Chapter Forty: Ejirio Kirishima

(Play Sad Epic Emotional Music - Farewell Life)

THIS IS ONLY KIRISHIMA'S ENDING, BAKUGO'S IS THE NEXT CHAPTER

"Welcome back, (Y/N)!" Toshinori and the other UA teachers yell.

A large (F/C) banner catches (Y/N)'s eyes as she enters UA's campus, on it displays "Welcome back, (Y/N)!" She smiles, walking beside her brother as her eyes glide across the campus and meet with every student from UA high, and every teacher.

Shoto and (Y/N) walk through the crowd of students, smiling at each person who caught their eyes. Eventually, they reach a stage where all the UA teachers and Principal Nezu stand.

"Come up, (Y/N)." He says, so she does.

The hero stands beside the principal as he stands on a wooden box to speak into a microphone.

"We are glad to see (Y/N) awake and healthy again." Nezu says, "Being our symbol of peace, a true hero, her bravery will never be forgotten. A true hero is not measured by their size or strength, but by their heart. On multiple occasions, (Y/N) was ready to give her life to save others. So in honor of her, UA has created something amazing. Drop the sheets, All Might!"

Everyone turns their head to look at the former symbol of peace as he and a few others pull down the sheets of a tall object. When the sheet reveals a large figure of (Y/N) in stone. Tears immediately fill up her (E/C) eyes and she stares at the object in amazement. The sculpture is of her standing in her typical fighting pose, arms outstretched with her left side on fire and right side covered in ice. Her shoulders are covered in dirt and wrapped in dark green vines, while a tornado swirls above her.

"We worked on this statue for the time that you were asleep." All Might says, "Well, by we, I mean all of UA high."

Cheers ring out again, as (Y/N)'s face turns red with tears, and she turns to her brother.

"Did you know about this?"

He smiles and nods, "It was class 1-A's idea, well, it came from Kirishima and Bakugo first."

The red and blond-headed boys step up onto the stage, and immediately, (Y/N) runs over and tackles them. She cries into their chests for a few moments, before finally leaning up to wipe her tears. She smiles.

"T-Thank you." She mutters, "S-So much."

"You're welcome, but it was Kirishima's idea." Katsuki states.

The red-haired boy blushes, avoiding eye contact with the (H/C)-haired girl and rubbing the back of his neck. As (Y/N) glances over at Kirishima, Katsuki notices the look in her eyes, and sighs under his breath. Suddenly, he pulls her aside, grabbing onto her shoulders.

"Go with him." He says, "I won't feel hurt, just..be with who you want, I want you to be happy. Even if you won't be mine."

"Katsuki.." (Y/N) mutters in reply, shocked.

"No, don't say anything." the blond replies, putting his finger to her lips for a brief moment, "I don't want to change my mind."

He pushes her lightly towards Kirishima. Since the hero wasn't expecting it, she ends up falling straight into the redhead's arms. It pains Katsuki's heart to see them like this, but he knows it's right. With a slight smile spread across his face, he turns away and shoves his hands in his pockets, walking behind UA high.

For years, Eijiro and (Y/N) dated. They graduated UA high and became great heroes together. They got married. Now, as they both turned twenty-five recently, they sit in the living room of their house, with a boy and a girl sitting together on the floor. Their children, Arakan and Daitan. The boy, Arakan plays with his Deku and Red Riot figures, while the girl, Daitan plays with her Elementia and Uravity figures, giggling away.

Even after everything, (Y/N) became healthy. She didn't have any health-related problems except for a slight limp. So, her two children were born healthy and happy.

The two kids are opposites of each other, in apperance, at least. Arakan has short black hair like Eijiro's, while Daitan has long (H/C) hair like her mother. Arakan has (Y/N)'s eyes, while Daitan has her father's.

"Come on kids, put your toys away and get ready!" Eijiro says, cleaning the dishes in the sink.

"Okay daddy!" the twins speak in unison, following his orders.

"Where are we going?" Daitan asks, climbing onto her mother's lap.

"Somewhere very special to mommy and daddy." (Y/N) responds, poking her daughter's nose playfully.

The twins glance and giggle at each other, as their parents pick them up, and get them fully dressed and ready to go. The family heads out of their home and down the sidewalk. Eventually, the kids begin to ask questions.

"We go down this road a lot.." Arakan begins.

"What's new here then?" Daitan finishes.

The parents chuckle, and continue to walk with their children. Around ten minutes later, the family reaches UA high.

"Woah, the famous hero school!" the twins yell out.

"Is this where mommy and daddy went to school?" Arakan questions.

