Nikki's POV
Today was the day I had been dreading. My stupid sister was coming back today, and not as a teacher.
She decided about a week ago that she wanted to transfer back to student life, which I couldn't figure out. She graduated early, and then taught for a few months, and now she wanted to do work again.
Something wasn't adding up.
Also, I felt really bad for Mr. Orton, because he and my sister used to date. Now she's back with Daniel Bryan, and Randy was engaged to someone else.
"Nikki, are you even listening to me?" Nattie snapped her fingers in front of my face.
"No, sorry. I'm thinking about my sister and her return."
Natalya sighed and then told me that she wanted to schedule more study nights in our dorm. I was totally okay with that, considering I had Calculus again next semester.
Not a fun time.
"Don't worry about Brie. You just keep doing you, and she'll just have to be her," Nattie said as we walked into the Academy.
I really was sad to be leaving this place in a few months. The Academy had become my second home over the past four years. From freshman year to now, it's been the best thing ever.
I had made some of my best memories and friends here, and I owe that to my love and passion for wrestling.
Also, I met John at the Academy, and I loved him more than anything.
"So, our school day is being shortened? I hate when they do this shit last minute," Jinder complained as we stood outside the Calculus room.
"You are the only person I know who is sad when school gets cut short," Dean smirked.
Dean had a point, and his statement was every bit of true. Jinder was always upset when school was cut short or cancelled, but nobody knew why.
Not even the Singh Brothers.
"Sorry I'm late, guys," Randy said as he unlocked the door for us,.
We all immediately rushed in the door, as if there was some reward awaiting us. We knew there wasn't, but the door was finally opened.
"If you could get out your bell ringer, we'll be starting with that, like usual."
I grabbed out my paper with all the previous days of Caculus bell ringers and added today's three questions.
"So, is your sister returning in gym or what?" John asked as he grabbed a piece of gum from me.
"I have no idea, and I really don't care."
"Nikki, you should care, she's your freaking twin sister," AJ commented.
I sighed. "Listen, a part of me is excited, but the other part of me isn't. She graduated early, and then had a baby with Daniel, and now she wants to return as a student?"
They all looked at me and Dean was the first one to ask me a question. "Brie and Daniel had a baby?"
I nodded and then pulled out my phone to show them pictures of Birdie Joe. After the doctor told my sister, kid's were unlikely in her future, Birdie was a miracle.
That's why I was so confused on my sister's return.
On one hand, I was super happy for her, as I knew how much she loved it. But then, the other part of me felt that she should be there for her baby.
Then again, Paige left her kid with her mom in England.
"Wow, I had no idea that she was even pregnant," AJ commented after I put my phone away.
I nodded and then we heard a knock on the door. Cesaro got up to answer it, and when he opened it, there stood Kurt with my sister.
"Mr. Orton, this is Brie Bella, she's a student in your class," Kurt introduced, as if Randy didn't know her.
"Fantastic," Randy mumbled under his breath.
"Talk about awkward," AJ whispered to me, causing me to laugh.
Randy turned his attention towards us. "Mr. Styles, Ms. Bella, would you two like detention?"
We both shook our heads no and then Brie took a seat behind AJ. I was to the right of AJ, and then Dean was next to me. Nattie sat behind me, and Jinder was in the back with the Singh's.
We all had this class next semester and planned on sitting in the same seats.
If Mr. Orton allowed that.
"Brie, it's nice to have you back," Nattie told her.
I saw her smile and then take the notes that Randy was writing on the board.
After class, I grabbed Brie's hand and we walked to English together.
"Good to see you back, but why'd you leave Birdie?" I asked.
"I was ready to come back, and I didn't leave Birdie," she replied as I closed my locker.
"What do you mean you didn't leave her?"
"She's in Bryan's office."
So first she returned, and now she brought her baby?
Oh boy am I in for a treat.
Sheamus' POV
"Fella, you did what?" I asked my best friend as we drove to school that day.
