Dean's POV

My life was going pretty great right now. I had gotten a job at the Outback Steakhouse and the Shield was back together. Also, school was going good, I actually had decent grades.

"Dean, could you by any chance give me a ride home from work tonight?" Alexa asked me at my locker.

Oh, there was one thing that was bugging me right now. I had developed a crush on Alexa. I had a little one on her at the beginning of the year, but then Paige came back and we got together. However, Alexa and I worked together, and she was cute.

"Yeah, sure. Do you need one to work too?"

"No, Becky's dropping me off on her way to work."

I nodded and then she left. That was making me happy, the fact that she asked me to take her home.

"By the way, I'm waitressing tonight, not being the hostess," she reappeared.

"That's great, we always need more hands on Friday nights."

She laughed and then I closed my locker. When I walked down the hall, I was greeted by an angered Paige.

That's never a fun time.

"Sweetheart, why do you look so angry?" I asked.

"Not to be the jealous girlfriend type, but," she started. "I don't want you talking to her."

I furrowed my brows. "Why? She was just asking for a ride home from work."

Then she rolled her eyes. "Listen, I trust you, I'm just mad that you have a job because then I don't get to see you as much."

I grabbed her hand and walked off to class. Paige and I were happy, but my crush on Lexi was becoming more prominent in my mind. Also, we did work together, so I saw her more.

"Well, I have science right now, so I'll see you after?" She smiled.

I nodded and then kissed her goodbye. I walked to see Mr. Orton, not wanting to hear him and Nikki argue today.

"Oh, that's it, Friend will not here the end of this," Nikki shrieked to Nattie as they walked in.

I turned to AJ. "Here we go."

He nodded and then we started the bell ringer. The problems weren't hard, and Randy took roll to see who was and wasn't here.

"Has anyone seen Bayley today?" He asked looking over his attendance sheet.

We all turned our attention to Sasha. "What? Why would I know where she is?"

Nikki looked at her. "Because you're her best friend?"

"Ex best friend."

We all just left it at that. If Sasha didn't want to talk about it, why make her?

"Anyway, Randy did you think you could break up with my sister and think I wouldn't find out?" Nikki finally blurted out halfway through class.

He dropped his marker he was writing with. "I beg your pardon, Miss Bella?"

She repeated her sentence and then Randy just told her to stay after class. That was something that was curious to me.

Once school was finished, I made a quick trip back to the dorm to make a quick change and then it was off to work.

When I got there, I saw we had no hostess, which wasn't going to be good, as Friday's were always super busy.

Then, I saw her.

Paige.

"Dean, I got a job here! Now I can hang out with you more," she started and hugged me. "I'm the new hostess."

Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Alexa serving food, and she smiled at me. I wanted to go talk to her, but Paige was here.

When it finally turned six o'clock, the rush hour began. Lexi and I would swap orders and work together to wipe out all the hungry customers.

After the rush hour, we had a lot of crazy people come in, demanding drinks. Our bartender had called in sick. Now, we were really screwed.

"Dean, what do you we do? People want their drinks," Alexa asked me with worry in her voice.

I thought for a moment. "You and I are going to work the bar."

She looked at me. "We can't, age restriction, remember?"

"Who cares? The boss wants it done and these people want drinks."

After work was over, Alexa and I clocked out and then headed to my car. Her blonde hair was in two braids, and she sighed when she got in the car.

"Man, bartending is hard."

"I know, but we shouldn't have to do it again."

"Hopefully, by the way, how did you know how to make drinks?"

"Before my dad joined the armed forces, he was a bartender."

She nodded and then we soon reached the dorms.

"Thank you," she said as we reached her dorm.

"No problem."

She was about to go inside, but I grabbed her wrist.

"What, Dea-" I cut her off with a kiss.

She kissed back, and it was the best kiss ever.

Sasha's POV

Over the past week, Bayley and I had been in a fight. I yelled at her about dating Finn, because I didn't like the age gap between them. He was eight years older than her, and that was that.

"So, you and Bayley are really fighting?" Carmella asked me the next day.

"Yes, and quite frankly, I don't know why everyone is making such a big deal about it to be honest."

Carmella rolled her eyes and then we went off to class. We had Miz first today, due to Stephanie not being available to teach until one.

"Yeah, this is exactly how I want to start my day, seeing Miz first thing in the morning," Dean complained as he walked through the door.

"Dean, I think you'll be fine," Seth reassured him.

Dean smacked him on the arm playfully and then they took their seats. Miz just looked at them and then he took roll.

Also, this class was going to be awkward, because Bayley sat next to me, and well, we weren't on good terms.

"Okay, today you'll get a partner, and then we're doing a project," Miz started. He then continued to explain the project.

"Are we picking our partners?" Alexa asked.

Miz shook his head and then he assigned us partners. I was paired with Bayley, no shocker there.

"So..." she trailed off.

"So what? Let's just get this project done."

She looked at me. "I don't know what your problem is with me, but stop treating me like a child! I am eighteen years old and can make my own decisions!"

"Wow, I'm so scared! The hugger has an attitude."

"I knew you were like this, you think everything is about you," she started. "And to be honest, who are you to judge my boyfriend? You've been dating the same guy for three years, and for what, sex?"

"Incorrect, I love Roman, and my relationship is way more real than yours will ever be!"

By now the entire class has turned their attention towards us. It didn't phase me however, as if Bayley wanted to start something, she should've known I would get the last word.

"Girls, please stop fighting, save it for after class, or better, the gym," Miz told us and we shut our mouths.

Sasha Banks V.S. Bayley. Sounds like a great match.

Once gym rolled around, I got set in my gear. I wasn't going against Bayley, as Asuka shut that idea down. Now, I was in a tag match with her against Carmella and Alexa.

"Sasha, look, can we just put our differences aside for the next ten minutes? I don't want to lose a match because we're fighting," Bayley came in and asked.

I sighed. "Yes, and truth be to-"

"Ladies, you're match is up," Ambrose popped his head in the door.

I gave Bayley a hug and then we walked out to the gym. I was excited, as this was my chance to give Bayley an apology.

Alexa and Carmella brought the fight, but I ended up making Carmella tap out to the Bank Statement. The match was definitely one of the better ones Asuka has created.

"Sasha, great job out there," Bayley congratulated me.

"Yeah, you too. Bay, look, I'm really sorry about everything. I shouldn't have yelled at you, and I've missed you so much. I need my best friend, so what I'm trying to say is," I paused. "I'm sorry."

"I'm sorry too, and I forgive you, but maybe you were right."

"What do you mean?"

"Maybe Finn and I shouldn't date-"

I cut her off. "Stop right there, Pamela. Yes, I just used your first name. Listen to me, you love him, and don't let me cloud your judgement, you're not breaking up with him."

She gave me a hug. "Thanks, and you're right, like usual."

"Now, go see your boyfriend," I smiled and then she left.

"Sasha?" I heard Roman's voice.

I turned around to see him in gear, and I was guessing he just came out of a match.

"Yes?"

"Ambrose just told me what went down first block with Miz, and I just need to know one thing," he started. "Do you love me?"

"Is that even a question? I'm so in love with you it's crazy."

He smiled that stupid smile he always does. But, I didn't care. I was in love with him, and that was the damn truth.

"Okay, I don't know why I'm questioning it, I know you love me, and I love you."

I smiled and then kissed him. The day had ended with everything how it should be. Bayley and I were friends again, and I had my boyfriend by my side.

Senior year wasn't going too terrible.
