Chapter 13-BIRTHDAY DINNER

We walked back to the house after sun set. We had spent almost the whole day at the beach.

Once we got back Taylor pushed us into belly's room. "We need to have some girl talk the four of us!" Taylor insisted.

"So let's start with belly" she said turning to my twin sister. "It seems like cinder belly has been having a hot girl summer" Taylor said. I laughed at that it was true belly was having her hot girl summer.

"Ya I guess but I really like cam" she shrugged I could tell that was not true he didn't even come close to Conrad. "Aww finally your over Conrad" Taylor said rolling her eyes while saying his name.

"And Bailey got a hot and steamy kiss from Joshua" Taylor said wiggling her eye brows. I laughed. Bailey turned red. Belly looked shocked she didn't know.

"you kissed josh!" Belly said in shock. "Ya" Bailey said shyly. "So how was it" Taylor asked. "You haven't told me anything about it" she pouted. "I-it was good" she said. "Good?" Belly asked a little shocked. "It was really good great maybe even amazing" she finally let out we all smiled.

"What about you Emma how's your love life going?" Taylor asked me. "I haven't really had one" I shrugged witch was true the only guy I had my eyes on was to hung up on my sister.

"Boring" Taylor pouted. "Well Ben has missed you" Taylor said. Taylor was right Ben did miss me he was my best guy friend. However Taylor had a horrible gaydar she thought that Ben liked me in reality he liked guys. Bailey and I are the only two he has come out to. Bailey and I shared a look. "I miss him too" Is all I say.

"So Taylor what about your love life?" I asked the question Taylor had been waiting for. Taylor loved talking about herself. "Well I've been talking to this guy his name is Daniel" she gushed she went on and on about this Daniel guy.

Then we started to get ready. We decided to split up to get ready for dinner.

Bailey and I went to my room and Taylor and Belly stayed in belly's room. Bailey and I did each others hair and makeup and helped each other pick out a outfit. I wore a simple outfit. So did Bailey.

After we got ready we went downstairs for dinner.

The seating arrangements where the same. The moms where on either side of the table. Conrad Steven and Jeremiah where sat together on one side. I sat in between Taylor and Bailey. Belly sat on the other side of Taylor and next to belly was cam.

We where all enjoying dinner when Jeremiah spoke. "Cam? You mind if I call you cam Cameron?" Jeremiah asks. Cam smiled "ya feel free that's funny" cam said. "I like that nickname" I giggled.

"I'm glad your here Cameron I know your mom Denise from the club and I've heard a lot about you" Susannah smiled. "Thank you so much for having me Susannah...my mom says hi" he says.

"Cam have you ever had meow cooked before?" My mom asked. "It is a Korean birthday tradition" she adds. "No it look so good thank you" he said. "It is good" I add in. "Belly told me your vegetarian so I didn't put any meat in it" my mother smiled. "Thank you Laurel that was nice" cam thanks her.

"Why don't you eat meat cam Cameron?" Jeremiah asks. "Ugh the meat industry is the number one contributor to global warming" cam answered "mmm" Jeremiah hummed. I gave him a look. "And I just like animals" cam shrugged.

"Just don't come for my leather jacket" Taylor joked. "I'm pretty sure you mean pleather" Steven mumbled. "Ooo!" Jeremiah calls out. Taylor flips Steven off. "It feels pretty real to me" I chime in defending Taylor. "See Ems got my back" she said giving me a little hug.

"You know actually belly eats meat so you let her kiss you with those lips" Jeremiah says. "Jeremiah!" I lecture. The boys start laugh

"guys stop" belly said clearly annoyed. I felt bad for her Jeremiah was being a ass.

"No I don't judge people for eating meat it's just like a personal choice I don't care" cam replies to Jeremiah in such a polite way.

"Good because I love animals but I also love steak" I say cam chuckles at me. "So you don't mind if her lips touch a dead animal and then her dead animal lips touch yours" Jeremiah says.

I kick him under the table while giving him a scolding look. "Ow!" He replied

cam laughed a little. "I don't mind at all" cam says. "In fact" he says right before laying a small peck on belly's lips. Everyone was shocked.

"Aww" Susannah says. But of course Jeremiah and Steven started gagging. "Grow up" I told the two boys. "Alright alright belly is aloud to kiss" my mother tells the boys. "But that is it" she points and cam then laughed. "No mom your so not funny no more wine" belly said clearly done with this dinner.

"Ok I'm sorry but I don't get how anybody would want to kiss someone who fully shat themselves in the bathtub" Steven says. I cringe at the memory.

"I was like two years old" belly tried to defend herself. "Two more like six" Both Steven and Jeremiah said at the same time. "Shut up Steven!" Belly yells. "Steven" my mother lectures.
"Oh I remember that god that feels like a lifetime ago" Susannah says acting like it was a found memory. As someone who was in the bathtub with her it was not a found memory.

"I remember when Bailey and I visited last summer" Taylor says. Bailey looked up from her food I could tell she wasn't trying to pay attention to this shit show of a dinner.

"And you and you" she pointed at the fisher boys. "Dared him" she pointed at Steven. "To pee in the fireplace" Taylor finished. We all laughed. "And you stunk up the whole house for days" Bailey added. "Do you remember that?" Taylor tilted her head to the side looking at Steven.

Everyone at the table laughed. "I blamed the neighbors cat!" Susannah says not very happy with the boys.

"We where drunk!" Steven tried to save face. "On like half a white claw" belly says. "Lightweight" I mumbled. Everyone started to laugh again. "She got you there" Jeremiah shrugged.

Once the laughter died down belly looked at Taylor. "I'm thinking maybe we should go to Nicole's party" belly says. "Yes!" Taylor says happily.
