Annabeth POV

I woke up to my alarm blaring in my ear. I groaned and went to snooze it again when I saw that it was now noon. Cursing, I jumped out of bed and quickly ran to my bathroom to have a shower before going out to collect the last minute things for the Party tonight.

When I got home, I set everything up from the decor to the snacks and drinks. Making sure there was enough soda. By the time I finished all that it was five thirty. Running back upstairs to get ready.

Fixing my off the shoulder black shirt and straightening black ripped jeans, I looked at my reflection. I started wondering if I should had put make up on when I heard the door slam shut.

"Annie! We're here!" Thalia's voice rang through the house. Glancing at the time, I saw it was five forty. I ran down the stairs

"You're early!" I shouted, jumping off the last step to tackle my best friend to the ground. In the last second Thalia moved out of the way and I landed on top of Percy. My face burning I quickly jumped off. "i- I'm s-sorry! I -I was meant to l-land on Thalia!"

"I-it's fine! Uhh! It was Thalia's f-fault," Percy face was also bright red. Thalia was laughing so hard that she had fallen on the floor, crying.

"What's going on?" I heard a voice coming from the front door.

 Jason soon appeared in the hallway behind him were Hazel and Bianca.

"Jason! You made it!" I exclaimed, smiling widely.

"Yeah, Dad was not happy that I was coming, he was confused on why I wanted to hang out with someone who did this to me," Jason smiled holding up his cast. I could still feel my face burning.

"What did we walk into?" Bianca asked, looking between the red faced Percy and me.

"It was so funny! Annabeth here went to tackle me but I moved in the last second and she landed on Percy! Now both are a blushing, stuttering mess!" I was surprised she manage to finish that sentence with the amount she was laughing.

"I have a question, since when did everyone assume that they can just walk into my house?" I questioned, trying to change the topic. Thankfully it worked.

"I always have and I know where the hiding key is," Thalia smirked, "How do you think we got in without leaving any trace of force entry?"

"I knew that you used the key! That's why I moved it!"

Soon everyone arrived and the party went into full swing. Many people getting sugar high, m included. 

I saw Piper yelling at Jason before he kissed her and him getting a slap in the face. 'Real smooth Jason'

"Hey wise girl!' A non-red-faced seaweed brain appeared next to me.

"Hey Seaweed Brain, how are you liking my party?"

"Its not bad, I'm happy you and Jason are friends again,"

"Fun fact, I used to think Jason was annoying little tell tail when we were younger, it was only after Thalia got sent away that we became friends," I told him that small fun fact. He started laughing his head off.

"Oh my gods! Where did that come from?" He laughed.

"Gods?" I inquired, frowning slightly.

"You may think this is weird but I believe in the Greek gods, funny huh?" I stared at him before shrugging.

"Me too," 

"What!?" 

"I believe in the Greek gods too," I stated with a straight face.

"Well you learn a new thing everyday I guess,"

"Normal people do but you are no normal,"

"Are you calling me dumb?"

"Maybe," I smirked walking away from him and to Thalia.

It was almost ten when we were sitting in a circle on the floor of my room, still high on sugar. Lacy, Mitchell, Jake and Nyssa had left a few minutes ago.

"We are playing truth or dare," Piper stated from Jason's lap. The two had talked about what happened earlier in the night and now Piper wants to murder Rachel.

"Sounds like fun," Someone stated from behind at the door of my bedroom. I quickly turned around to see Rachel and Octavian.

"What the hell are you doing here!" I shouted glaring at the red head.

"Oh you know letting the cops in to take all the criminals back to where they belong," The blonde boy next to her stated, an evil smirk graced his lips.

"Also Annabeth your Dad and step-family should almost be home. They left this morning when I called Mr Chase letting him know that his already disgrace of a daughter who has lost her scholarship and has been suspended, is throwing a party where students from the reform school will be attending after they brake out of school," Rachel gave one of her sweet girl smiles, that somehow always got her out of trouble.

Sure enough, the cops and my family appeared in the driveway in the next ten minutes. Soon the press appeared and they happily took photos of all the reform school students being arrested and taken into the cop cars parked at front.

"Mr Chase! Mr Chase! Are you by anyways associated with these criminals that had broken out of their school to attend the party that your daughter was holding?" some from the press crowd shouted.

"No, I'm assuming they overheard someone talking about my daughter Annabeth having a small get together with her friends and decided to crash it," My father gave them a golden smile. I was angry, he lied not to protect me but to protect himself.

"No! I invited them Fredrick! They are my friends and there is nothing you can do about it!" I screamed at my father. I had enough of being this perfect little angel in front of the cameras. Maybe I'm still affected by the sugar "Maybe you should also tell them the reason I was home alone! Or the fact that I got suspended from school! Or the fact I can no longer go to my school because you refuse to pay for me! Maybe even that whenever you're not home, sometimes when you are home I'm not allowed not enter the house! Or mention why we don't hire anyone the clean the house because I fucking clean it!"  I was beyond mad.

"Annabeth, I don't -" He started.

"Don't you dare play dumb! Its not a good look for you! Maybe you should just except me for who I am, who my friends are, who my boyfriend is!" I don't know what came over me but I stormed over to Percy, who hadn't been forced into one of the cars, and smashed my lips onto his, Yep definitely the sugar. I could heard hear cameras flashing but that didn't matter to me now. All that mattered was Percy. I felt him tense up but he slowly relaxed and kissed me back. I wrapped my arms around his neck while his pulled me closer by the waist. I kinda forgot where we were, everything was blurred. All I could feel was him. All I could hear was him. All I could smell was the sea breeze that was his scent. All I could see was the darkness of my eyelids. All I could taste was him. All I knew at that moment was Percy Jackson.

It only lasted shortly when I got pulled away and slapped in the face. I stared at Helen, shock written all over my face. She'd never do something like that in front of the cameras, she wouldn't ruin her perfect image.

"Look what you did now!" She screamed at me. I'm sure the press were loving every moment of this family spat. "You ruined everything! Again! You little spoiled brat! You ruined this family! Our reputation! Everything! You are nothing more than a mistake that only creates more mistakes! You are worthless! Nothing you do is right! You useless piece of-" That of course when I punched her right in the nose, breaking it instantly. I could have done more but I chose not to.

In the end the cops ended up arresting Fredrick, Helen and me as well. Bringing the twins to the station, calling their grandparents. Helen got charged for child abuse and neglect and sentenced to seven years in jail, while Fredrick was charged with child neglect and got five years. Me? I ended up getting I charged with assisting in breaking reform students out of school and three counts bodily harm (Thanks to Rachel and Zeus) and I ended up getting sent to said reform school where Percy and I lived happily ever. 

Or so we thought.
