twins and you two are the only ones who know this case in and out. So, I want to hear your plan in the conference room in 20 minutes.''

Bayley & Sasha-''Thank you, Captain.''

Bayley & Sasha left the office.

Later That Night.

It was about 2am when Nikki & Brie broke into the museum and crawled through the vents until they were above the room where the diamond was being kept in a glass case. Nikki & Brie lowered down from the vents and unhooked themselves from their ropes. They slowly stepped towards the glass case with the diamond in it. Brie sprayed some smoke to reveal where the lasers were.

Brie-''There's an opening right here on the left side.''

Nikki-''Ok, go for it.''

But then a spotlight turned on and Brie & Nikki looked around.

Nikki-''Did you hit a laser?''

Brie-''No.''

Then they saw a woman dressed in a cat burglar suit just like them, but her face was covered. All they could see was the woman's eyes.

Brie-''If you think you're gonna steal this diamond....think again!''

Then another woman dressed the same way stepped out and stood a few feet behind them.

Nikki-''Whoever you two bitches are....you better get out of our way!''

Both woman took a few steps closer to Nikki & Brie.

Brie-''Alright. Looks like we gotta kick some ass before we steal this diamond, Nikki.''

Nikki-''That's fine with me, Brie.''

Brie ran towards one of the women as Nikki ran towards the other woman!

Brie went for a few punches, but the woman dodged all of them and kicked Brie on the side of her leg making her go down to one knee. Then the woman punched Brie down to the floor and kneeled down next to Brie.

Brie-''Who are you?!''

Nikki went for a kick, but the woman caught her leg and shoved Nikki down to the floor and sat on Nikki.

Nikki-''Who are you?!''

The 2 women took off their masks and it was Bayley and Sasha!

Brie-''You're the one from the jewellery store.''

Bayley-''I'm a Detective.''

Brie got up and continued fighting with Bayley as Nikki shoved Sasha off of her, got up and glared at Sasha.

Nikki-''You're that cop that I shot. How are you even standing?''

Sasha-''You need to work on your aim!''

Nikki ran at Sasha and they continued fighting!

After a moment, Brie & Nikki kicked Bayley & Sasha. Bayley & Sasha ended up back to back as Brie & Nikki glared at them. The twins ran towards them but Bayley & Sasha tackled them down to the floor.

Brie kicked Bayley off of her and when they both stood up, Brie pulled out a gun and fired at Bayley! But Bayley ducked and rolled towards Brie, tripped her over onto her back and Bayley took Brie's gun and aimed it at her forehead.

Bayley-''Don't move!''

Nikki had rolled Sasha onto her back and pulled out a knife! Nikki went to stab Sasha but Sasha grabbed Nikki's wrist as Bayley zip tied Brie's hands behind her back.

Bayley-''Sasha!''

Sasha punched Nikki in her throat and shoved Nikki off of her! Nikki & Sasha stood up and then Bayley shot the knife out of Nikki's hand making it fall to the floor. Nikki turned to look at Bayley and then Sasha grabbed Nikki from behind!

Sasha-''Don't move!''

Sasha shoved Nikki down to her knees, zip tied her wrists and sat her down next to Brie. The twins glared at them as Bayley took out her walkie talkie.

Bayley-''Captain, we're good.''

Sasha-''The twins are caught.''

Bayley & Sasha smiled.

Then Bruce walked in with other officers and they took the twins away.

Bruce-''You two alright?''

Bayley-''Well, I got shot at.''

Sasha-''And I was almost stabbed. But....''

Bayley & Sasha smiled at each other.

Bayley & Sasha-''We're good, Captain.''

Bruce-''Great job, ladies.''

Bayley-''Thanks.''

Sasha-''Thank you.''

Bayley & Sasha hugged.

At The Precinct.

Bayley & Sasha were sitting at their desks when Bruce walked up to them.

Bruce-''Don't you ladies have homes? It's 3:30am.''

They smiled.

Bayley-''I guess we lost track of time, Captain.''

Sasha-''We'll be leaving soon.''

Bruce-''Alright. Well, you two did a great job. I'm proud of both of you for overcoming everything that this case brought to you.''

Bayley-''Thank you, Captain.''

Bruce-''Goodnight, ladies.''

Bayley & Sasha-''Goodnight, Captain.''

Bruce smiled and left.

Bayley-''So, you wanna crash at my place?''

Sasha-''Sure.''

They stood up, grabbed their jackets and started walking off.

Sasha-''Man, I'm starving.''

Bayley-''Don't worry, I got pasta at home.''

Sasha-''Awesome.''

Sasha put her arm around Bayley's waist and Bayley put her arm around Sasha's shoulder as they walked out of the precinct.