"You heard me, I kissed her."
I sat there in the car stunned. Cesaro just told me that he kissed Becky. Becky had been my best friend for as long as I could remember.
Now, it was looking like my two best friends could be dating.
"Isn't she dating Sami?"
"I don't know, Sheamus. All I know is that kiss was something I don't regret."
He turned into the school parking lot. I was still in social shock from that statement that he just told me. I felt bad for Becky in this particular situation.
"So, does Becky know how you feel about all this?" I asked as we walked into the school.
"No, we haven't talked since, because it's kind of awkward."
I nodded and then we parted ways to go to our lockers. My locker was on one side of the school, while Cesaro's was on the other.
"Hey, Sheamus," Becky chirped as she appeared next to me.
"Hi, so, I have a question to ask you," I slammed my locker shut.
I wasn't sure if I should ask Becky about her and Cesaro, but I wanted to know. Cesaro wasn't giving me enough information, and I knew Becky would tell me.
"What?" She asked then paused. "Is it about the car?"
"No, it's about Cesaro."
"He told you about this kiss didn't he?"
I nodded and then she turned around so her back was facing me. She had her hair in two braids today and I noticed she was fired up.
"Becky, I just wanted to know how you felt about it?"
She sighed. "Sheamus, if I tell you something, you won't tell a single soul, right?"
I shrugged my shoulders and then she continued on with her story.
"Okay, so Sami and I were going through a rough patch, and we broke up, we just weren't seeing eye to eye," she started and I nodded.
"That happened about two nights after the kiss. I won't lie, I felt something with Cesaro, and I'm just not sure how to tell him."
I smiled a huge smile, which never happened. I was usually mad at this place, considering Matt and Jeff both taught here.
"My two best friends are in love, this is the best day of my life!" I cheered, but she put her hanad over my mouth.
"Shh, we are keeping this quiet," she whispered.
I removed her hand from my mouth and then sighed. I was really excited for the both of them, as I knew that Cesaro hadn't had a girlfriend in a while.
Also, I knew Becky was having issues with Sami lately. She told me that she didn't have a problem with Sami being friends with Kevin, but apparently, he started spending more time with him than her.
"I'm sorry, I'm just so happy for you two," I smiled as we walked to English.
She now returned the smile, and then Stephanie came in, slamming the door. She was always in a bad mood, and no one ever knew why.
"Class, today we'll be reading more auto biographies, since you guys really liked the last one," she announced, passing out books.
"Please tell me now we get to read Daniel Bryan's?" AJ asked, hope in his eyes.
"Mr. Styles, I am happy to inform you that we will be reading that."
A smirk appeared on AJ's face. "Yes! Yes! Yes!"
John rolled his eyes as did most of the class. AJ always complained about Daniel Bryan, but for some weird reason, he still wanted to read things by him and do projects on him.
No one ever understood AJ.
"I think you mean," Kevin paused and then turned to Sami.
"Yep! Yep! Yep!" Sami finished with both of them laughing.
Now was the time when the whole class rolled their eyes in sync. Most of the class hated Kevin and Sami, or Kami, as AJ had started to call them.
Maybe that was the reason that Sami and Becky broke up.
"We really don't appreciate everyone being so negative towards the Yep movement," Kevin said, referring to himself and Sami.
"Kevin, nobody cares about your dumb ass Yep movement," AJ started. "God, it's worse than the Yes Movement."
We all laughed now, because Kevin and Sami didn't have a comeback.
"That's enough, just start reading," Stephanie said as she sat down at her desk.
"She's being rude today fella," I whispered to Rusev, who sat next to me.
"I know, and the worst part is," he paused, as if I knew what was coming next.
I didn't.
"It's Rusev Day."
I furrowed my brows. "Wasn't yesterday Rusev Day?"
"Everyday is Rusev Day."
I just laughed and then got back to doing my work. I couldn't wait for this year to be over.
