AJ's POV
Clash of Champions was amazing, especially for me. I had retained against Jinder, and Charlotte was still the Women's Champion. I had also decided that this was the last title shot Jinder was getting.
"Boys, I retained! I am so excited, and cannot wait for what's next for me," I told Karl and Luke the next day at my locker.
"What if you have to defend your title against Braun Strowman?" Karl asked as he threw his science book at Luke.
I rolled my eyes and shook my head no. We had a free block this morning, since Stephanie didn't show up, and no one knew where she went. Also, this was a good time to chat with Karl and Luke because I didn't have too many classes with them throughout the day.
I walked up to the the Calculus classroom, as that would be my next class. I saw Nikki already sitting in the classroom on her phone, waiting for the bell to ring.
"Hey, Nikki," I approached the Bella.
She turned her head around to face me. "Hey, what's up?"
I shrugged my shoudlers and then the rest of the class started pouring in. Apparently, a fight had broken out in the hallway. Nikki and I had made our way to the door to watch.
"Piss off, Jason! No one cares who your dad is," Chad yelled, punching Jason in the face.
"Shut the hell up, Chad! Leaving you was the best decision I ever made!" Jason fired back, hitting him in the shin.
Both boys had fallen to the ground. By this point, Jeff had came to break it up. It was rare to see a fight in the upstairs hallway, because most of them happened downstairs, so I think the teachers up here were shocked.
"Okay, enough of that, time to start Calculus," Randy came in, slamming the door behind him.
"Friend, you are not in a good mood today," Nikki said shaking her head.
Randy shrugged it off, and then wrote down some problems on the board for our bell ringer. I wrote them down and then solved them.
"I hope you guys have the answer, because I am collecting this sheet."
Nikki turned around to face me. "Do you have number three?"
I carefully gave her my paper, as if Randy saw me helping her out, he'd give us both F's. I knew that I myself couldn't afford that, and I knew that Nikki's grade wasn't the best.
She copied down my work and then turned around and gave it back to me. At the moment, Randy faced the class and told us to finish up. I passed my paper forward and then there was a knock on the door.
"Sorry I'm late, wait, no I'm not," Dean said as he walked in the room.
"Okay, well anyway, you guys are going to have a test this Friday-" He was cut off by Dean.
"Yeah, this Friday won't work. Rollins and I are getting a tag team title match this Friday during this block."
"Why during this block?" I asked him.
"Because it's another one of those half days, we don't have gym regular time."
Randy nodded and then collected our papers. He then gave us notes and homework, which I didn't want to start on. We had to use the book for our homework, and I always hated using the book.
At lunch was when the real brawl of the day went down. Two fights in one day was rare for this school, especially because the teachers at this school were so cautious of that kind of thing.
They were always telling us to save it for gym.
"You should be ashamed in yourself, calling yourself a wrestler, Lana!" Nattie came screaming in the cafeteria.
"Oh no, boys, this isn't going to be good," I whispered to my friends.
They nodded and then we waited to see Lana fire back.
"You can't even cut a promo, Nattie! They make acting classes, just a little tip."
Nattie rolled her eyes. "Lana, you've literally had three title matches within a year of you training, and you are back to being a manager."
Lana stood on top of the table. "Tamina, crush!"
"See, you can't even stand up for yourself," Natalya now joined her on the table.
By now, the whole cafeteria had turned their attention to the two women.
Nattie then threw Lana on the table, and turned it into the sharpshooter. I was laughing to myself, because everything Nattie had said was true.
"Yeah!" Nattie screamed after releasing the hold and put her hands in the air.
"Miss Neidhart, please come with me," Kurt said and Nattie hopped off the table.
The cafeteria went back to eating and forgetting the brawl ever happened.
Sheamus' POV
"Fella, I cannot see myself in this," I stated as Cesaro and I were picking out our new kilts.
"I like this one, Sheamus, and it won't make your skin so washed out."
I wanted to punch him, but of course, I didn't. "You can be so rude sometimes, you know."
He laughed and picked up the Christmas colored kilt again. I understood it was December, but I didn't think a green and red plaid kilt was getting me in the spirit.
"Please? I promise next go around we can wear what you want," he started. "And when you think about it, I wore the Rick and Morty jacket for you."
"Okay, fine Fella, but I will be picking the next round of kilts."
He put his hands in up signaling defense, and then we thanked the gear manager. Cesaro and I weren't big on new gear for everything, as we already had camo and black gear, but Cesaro really wanted this Christmas gear.
"I still don't know why you wanted this kilt so damn bad," I said as we put the gear in our lockers. "Also, did you tell the Crusty we were getting fitted for our new gear?"
He placed his in his locker as well. "Uh, no, I thought you were going to do that."
"I hate the Crusty Boys, so why would I tell them I'm missing?"
He shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes at my comment. Sometimes, I never understood why Cesaro just didn't listen to me.
"Better idea, let's just skip science, then we don't have to see Jeff Hardy at all."
Cesaro furrowed his brows and grabbed his science textbook.
Guess he wasn't too fond of my skipping class idea.
"I am not skipping class, and by the way, we have a title match this Friday against Ambrose and Rollins."
I threw my head back in frustration. Kurt and Shane were always having us defend our titles against those two, and we always won. We were always strategic in that ring, and we knew how to retain the title when needed.
"I can't believe they somehow got themselves another title opportunity," I stated with frustration.
"Let's request a stipulation match."
I looked at him. "No, then we can't retain by disqualification."
"I know, that's why we ask if the match can be a chairs match, making that stuff legal."
"Nice thinking, fella. And if you think about their past, especially in the chair category, it's not so good."
He smirked and then we walked to class. I decided that I would have plenty more chances to skip Jeff's class, and I figured today wasn't the day, since Cesaro and I were already late.
We knocked on the door, to be greeted by Alberto. We then proceeded to tell Jeff why we were late and he told us that it was fine.
I took my seat in the back of the room, next to Rusev. I was so mad that Jeff had split Cesaro and I up, because we could actually keep our mouths shut in class. Now, he just pissed me off because I had to text Cesaro.
"Class, today we will be working on some projects," he said as he handed us the paper.
All throughout the class period, I kept thinking on how sweet this match was going to be on Friday, considering Cesaro's great stipulation thinking.
We also decided that after Science, we would go talk to Shane about the match on Friday. He stated at the beginning of the year, we weren't supposed to go to him for matches, but he was the one who had to get stipulated matches approved.
He could also deny them, but he only did that with a few people.
Like Kevin Owens.
Once the bell rang for the class to be over, I waited for Cesaro and then we walked to the main office.
I walked up to Daniel Bryan, who was typing aggressively on his computer. I cleared my throat, signaling my presence.
"Oh, Cesaro, Sheamus, hi."
We both said hello and then Cesaro turned his attention to Daniel.
"Can we speak to Shane please? It's about our tag match on Friday."
He nodded and then let us go to the office.
Cesaro knocked on the door and then he let us in.
"Good afternoon, how may I help you boys?"
"Well, I'm sure you are aware of the tag title match we're having on Friday?" I asked, getting right to it.
"Against Ambrose and Rollins? Yes, I am aware."
"You see, we're tired of just beating them. These two seem to worm their way back into the title picture a lot, so we want this match to be a chairs match," Cesaro smirked.
Shane pondered the thought for a moment, and then nodded his head.
"Okay, you boys got it."
We both smiled and then left the office.
There was no way Ambrose and Rollins were walking out on Friday with the belts.
