TWENTY SIX
I attempted to climb out of bed and let out a yawn.
Tino's grip around my waist tightened and he pulled me back into bed, making me giggle. I turned to him, throwing my leg over his hip and stared at his face.
His long brown hair was out of place, he had long lashes and his lips...I trailed my finger against it.
He seemed almost unreal?
I poured when I remembered how my mother had told me that smokers had darkened and ugly lips...another thing she lied about, I guess.
However, I couldn't deny how...incomplete it felt without Gianni. The other side of the bed was cold which meant that he had climbed out of bed a while ago.
After the scene at the mall, Gianni cleaned me up while Tino came back, telling us that we could leave and the dress -that he chose- would be delivered to our home -they delivered it about two hours later.
Home.
I slid my finger in between his lips and he caught my finger in between his teeth, not biting too hard and I laughed.
His left eye opened and he let go of my finger and smiled at me.
"Did you sleep well?" His voice was hoarse and I pursed my lips, shaking my head.
"Gianni isn't here" I told him with a pout and he pushed himself up a little, glancing behind me where Gianni was supposed to be.
"Dio...Go search for him, I'll make you something to eat" he kissed my cheek and reluctantly let me go. I grinned and climbed off the bed. I was wearing Gianni's shirt and I slipped my feet into my flip flops, walking out of the room.
I eagerly ran down the stairs and up the stairs of the other wing, walking towards Gianni's room.
"Gianni?" I trudged through the hallway, running my fingers along the intricate wooden decorations on the hallway wall I was already familiar with.
The different wings of the house showed their different personalities and I liked that. I had never been in Gianni's room and I was quite excited to push the door open.
It wasn't as large as Tino's room but it still gave me the same comfort that Tino's room did.
Gianni was out by the veranda, painting something as he sat on an easel. He had that familiar frown on his face and I smiled, walking closer to him.
His tattooed and shirtless body had been stained by paint, brightly colored paint but his colorful yet dark tattoos were clear. A brush sat behind his ear, another in between his lips and one was in his left hand, painting something into the board.
My heart clenched at the sight of him and I was genuinely curious. What was he painting?
"I didn't know you could paint" I told him and he froze for a couple of seconds before a small tiny smile crawled onto his face. I could tell that he wasn't the kind of person that smiled often.
"Come here" he patted his thigh and I nipped on my lower lip, hiding a smile as I made my way towards him, making myself comfortable on his thigh. I inhaled, feeling his hard length press against the side of my ass.
He pushed my hair to the side and pressed a kiss to my neck, causing me to inhale deeply.
The smell of the paint wasn't as bad as I assumed that would be.
My eyes fluttered open and the picture before me wasn't complete but I knew just who he was painting. Familiar dark brown skin, messy black hair, brown eyes.
My eyes went wide and I bounced on his thigh in excitement.
"That's me!" I giggled and he laughed, groaning like he was in pain before he caught my waist, making me sit.
"Yes, Angel. You, now, would you stop bouncing like that?" He placed the brush on the easel and I turned to him with a big grin on my face.
No one had ever painted me before!
His smile slowly dissipated and he cupped my face in his hand.
"You're my muse. My inspiration and probably the only thing I can draw or paint for now" he whispered, running his thumb along my lip and down my neck.
"Really?" I whispered wantonly. My ache in between my thighs had been revived.
"Si. Would I ever lie to you? This beautiful chocolate skin, brown eyes, button nose..." he unbuttoned my shirt as he trailed off.
"That's all I can think of. You're all I can think of. Dio. You've ruined my life so beautifully" I inhaled as his fingers slid underneath the shirt I was wearing, rubbing circles on my lower back.
"I haven't painted in years, neonata. However, I do have another idea in mind" he smirked like a devilish child and I narrowed my eyes at him, wondering what he was thinking.
"W-what's that?" I whispered, running a finger along his tattoos, trying to find exactly where to start because it was like figuring out a puzzle with a hundred tiny pieces.
"Hmm" he hummed distractedly, unbuttoning my shirt slowly. I glanced down as his cupped my breast, rubbing his thumb over my nipple.
"Oh" I whispered and threw my head back as he kissed my neck, his other hand dancing over my ass.
"Dio." He pulled away but not before he delivered a kiss to my collarbone. I smiled, shivering in delight as I curled up against him.
He pulled me closer to him and continued to paint. He said nothing as I played with his growing hair or moved suddenly.
"Lightly, Angel" he whispered when I straddled him and buried my face in his neck. He kissed the side of my neck and I pouted before readjusting my position.
Maybe...maybe I just wanted a little attention?
"Tino!" He yelled and I glanced at him with my lips set in a pout. He looked away from his painting at me and sighed.
"Tino spoils you, Angel" he grumbled but i grinned excitedly, bouncing on my toes as I stood up. He held his large palm out for me to take and I placed my palm in his, enjoying the way his gripped my arm firmly in his.
My mother would pull her hairs out if she found out what I was doing.
My mood soured slightly thinking about my mom. I wondered how she was feeling without me. Was she wondering where I was?
She probably would be driving herself crazy with worry.
I glanced at Gianni and his tattooed body was covered in some more paint and I smiled.
He had a frown on his face and it was funny how I had come to find out that he probably didn't know he was frowning.
He was a such sweetheart. Not that other people would agree -that was their problem.
We stepped out of the room and I hummed to myself as we got into the kitchen where Tino was setting the table for my lunch.
My stomach rumbled and Tino glanced up at us, not smiling but he shut the book he was reading and tapped the kitchen island.
Gianni swept me up and placed me on the island while I swung my legs back and forth, playing with Gianni's fingers.
"We can't go out tonight" Tino grunted out, his jaws were clenched and the annoyance in his tone was obvious.
"Says?" Gianni went stiff but his thumb rubbed up and down my fingers.
"The restaurant said some idiot booked it for the rest of night" My eyes darted between the two of them.
I wasn't going to lie, I really wanted to wear that dress and go out tonight. So, my smile slowly disappeared.
"What the fuck are you talking about? How about my restaurant?" Gianni's voice was filled with frustration and Tino exhaled.
"Do you really want to take her to that fucking restaurant, Gianni? Think about and stop fucking yelling" Tino's voice was deathly calm.
"And why not?" Gianni narrowed his eyes at Tino and I looked between them wondering why they were fighting in the first place.
"There's no need to fight." I called hungrily while Tino and Gianni glared at each other.
"I can wait till tomorrow" I mumbled, still looking between them. Gianni's jaws were clenched and he was the first to look away. He cupped my face and pressed a kiss to the top of my eyebrow.
"I-I'm sorry" he whispered and I nodded, looking at Tino who was glaring at him.
"Tino!" I called with a frown and Tino sighed, kissing my cheek.
"It won't happen again, Fiore. I'm sorry"
Because I hadn't updated in a week(before the previous chapter)...Here a chapter!