The parents nod, grinning at each other. They slide their hero licenses onto the scanner on the door, and it beeps, opening the gate to allow them inside. The twins glance around themselves with wide grins spread across their faces. After Eijiro and (Y/N) graduated, UA got huge upgrades.

There's now a water fountain surrounding her statue, and hundreds of beautiful flowers planted across the campus. The dormitories are larger, and there are more gym areas for the students to train in. After (Y/N) graduated, more and more students began applying for UA, and as the building itself grew larger, their acceptance rate increased as well. When (Y/N) gave birth, the world was extatic. Luckily, both of her children inherited versions of (Y/N) and Eijiro's quirks. The twins just turned five, and Daitan inherited a quirk that allows her to harden any surface she touches. Arakan inherited a quirk that allows him to cover his entire body in ice and control it to his liking.

Their parents are extremely proud, and will be happy to see them as students in UA high.

"Mom, is that..you?" the twins ask.

Their mother chuckles, glancing at the statue that was made by UA high's first-years nearly a decade ago, "Yes, it is."

"Why is it here?" Daitan asks.

"Because your mother is a legendary hero." Eijiro responds, kissing his wife's cheek, "When we were younger, around fifteen, we met at UA high. At first, your mother hated everyone and was rude. Then there was an accident. Your mother had amnesia basically, and forgot everything about her life. She even forgot about uncle Shoto for a few moments. She had to relearn how to use her quirk, her pasts with everyone, everything.  When she learned about how she was so rude to everyone who cared about her, she made it her duty to make everything right again. She would cook breakfast for us each day in the dorms, and put our safety first. Somehow, she was able to warn us of attacks and save more lives. But, she got caught one day, by the famous League of Villians. We were able to save her and things were normal for a few months. She made herself a promise to be a dependable and amazing hero, and now she's done it."

"Awh, baby." (Y/N) responds, kissing her husband's cheek.

Their children cringe but glance back up at (Y/N)'s statue.

"Here," Their mother says, taking both of the children's hands.

After she graduated, doctors and scientists started working together more and created a quirk that allows people to send memories to each other for a short period of time. (Y/N) was the first person with this quirk, and she used it to show her old classmates what life in the real world was like, and how she knew what would happen in the world of MHA.

Now, she's using it to show her kids her past and rise to being a true hero for Japan and the rest of the world.

She closes her eyes and rests her head on her two children's and sends them many memories of her younger days. Tears come to her eyes as the memories of sad and happy times flash through her mind and makes her wish she was young again.

The memories fade as Izuku and Shoto approach from the entrance with their two sons, Daisuke and Genki. Before you question how these two came to be, in this large world of MHA, there's someone with a quirk than can create children between two people, no matter their genders.    The oldest son, Genki, is the perfect mix of his fathers. He has Izuku's poofy green hair, and Shoto's different colored eyes. Daisuke, on the other hand, has Izuku's green hair and green eyes, but has Shoto's hair-style and length.

Immediately upon seeing their cousins, the two pairs of hero's children rush towards each other and begin to play games together.

"Shoto!!" (Y/N) calls out, rushing to her brother and brother-in-law.

The two siblings hug each other tightly and then (Y/N) turns to Izuku and hugs him even tighter. After a brief reuinion and chat, the group heads inside with their children to meet the graduating class 1-A after 7 years.

    "AHHHH!"

As soon as (Y/N) opens the door, Ochaco, Tsu, and many of the other females from class 1-A run up and hug her tightly in one large group.

"MOM YOU NEVER TOLD ME YOU WENT TO SCHOOL WITH 'THE' URAVITY!" (Y/N)'s children yell, squealing in surprise.

Meanwhile, everyone else's kids were freaking out that their parents went to school with Elementia herself.

There's another period where the group has a reunion and catches up with each other. As the kids play in the corner of the room, the parents are talking, but (Y/N) is being quiet.

"(Y/N)?" Izuku calls out, touching her arm lightly.

She slowly turns her head, "Huh, yeah?"

    "Are you okay?" Shoto asks.

She sighs, "I showed my kids my memories today."

Immediately, the other adults at the table silence themselves, glancing over to stare at the number one hero.

"How did they react?" Ochaco asks.

"Well, I didn't show them my real past, of course." (Y/N) says, "Just most of my memories here in your world. If I showed them the truth, there's no way I could keep it from the public. At least, not when they're this young."

Daitain and Arakan play with their cousins, not hear their mother talking about them. (Y/N) smiles, patting Ejiro's leg and giggling.

"Since the memory transfer quirk also shows me the memories...it was amazing to see everything that happened in my life." She continues, "And it made me remember..this may have been the wrong world to anyone else, but it's the right world for me."

    The End (Or is it?)
