"Taeyeon?!" Seunghoon's eyes were wide when he saw me, and as were mine.

"You two know each other??" My father asked, cocking his head to the side.

"Well, I work for him. I'm his stylist." I stated.

"Ah, you must Taeyeon!" A short lady with a black bob but and glasses said.

"Annyeonghaseyo." I bowed and shook we hand, doing the same to who I assumed was Seunghoon's father. I also greeted Seunghoon's noona (older sister).

"I had no clue that your dad worked for mine." Seunghoon said.

"Me neither, I haven't heard a single word about this until now." I laughed sheepishly.

"You look very nice. As expected as my stylist." Seunghoon said.

"Mhm. You look pretty dashing yourself."

We both laughed and seated ourselves next to each other at the dinner table, with everybody else.

"Seunghoon talks a lot about you Taeyeon-sshi." Seunghoon's mother said and smiled. "Seunghoon called me and he was like, 'Eomma my new stylist is so lovely, and so nice~' " She laughed.

"I did not!" Seunghoon said, ears turning red. "My mother is over-exaggerating things."

I laughed at him. "Seunghoon is still polite, even when he's stressed out and stuff."

"Ah, you're making me blush~" Seunghoon said jokingly and everyone laughed.

"I see the resemblance between Taeyeon and her father." Mr. Lee said.

I laughed nervously. He's not my real father so how could he??? "Actually-"

"Yes, you can see her in him." My mother said.

I silently sighed. Acting like dad doesn't exist again, I see. I decided to play along and nod. I wish mom wouldn't just pretend my real dad never even existed.

"Your father is very hardworking." Mr. Lee said to me.

"Yes, I can tell." I said and nodded.

"Taeyeon didn't even tell me that she was working for the one and only WINNER." My mom said.

I laughed. "I forgot I guess."

"Our son is usually very busy." Mrs. Lee said. "Doesn't even have time to visit us." She teased.

Seunghoon laughed. "I still call at least."

"My daughter was attacked a few weeks ago by some crazy perverts." Mom started telling the story. "She said she tried to call me for help, and ended up dialing some random guy. Lucky that he saved her though."

"Wow. That's a miracle. You could've been a danger." Mrs. Lee said.

I nodded. "Your son is the one that saved me."

"What?!" Both of Seunghoon's parents were shocked to hear this.

"This is the first time in hearing this!" His mom looked at him.

My parents were shocked too. "It's a small world, isn't it?"

"We're deep in your debt now, Seunghoon-sshi. First you save our daughter from danger, and you give her a good job too." My step-father said.

Seunghoon smiled sheepishly. "It's no problem. It would honestly haunt me for life if I didn't come save her after getting that call. And I wouldn't have a stylist if it wasn't for her." He shrugged.

"These two are quite good for each other." Mrs. Lee said, laughing.

"I agree with her. Taeyeon darling, why don't you date him?"

My face turned pink and I waved my hands to say 'no'. "I-I mean, I'm his stylist, so that wouldn't work out, right?" I rambled and looked at Seunghoon for help.

He smirked and I glared at him. "Mom, you're embarrassing her." Seunghoon said and laughed.

I sighed and pouted, putting a piece of broccoli in my mouth.

After I finished dinner, I went up to my room, Seunghoon following me.

"Why are you following me?" I asked.

"I have nothing else to do. Respect your boss missy."

"Of course, Seunghoon-sshi." I rolled my eyes.

"This is your room?" Seunghoon asked. "It's very...empty"

"I moved out, that's why. All my stuff is at my house."

Seunghoon 'oohed' and walked over to my desk and touching things. He muttered things like, "that's cool", or "nice".

"Wait a second, this isn't your dad..." Seunghoon said, lifting up a picture frame with a picture my family on the desk.

I looked up and saw that he was talking about how my dad in the picture wasn't my dad now. "That's my dad."

"But that's not your dad-unless your dad right now isn't your dad-" Seunghoon waved his hands in the air because he was confused. It was cute.

I chuckled and laid my head back on the pillow. "That's my biological dad."

Seunghoon cocked his head to the side. "But didn't your mom say that the father that was with us right now your real father?"

I shrugged. "No. She lied because she's like that."

Seunghoon put the frame down and sat on the bed by by legs. "If you don't mind me asking, what happened to your real dad?"

I didn't mind him asking me about my father, in fact I loved talking about him. It felt like I was telling him the things I should've before he passed away, but to someone else.

"The thing is, I don't know where he went. It's like his existence was wiped off the entire planet. So that why everyone assumed he was dead. I believe it too, as much as I don't want to. I went home, and he was gone. I went home a couple more times, he was still gone. He was a kind person who wouldn't harm anybody whatsoever. I loved him more than anything. People usually say that the bond with the mother and daughter and strongest, but it was me and my dad." I sniffled, as for some reason I had a runny nose.

Seunghoon looked like he didn't know what to say, with his mouth wide open. "T-that's really...sad."

I nodded. "When my stepfather came, I was disappointed. He is very kind and I do love him, but I can't help thinking that everyone is trying to get rid of the painful memories that my dad left with him."

"The only thing left is to move on, yet not fully so you won't forget." Seunghoon said, trying say something.

I gave a sad chuckle. "Yeah..."

"Sorry for bringing that up." Seunghoon said.

I shook my head. "I'm not that sensitive."

"Aigoo. Cheer up!" Suddenly, a laughing Seunghoon who just wanted to brighten the mood grabbed my ankles, and pulled me down to the edge of the bed.

That was a mistake.
